I called to ask if their hitting bays were open prior to making the 45 minute drive to the store. When I arrived I asked an employee if I could hit some demo clubs (currently looking for a new driver). He told me the bays were all closed. I told him I called before I left the house and was told they were open. He said something along the lines of “sorry dude”. Bottom line, I will not shop at golf galaxy anymore and I wasted a 1.5 hour round trip.

Good prices on new and used clubs. Picked up a couple dozen balls for $40, Diablo Tour 3-Piece. Very good value for $20/dozen. Staff was friendly too. All staff and customers wearing masks, except for one customer.

I had the worst club fitting experience Ive ever had at the golf Galaxy in Nashville on Saturday. Very disappointed in how the fitting was handled. Ive gotten clubs fit at other places before and I chose golf Galaxy for my driver fitting on Saturday and I will never ever be returning to golf Galaxy to buy anything or get any service done. For a driver fitting I was supposed to try different shaft weights and different shaft flexes which the man doing my fitting wouldnt let me try other shafts. What is also supposed to happen during a driver fitting is I am supposed to try different driver heads to see which one works best and yet again my fitter wouldnt let me try any other driver heads. I literally swung my driver 10 times and his response was your driver seems fine, and the flex and weight seems fine but that is not the point of a fitting, I am supposed to try different shafts to see if they work better, supposed to try different club heads to see what works better. And your golf fitter is supposed to adjust loft and lie angle of my driver head to see what will be better all of which he did not do. I literally only hit my driver 10 times and was told everything is fine. Worst experience Ive ever had at a club fitting, it was a complete waste of my time and money.

James took care of my needs and was very professional.

Raleigh Squires is the only decent human I’ve ever met working in this store after several trips and several thousand dollars spent. He’s a genius and kind man. The rest are covering up their 10 buck an hour jobs with $100/hr arrogance. I leave fighting mad every time.

The older guy is extremely arrogant. It’s a shame all the cool toys but just awful service. Stay away. I had intentions in buying here. I was the first of my golfing group that made it out. We live an hour away and this was a total let down. I’ll be letting my friends know to stay away.

Great facility but the staff isn’t exactly great at what they do and they aren’t super trustworthy.

Went in for a gift. Womens restroom was in bad shape; no toilet paper, trash on the floor.

Incredible service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. My fitting session with Raleigh Squires was a pleasant experience. I intended on buying one particular set of irons, but was quickly turned to a different, less expensive set that I was able to hit better. They are there to help you and your game, not to make a quick buck. Highest recommendations!

Got treated very poorly today by an older employee who said hes been there since the place opened as Golfsmith. He was rude and acted like I was a bother. I think he was upset because I assembled an iron I wanted to hit but no one was around at the time. I know how it is working retail but I think its time for this guy to find a new line of work.

Went in to purchase a new set of clubs but the arrogance of the staff was appalling. Don’t know if it’s the same old dude everyone else is complaining about, but it seems to be an issue.

Scotty one of the Managers is awful with customers. I went to exchange something and he refused to do the exchange.

Nice people who helped me select the right set of irons. I believe a guy named Ehson helped me out while there.

Great service. Sure you pay a little more (mostly TN tax) here, but the fitting and individual attention make it well worth it. Will do business with again!

Great service.... Help as soon as I walked in the door. Needed my new irons specs as same as old. Had them done in few hours on a Saturday, where most would say come get them in 24hrs. Great job.....

Really good qualified staff and good product. One of my stops on way to course.

Called to see if they could put an adapter tip on a shaft and was told they could. I drove 2 hours just to be told when I got there that they had nobody there that could do it. What a joke!

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good selection on gear and pretty great prices, especially when there’s a sale going on.

First rate service!

I came in to try out some irons and compare a couple of options. While I was entering the building an older gentleman working there muttered Jesus Christ while mumbling about something, which seemed odd. He later came to me and inquired why I was there and if he could help me, and I told him I was comparing two clubs. I told him the golf sim didnt seem to be responding, and he simply said it works, and walked off on me. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Walked in today wanting to take a look at a set ofTitleist 712s. A rep named Chris helped me. The guy was uber friendly and knowledgeable. Brought me several comparable clubs to swing in the simulator, yet I didnt feel pushed to make a purchase in the slightest. I will be buying a new set soon and I will definitely be dealing with Chris.

The guys at Goldsmith was very knowledgeable and understanding. I have a grip problem with my left pinky they worked to find a solution. Was not disappointed at all.

Went in to purchase an impulse item I saw in the window and ended up walking out with out purchasing anything. The whole time I was in the store I never say am employee. I waited in line, please note I was the only person in line, and no came to check me out. I could have walked out of this store with thousands of dollars of merchandise and no one would have noticed.

Older man was extremely rude

Very clean store. Went there late at night about 8pm and it still seemed to be staffed well. I did notice that all of their used clubs were priced the same regardless of their condition.
