All the staff members at this location are friendly & very helpful! 10/10“Mylee” was the checkout employee.She asked if I found everything I needed.I said I got the last pack of the 16x20. 5 pack canvas. And wish there were more.She called ok the headset. And asked to see if there were more in back.They had some.Another employee went on back and got me TWO more 5pks of the 16”x20” canvas I wanted.I was so happy Great service.I’ll definitely be back I got some canvas & paint.

I visited Michaels in Antioch with my daughter in law last week. Havent been in this type of store for probably 2 decades. As soon as l walked in to my right l saw jewelry. Oh my purple bead bracelets. I love purple. Then silver earrings. Both both. Then looking at jars for bathroom stuff. Young lady come over & asked to help me. Explained what l wanted. She showed me a pretty caddy that was perfect. You would have thought l had won the lottery. Haha it was the find of the day. I will be going back to browse.

They had a make your slime day however that wasnt the case. The person showing the children how to make the slime did not let them make it themselves. My granddaughter is pretty much pro at making slime and it wasnt what she had expected nor myself.

This is my go to place. I love it when they have their yarns on sale. Staff are very accommodating, and Marrisol went out of her way to help me look for certain type and color yarn.

I havent received such excellent customer service from a big box retail store in a long time. Mike was so helpful and patient with finding what I needed. Thank you Mike!

The store use to be a great place to pick up art supplies, not any more. If you are a beginner artist you will find the basics.

Beautiful selection of Swarovski crystal beads and delicate beads every type of bead you could imagine to make charm bracelets or charm necklaces or delicate delegate bracelets and even rings. I was truly surprised at the selection that they had thought it was absolutely beautiful.

Didnt have what I needed, but they do have a lot of cute stuff.

They have a lot of art supplies and crafting stuff which is cool but, they have no craft beer. I had to go to More Beer in Concord for beer crafting supplies.

It has almost every art supply I could want or need. The quality of those said art supplies are also very good. My only complaint are the prices. I feel like they are marked up much more than the actual worth of the items.

Nice store and staff, last few times Ive been they have definitely been understaffed during a sale. Long lines make for an unpleasant visit because everyone (who probably hasnt worked retail) gets reallll grumpy.

I enjoy browsing the store for deals on candles and oils for diffusers. Well I also like the artificial flowers and plant boxes. They have great ideas for home décor also and a good price.

I just like Michaels because it is easier on the pocketbook and 90% of the items are not religious.

Its Michaels lol I can be in this store for hours. They have so many items for various crafts and projects. With the coupons you can get a really great deal. Something I dont like is that Michaels doesnt have a dedicated baby shower section, which is quite surprising. This isnt specific to this location though, its just in general.

They always have sales/online coupons on their site! Theres plenty of parking.

I absolutely love this store very sad there is only a few still standing.You can find just about anything for your creative mind. They even sell really good candy here too.The service is good & they keep there lines rolling. Not a very long wait at all. The store set up is very well put together.

I love Michaels! That day went in for a specific brand of yarn, they didnt have the color that I wanted so went with a different color. Going to go back and see if they have the color that I wanted when I finish with this yarn I bought from them.

You cant beat the selection. If you shop smart you can get some good deals.

Everything you need except fine art supplies. Very poor selection of convenience colors in oil. Very few 200mL tubes of paint. Considering they are the only store for real artists, they can bump up their game.

This is a good store, it just didnt have what I was looking for. I wanted felt strips with adhesive. It took me awhile to find the felt as it did take me awhile to find someone to ask. All they had were squares, nothing remotely to what I was looking for. We ended up going to Home Depot and they had what I needed.

Love to bring my daughter in here every chance I get to see her creative wheels turning. Its awesome they have free classes to learn the craft suitable for the season and I cant speak highly knowledgeable!

Sadly, this store is understaffed. Line had about 10 or so people in it with only two registers open. Framing section was not staffed and a clerk had to call 3 times on the radio to try and get someone who worked that area to respond. Eventually, I had to push the customer service request button to get someone to help. Other than the Staffing issue, there is a wide selection of art supplies which is extremely helpful when you have Crafty kids. Everything was fairly well stocked. The store looked clean and the staff I came in contact with were very kind and happy.

Love Michaels Crafts. They have a great selection of crafts, frames, vases and bottles. I have so much fun looking at their beads and stickers. They, also, have a lot of artificial flowers.
