We visited this park to play disc golf. It was an interesting course with some arboreal challenges. The map from the rec center was not accurate. We had to straight up skip hole 5, because we could not find the tee. Oh well. Still great fun. Highly enjoyable.

My son loves the park . There are so many activities to chose from. Something for everyone there . The new skate board park is better and my son loves to watch everyone who uses it . Need more bathrooms around the skateboard and playground area for people who are not members to use the facilities inside. My son loves this playground and the many options he has to play on .

I loved this place as I raised two kids and the park was their sanctuary. But it has changed over the last few months. The staff looks to hard for those they need not worry about. I know what you all do.....less not forget

I LOVE this park! So many paved trails, park shelters, dog areas and great clean bathrooms. Their skate park is beautiful and for all levels of skills on bikes and boards. My favorite is to jog the trails during evening baseball and soccer games. Very family and dog friendly!

Nice park to enjoy with the family. Plenty of pavilions, playgrounds, disc golf courses, and activities in general.

Gt bray park offers alot of things to do for all ages. Its fun n a safe place to let the kids roam around and play.

The best area disc golf course if you are a beginner, has alot of trees to add difficulty but little brush and no water. If your a novice its for you. I like to practice here for the more challenging courses like Lakeview and maximo

Love this park, i grew up playing ball here and i hope my kids will do the same with thier kids.

This is a really nice facility and I am so glad that its available to the public. The aquatic center is really nice, clean. Theres a skate park for kids and they normally offer a lot of activities. It will be even better when COVID-19 is not a big threat and it can be used to its fullest potential.

Its a good place I took blue dog and me out there and we walked we enjoyed it he really enjoyed it but thank you Bradenton for a good park

Went to the pool for family swim. Very clean pool and locker rooms/bathrooms and son had a blast.

Very nice place to go work out and play for the children they have free classes on the website but it is still very minimal fee if you have to pay

We went to the park on the left next to the office. It was nice. It had fake grass and looks nicer than the rest of the parks in there. I have 3 request to make it the 5 star rating. They have a fence in gate when you come in that nice, but what about the gap were the white fence is? I had to chase my 2 old before he ran out to the street and having more kids that was fun. the rest of its fence then why is there a small gap to the far left ? Its a good size field play kickball or something, but theres that big gap openIt could also use a little bit of pressure cleaning with the play ground area and where you sit. There are some gaps in the seats area were someone could get hurt with thick metal tht bent. Even thou it bent downwards we know as parents kids love to crawl and go under stuff and Bam their head could be slice open and a nice law suit. Other than that they could use a net for the top higher area because little kids could fall off two spots were it just drops. Its scary and not good for anyone under the age 6 years I would say but yet the got baby stuff their. Its the nicer park out all of them in the whole GTBRAY. I wish they could fix that one up some. We took my grandson who is 7 to the skate park. What a great experience! A lot of older boys(late teen ages)were also skateboarding along with several younger kids. So very refreshing to see the older boys giving the younger ones tips on skateboarding! They spent several minutes teaching the younger ones..my grandson was so excited for the help!!All the kids were respectful of each other and took turns on the ramps.So..thank you to those older boys for helping the younger ones, I truly enjoyed watching the interaction!!

Happy to find this beautiful large park and recreation center across from my vacation rental. Has large soccer and baseball fields, skateboard park, disc golf, pool and walking trails.

Well maintained, park with all the good stuff! Olympic size pool with high dive, a small but very deep pool for scuba practice 15? Hot tub, plus many indoor recreation activities inside?tennis, football,baseball,soccer fields! Miles of paved trails, many through the woods! Wildlife abundant, also connected to happy trails dog park with 3 different fenced in areas for your dogs to be OFF LEASH, but be sure to pick up your dogs waste as fines can be VERY expensive and the waste bags are provided, NO EXCUSES! there are also many pavilions that you can reserve with bbqs in a nice shady area. Best park in manatee county?

GREAT place to spend time with friends and family. This park has many playground options as well as pavilions you can rent. If you are local and have youngsters, G.t. Bray park has amazing organized sports including: basketball, soccer, baseball,tennis, and football. The weight room is very clean and has a good assortment of machines. The pool is a refreshing place to hang out- especially in the summer heat. Marcus Francis does a great job, if you have any questions he can help send you into the direction you are looking for. There is also a new and improved skate park that has been redone.The general perimeter of the park also serves as a safe nature walk area. Very RELAXING.

Skate park, baseball field, soccer field, aquatic center with pools (fees apply), about 3 differently sized children’s playground, trails for walking, and biking. There are frisbee towers throughout the park, and trash cans throughout. Nice park to check out instead of being stuck inside. Most areas are tree covered with pavilions through the park- good for parties!

We are from another state and were told about this park for our children. When we arrived, we found a clean, well maintained area with play equipment age appropriate for our children, aged 6, 4, and 6 months. The area was free of trash, fleas, ants and other icky stuff. Our little ones spend several hours playing safely and happily. We will return to this park the next time we are in your city.

We come here for the softball tournaments. The park itself is nice. Hope they update their softball fields though. Not much shade and all gravel walk areas. Has a playground next to it so thats a plus.

This park has a lot of different things to do. There are softball field, baseball fields, bmx tracks, a pool, tennis courts, football fields, lacrosse fields, and a couple of places for the little ones to play. There is plenty of shade for those that are watching the kids play. We really enjoy this park, oh and I almost forgot; there a park for your dogs also!

I have always loved walking through the GT Bray park with my basketball in hand dribbling, although Ive had a very hectic 8 years after fighting cancer its always been my sanctuary thank you Manatee county.

Backs up to dog park. Nice concrete walking trails, covered picnic tables, benches to sit on. Also has an Ampitheater

Great place to kick a ball through a disc or walk the dog.

Disc golf course was awesome. Has a lot of trees but a lower shelf so youre worried about shooting too high by accident. Trees raise the difficulty, but it was great. First and back 9 are looped (1,9,10, & 18 are really close to each other) so you can easily do just 9 baskets and end up back at your start. Baskets were clean.

GT Bray has one of the best parks in Manatee County in my opinion and keep it up and stay on top of everything I would recommend it to Annie family go to

Really nice park!! Has just about everything. Basketball courts baseball field dog park trails. pavilions.grills restrooms you name it!!

A lot of open space. For an older park, well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking. Nice skateboard park. Mens Locker rooms were clean. Special Olympics-Manatee County Swim Program trains about 30 athletes there one night a week. Awesome Coaches and Volunteers.

A lovely walk all through the park, across the bridge over to the dog park and back. Just a nice park whether youre hanging out alone or with friends, playing a sport, trying frisbee golf on their course, playing horseshoes, having a bar-be-que or walking with your furry friend. So many afternoons spent here winding down from a busy day. Peaceful. Love it here.

One of the best parks in the whole county. Walking, biking, tennis, all kinds of playing fields, a skateboard place, a dog park, lots of shade trees. Something for absolutely everyone from little children to senior adults. Opens at sunrise, closes at 11PM.

I absolutely love this place! me, my mom, and my brother love coming here, especially our little yorki, blu. This is such a nice place to relax and have fun at- it’s a nice place to skate too, especially with the skate park. :)

Sandbags here. Very efficient this year. Had machines to make them and people to load them just drive thru. Hood job Manatee County!!

I give 5stars for the time Ive spent here, over 15yrs. Changed, renovated and genuinely messed around by mislead locals. Still this park offers solitude and relaxation while being maintained by MC. Take a walk, bring your dogs to their own park or play a round of disk golf (like i did) and you are sure to get a solid dose of outdoors!

Calming place to take kids and let them play. Always been a fan of this park. Maybe a bigger playground for middle school kids to climb around be good.

This is by fsr the best park within 50 miles maybe even the best park in all of tampa bay area. It has numerous soccer fields basball fields (~8) 2 ymcas. Tennis courts~8. An outside skatepark. Big and small dog parks. A 19 basket frisbee golf course with trees and open course, several playgrounds~3, swiiming pools and diving board pools shallow pools for toddlers. Its has a few walking bridges and foit trails through natural scenery

Great place for many outdoor activities. I like it for walking the puppies.

One of my favorite parks. It’s huge and a great place to go running, play disc golf, and it even has a skate park. This park has tons of parking and a few different entrances. Lots of shady areas to enjoy a nice Picnic too.

Because you can relax under trees go walking bring a kids to the park and joy yourself be around or other is if you want to or just walk alone and look at the environment I really love going there

Slide and diving boards werent open. Lifeguards need to be better on hand. I was sitting watching my son but was told I need to be in arms length, in the kiddie pool...really....then another little was walking backwards in the kiddie pool knocking others over including my son and nothing was said....not enough space to swim for the older kids when it gets busy

Great place to run and is a great park to spend the afternoon at or just a morning run/walk.

My son grew up playing sports here and now his kids are enjoying the same. Some of the greatest athletes have sharpened their skills here. Lots of history and good times are attached to these special grounds.

It is our own central park!

I have been going to that for for over 10 years now, absolutely love this place.

The park is quite big. Its well maintained. Pool area is big. It has tennis courts, skateboard area, play area for younger kids, and lots of paths for walking/running.

Playground in the back area is the best! Newer equipment and clean, areas for older children are dated. Indoor pools and recreation area are nice.

Fields are not bad, need better maintenance. Bathrooms need improvement and upkeep. Nevertheless, it was a Great Baseball Tournament at this location.

Our great granddaughter loves this park. It offers so many things. She took music and swim lessons. I would recommend it to any family as there is something there for everyone.
