Although there were many places to live the residents didnt seem friendly or the types that I would feel comfortable or safe around.You should check for yourself before taking my word for it.

La Palma is one of the nicest trailer parks that I have seen their landscaping is well maintenance their trailers are above the rest I have seen in trailer parks and they also have a playground for kids...

This is a community of 99% seasonal French Canadians, most of whom do not speak any English. Neighbors are not friendly nor amenable. We love our home. We love the cleanliness (second to none) of this community. We dont like the arrogance of the majority of our neighbors. All activities (and there are many) are in French only. Very disappointing.

Cheap affordable housing if youre into mobile homes

I had the Party melt. It was excellent, the meat tasted so fresh and the marble rye was perfectly toasted

55 + plus community located near a golf couse, YMCA and other gym facilities. Within walking distance of shopping stores. Public transit at the gate.

La Paloma Group owns/maintains nightmare trailer parks that seriously bring down properly values in any neighborhood they are in.when they move in so does crime and drugs. Casa del Monte is an excellent example a rough guess would be 60% of the Sheriffs resources in the district are for Casa del Monte and Tavares cove motorhome parks.
