This is a great 55+ community. They provide lawn maintenance for a fee. There is a club house with a heated pool. Everyone was very friendly there when we visited to bring my children to see their great grandparents.

Very friendly neighbors! Lots of activites to go to. Cards, bingo, golf league, shuffle board under the lights, to mention a few.

Nice and quiet place to live, but dont be fooled by the people who you think miht be your friends. There are nice people, but be cautious of who you tell your business to or will spread like wild fire . But its affordable for seniors and has many activities for them to do for the price of Maintence . Seniors feel also safe in mobile home park .

My parents really enjoy it there. Always have something going on at Clubhouse.

Looks like a nice little community for the 55 and older group but some fees seem steep.

Good community its one of the better trailer parks they keep the landscaping up today long with Lan care except for a and the the trailers are in pretty good condition.
