I dont really see what the rave is. I had clam Chowder, it was thin with a lot of clams. The flavor was good, not great. I also had the Lobster Roll, it was good also, but had to order extra butter. Added two beers and I was out of there for $75 with tip.I did not try any of their vast choices of oysters. Many others around me did.
Exciting food and deserts. Love the clan chowder and muy husband try the pizza which he says it was delicious as good or better than NY.Everyone uses mask indoor, but surprisingly people uses the mask outdoor which explains the reason behind having low cases of covid. The Quincy Market has everything to offer from food to clothes. Is been a wonderful weather.
If you are a foodie then its the best place to visit. Food, shopping, harbor view, street show it will provide you every time pass you desire.
Fun district to visit. Wide variety of restaurants with all different flavors. Best time to visit is now.
Always the best but very heartbreaking to see how this pandemic has put so many vendors out of business. Glad I could get my favorite brownies.
Awesome place to hang out ... If the paid parking didnt need me to mortgage my kidney everytime I visit!Good food, amazing Boston beer, whats no to love!
Felt safe from Covid. Facilities were very clean. Staff in Sephora and Wagamama were exceptional!!!
Covid-19Still a good placeLot,s of shop,s open
Very cool place, with lots and lots to eat. Lots of Boston staples here like crab cakes, clam chowder, fish cakes, with stuff like iced cream, smoothies, and pretty much anything else you could want while downtown. This place has gift shops, cool restaurants and chain shops. Its basically a pretty cool outside mall.
Superb quality and service! They got stimulating food and desserts. I cant wait to take another visit.
This is a pretty neat historical marketplace and meeting place. The national parks people love talking about the history and the building and they are all super nice. I loved being in a place where our founding fathers were. The meeting place upstairs is large and there are some really awesome paintings to help you feel the historical significance of the place. And you should definitely talk with the parks people because they know everything about the place and the famous things that happened there.
A lot of really cool shops and something for everyone and every taste.
This is an awesome to place to visit when your downtown. It has so many food choices, a restroom, and just has an all around good vibe about it. There are souvenirs and live music here usually as well. It is my go to place in Boston.
Fantastic food court in one of Bostons historical custom houses. Great for lunch, right on the Freedom Trail, and surrounded by shops and lively street performers. I like to get a lobster roll and go to the waterfront park
Variety of food vendors, some gave samples of the Clam Chowda that was delicious.T-shirt vendors were a little pricey but its a high touristy area.Nice spots under the tall trees to sit, eat and relax.
So many yummy restaurants and little vendors to get souvenirs. I went on a Sunday and it wasnt busy at all!
Enjoyed our time walking around and getting clam chowder.
This place is soo fun! So simple yet so fun. I felt like a kid again. Definitely recommend giving this hidden place a try. Side note wear old shoes if you dont want your shoes getting messed up mine got scratched and filed down lol.
We had lots of fun for First Night Boston and ate dinner at Cheers. Outside the weather was perfect, not to crowded. The Christmas lights were pretty as they changed color to the Xmas music. It was very nice to hear the festive music when walking through the Hall, it made it feel like a actual holiday because their was no snow for Christmas in New England. Ive been coming here since a little girl with my family and Im excited to make new memories every year.
Great food great atmosphere
Love this place! There are street performers around the hall which is a bonus! There are seats for dining in both ground and second floor. Sometimes, it could get crowdy but still worth visiting.
It is always an amazing experience at this marketplace. There are tons of things to eat and the ambience is wonderful. The live music and performances happening outside is always a fun experience. Its a feel good place to be in and I highly recommend this as one of the best places to visit when you are in Boston.
Love this marketplace. I always look forward to shopping or just even walking around when ever I visit this area of MA. Worth the visit.
Even in these challenging travel times, this area offered some retail and dining options that felt comfortably safe. Thanks for some tasty seafood offerings.
Now is the time to visit!!! No parking issues, not too crowded. All the great spots to eat with safety in mind, shout out to Bostonia Public House! It is wheelchair accessible but lots of old cobblestones so be careful (walking too). I will say it was the cleanest Ive ever seen, they were constantly emptying the trash, EVERWHERE. So go and enjoy the day support the smaller businesses.
I came into Boston with no expectations. This was the first place we drove into from Cape Cod. Wow what a colorful and cheerful atmosphere. Even for a working day it was buzzing. Its on the things to do in Boston and everything else is just a short walk away. Parking is expensive though but its fine if you plan to spend the whole day around here. I paid 40 bucks for around 3 hours. This was a tad high I thought. We ate at the Boston Chowda. The Crab roll was delicious and filling. Got a Flat White at the North End Bakery and that was perfect too. As you can see from my pictures theres loads of shopping and dining options here. Great place to chill too. Loads of husker activity around. Must come back on my next trip.
Usually love going here. One of the most fun places to go when visiting Boston, but there are many of the places closed right now due to Covid, but still plenty of great meal choices.
I always love coming to this spot, now the new mac and cheese spot its another reason. Super good, basically a subway of mac and cheese
Lots of food variety but nothing here that really blew me away. The hall can get pretty crowded which to me is a big COVID concern but if your looking for a Boston sampler, this is a great spot. We enjoyed pizza from Reginas, a jumbo hotdog, lobster roll, and ice cream. Great place to please everyone in the family or group and they make the food really fast!
Very beautiful commercial center, only on my shop Mr.Spreetz T-Shirtfantastic to visit
Pretty much any store you can think of has a spot in Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Its a wonder relaxing place and you can find anything youre craving at Quincy Market
Great place for a quick bite to eat! Really delicious thin crust pizza paired with the savory ceasar salad was a perfect late night meal for two to share!
Absolutely something for everyone’s tastes! If there isn’t, check the food carts outside too.
I couldnt ask for more from your service, guys. Until next time! You are strongly recommended!
It was amazing to stand here. Being surrounded by all the delicious scents of good food made it so hard to wait for supper. Cant wait to revisit
Have been here before. Great selections but definitely a tourist place. A little pricy. Sadly many vendors absent/closed.
Worth a stop if you’re a tourist. Lots of places to eat—especially sweets! The sweets here are INSANE. Caramel and chocolate coated apples with M&Ms and gummy bears, ice cream topped with mountains of chocolate chips, macaroons the size of your hand. Wow o wow.
This area is very important to Bostons history & is on The Freedom Trail. Faneuil Hall has great stalls offering souvenirs & leather goods, & provides historical information leaflets. You can join a free walking tour of The Freedom Trail here, guiding you through Bostons history. Go upstairs to the amazing military museum & view their vast collection. Quincy Marketplace offers amazingly varied food inside, & souvenirs & clothing around the outside. If thats not enough, enjoy the incredibly talented street performers daily in the square.
Any kind of food your heart desires can be found here, but due to Covid-19, there isnt any indoor seating available, but there are tables outside.
During my trip to Boston, I came here every day for almost meal. A variety of food with decent prices, maximum price is probably $30 for a lobster roll and chowder meal. Definitely a must visit while in town. Also, they have regular stores surrounding Quincy Market, but I didn’t go inside any. Great place to shop and eat at the same time!
Good place to visit, I visited in month of june 22 but everything was closed only popular clothing items were opened food was so so in quincy market so just a once visit place.
Since the 70s I have been eating and playing around the hall its a life long memory to teach and visit with my children as thay grow
Beautiful, clean and plenty of shops to explore. Loved the candy store and sandwich shop.
Enjoy The Great History of The City of Boston At Faneuli Hall Market Place And Shop For That Special Gift or Something That be Enjoyed as Keepsack of Your Boston Trip Today
What a fun and wonderful experience. All of the food choices in Faneuil Hall is amazing. Over 40 different place to choose from. You must look at them all before making a selection. So many shops to look at as well. This is a must visit place when coming to Boston. Lots of street performances as well.
Ate and drank at bostonians. Good menu and good drinks. Food was very good and the service was polite and enjoyable. Will definitely be back
Really historic area with lots of shopping and dining, though some stores remain closed in the Covid era.
Love coming here. Brings back lots of good memories. Lots of shope and good food too.
Huge outdoor/indoor plaza mall that has a wide range of food, clothing and tourist shops
Interesting commercial area, with plenty of fun stores, eateries that keep their trash everywhere, and abundant very large rats that definitely are healthy and a red not afraid of people at all, day or night.
This marketplace has many many shops for just about everything you want. From summer wear all the way to Christmas ornaments. For those holiday lovers they have a store open year long. The food was delicious for being fast street food.
Philly steak and cheese had no flavor and was cold. But the fries were good. Would not recommend
We stumbled across this area on accident. What a great mistake! Great food and tons of places to see.
Faneuil hall is always a historic and fun location but because of the Cv-19 pandemic. My review is such.I suggest you up grade your system and questions!!!!
Such a nice variety of stores. We really enjoyed the many choices that were there for food as well.
Had a lobster roll, clam chowder, and North Side Bakery all while shopping away. Amazing history and fun to walk through!
This area has plenty of stores and restaurants, much to see and do! Some stores are closed due to Covid, please call ahead of youre planning to visit them. If you go north, youll be at the North End, go check out the best Italian cuisine Boston has to offer!
Nice place to dip out of the rain. Not very crowded and not as many shops open but enjoy it!
Very tourists like place lots of different foods good location
Love this place great food choices shopping near waterfront entertainment a must go to in the summer time
Took the walk from the gardens, down Freedom Trail, and over to the Marketplace. Loved every minute of it. The culture and history in Boston is so intriguing. As you walk theres always something to see or explore.
I love the place but it seems to be abandoned. The paved area is in dire need of attention and reconstruction. I was sad to see how the pandemic has affected people and dear places.
Shock to many who have never experienced this kind of market place. Every section is filled with local cuisine with a central hall dedicated to sitting down. From daily breakfest to late night pub, this location has you covered. Locally, you can veer into the freedom trail and or visit the first colonial state house.
Awesome loved it here will come back more often thats for sure
Very cool historic shopping plaza. Lots of great food inside.
This market has all the modern shops like the Loft and Clarks, but it also has a few vendors with cheeky souvenirs. The best is the food court down the middle with lots of great food! At the end and in the middle is fenuil hall and museum, where town meetings are still held, and through a side entrance is access to a few market stalls and an old operating press. Pretty neat!
Boston is a really nice city,. The nice story of the famous duck and her ducklings.
Nice market with souvenirs and loads of different food vendors to choose from! We only bought food and didn’t do any shopping here. It was busy but we managed to find seating upstairs and enjoyed the food. The food court could do with some more seating but apart from that, it was a nice escape from the rain and cold!
Its been a couple of years since our last visit. Lots of great independent food venders now. Everything looked and smelled great
Lots of fun, and lots to do. Been going at the freedom trail all day... Nice reminder of all the blood and sweat that built our country. Lots of fun, and lots to do. Been going at the freedom trail all day... Nice reminder of all the blood and sweat that built our country.
Very nice shops, we had a great time just walking around
Such a nice experience! Had lunch at the Quincy Market, which has a TON of options. It was also refreshing and unique to see that the vast majority of the options were more local to New England and Boston. Had some clam chowder and tried a clams casino, and it was delicious! There is a lot of open space for seating, whether it is a bench or just steps located outside the market. There were cool street shows going on all around the marketplace too, and the atmosphere was so fun! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Boston!
Not as it used to be befor the virus .. a lot of places closed.. stores overprining to make up for loss
Ghost town. It was fun but there were so many empty spaces. So sad
Great places to eat and fun shops. Had a great New England clam chowder in a bread bowl one day, and a lobster chowder the next. Delicious! This is also home to the Cheers bar and lots of tourist shops.
I love Faneuil Hall. Food is very pricey though. For example 4 empanadas was 16$. Be prepared for this if you choose to eat there
Incredible food market @ Quincy. Loved the little kiosks as well. At night this place is lit!!! And dont miss Popping into Cheers. It was great food...not expensive and so cool.
Cool.selection of shops. Still only about half are open due to COVID. Place is packed on the weekends
Faneuil Hall is always great and I was encouraged to see almost all people inside and out in Boston were wearing masks this weekend
Beautiful and full of ideas foe date night.
The marketplace was a very neat activity to do while visiting Boston. Although we didnt get food, there were dozens of stands to choose from. In addition, there were many stands selling knick knacks, clothing, jewelry, and souvenirs. Great place to visit!
My favorite spot in Boston. After the delicious local seafood in the market its such a pleasure to sit on the bench by the harbor watching all the boats going by.
Great place for an array of foods, socializing and people watching, bit less crowded now at the time of the Covid19 pandemic, but still fantastic fun
Lively, beautiful lights at night. Lots of shopping and places to eat, esp the Quincy Market. Can be a bit overwhelming. If you really want to go through all shops probably one full day. There is waterfront across the road. Good for a stroll. Overall the whole area is very nice for some laid back relaxing shopping and eating.
Love Faneuil hall and Quincy market and all of the food that comes with it! I lived in Boston for over 4 years and I miss this so much! They have lobster rolls and every kind of fool you can think of. Definitely a tourist stop, so make sure not to skip I’ve if you’re visiting Boston.
One of Bostons main tourist attractions, good to visit for its history and sights, but not so much for the shops inside.
Great shopping deals. Vast amount of Food choices. Scenery at Boston Harbor 1 block away is breath taking
Faneuil Hall is definitely a tourist attraction. Its a whole market of food and side stores of little trinkets. Theres a cookie place outside of hall that had amazing cookies, best Ive ever had.
Food was great, I had Gyro dinner, delicios. Lobster Roll plentiful, chowder in the bread bowl so good. Outside seating was not crowded.
Rich in history. Beautiful in the summer. Its pretty sad now with the pandemic.
Travel to Boston last weekend. Unfortunately the hall was under construction but we were able to go inside. In the 1st floor we can see a hall that is still actively working for different events, and upstairs we can see a museum. On the bottom of the hall it’s a marketplace where you can find a variety of things including the explanation of the printing techniques used for the Declaration of Independence (really cool to see, I highly recommend it). You should definitely be going there.
Shopping. Food. Entertainment. What more could you want in Boston?! Great experience. Will be back!
Fun little tourist trap. Lots of shops and eateries. Lot and lots of Irish pubs. Interesting stores like the comic book store and a few of the kiosks are interesting. Mainstream stores like Coach, Gap, and Black Dog. Fun place to spend the day. Ate at the Salty Dog and it was very tasty. Had the clam chowder and seafood Creole.
Great place to go to for a quick bite, a taste of Boston, great place to get souvenirs, but prices are a bit pricey. Fun place to be when visiting Boston.
A little touristy, but its still great to have so many food stalls and shops under one roof.
