Great place for a birthday party. My granddaughter had her 7th birthday party here and they did a great job.My daughter did say there was some confusion when booking the event but the children had a great time.

Good clean environment. Only complaint, the cashier kept trying to add people on my ticket and lane as they came in LATE. Had the firmly tell her not to offer to add additionals to my lane.

It was well run and clean. It has a family feel and lots to do for all ages. The bowling game was fun for the kids. We were there for a birthday party and they made that fun and easy. I would definitely consider having a kids party there.

1/2= Surprisingly, the lanes were full-up around 5pm Saturday but we were wait-listed correctly anyway and notified on our phone in about 15 minutes of a lane available. Friendly customer service for my exchange of shoe sizes went quickly. The cafes help was similar and the coffee was fresh. The music wasnt deafening. Clean bathroom, family-friendly even in the arcade.

It was awesome. They have bumper pads and little dragons that little ones can roll balls down to help them. No more granny rolling. Lol. They even had a summer program for the kids. Two free games a day all summer long.

Pretty good time. And for a good price, though it is $20+ per person to bowl for an hour. I like the blackout/light. Slow service at the cafe.

Wow a great time, loads of fun and giggles. The little people used the dinosaur and got a few strikes. Also played in the arcade and they enjoyed every minute. A great place for a family afternoon of fun. The place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Other customers bowling interacted with us, just like we were all a big family.

We went for a homeschool trip. They have been very helpful and accommodating! They have upgraded the inside to include a very nice arcade. I have gone to cosmic bowling as well. Its a fun atmosphere great for friends and family. The pizza is very good. The strikers cafe has great food and very reasonable prices.

Lots of fun and exciting competition amongst the family. Theyre remodeling by taking out some lanes and added a large arcade area. It should add greatly to the experience. Food prices are still a bit high.

Shoutout to Andrea for being an awesome employee. The arcade is a lot of fun. It had a good variety of games. The extra styles of games you can adapt to your bowling game were fun. The kids really liked the Angry Birds version. Glad to see the place has been updated.

Staff was able to help us out finding the best package to fit us. We tried a Natchitoches meatpie and pizza. And enjoyed bowling for a hour. Great vibes and so much fun!

We had a great time. Our food was late. They were really busy that night. But they were very attentive to our concerns and even gave us a free pizza. My son said it was his bedt birthday ever!

This place is amazing! Me and my class peeps went here for a field trip. There were so many snack options and the staff is so kind! I would recommend this so much!

Reserved a lane yesterday fir Glo Biwling online. Easy process. Arrival was greeted with smile easy check in and finish payment. Our lane was ready with my name on it! Facility was clean and super nice! We will definitely go back fir the backlight experience

I havent been bowling in years. But I suggested this as a saturday outing to my 14 year old for best bday& she was all for it. It was the 1st time my 7 yr old has ever bowled. We all had a blast. The cost was inexpensive for some family fun for 4.

You cannot reach anyone when you try to call the place. Voice mailbox not set up yet. Placed on a lane where the bumpers stuck even though plenty of lanes available. Next visit, with 8:30 reservation, we showed up 10 minutes before reservation as suggested online, the people in front of us showed up late for their reservation and were given my lane. We then had to wait for another lane to open and could not even pay for the reservation yet even after waiting in line! I had to come back up to the register in 10 minutes and try again. Then, we were put on a lane where the balls kept getting stuck (my personal ball) and when I pressed button to have attendant come to get ball unstuck, they never showed up so my husband had to walk down 20 lanes to personally request someone come to get the ball. Also, non-stop rap music this night which is not something I listen to.

Very good place for my sons 5th birthday party. The host was so patient. There was an issue with my payment showing, they were very proactive in getting everything squared away while we continued to enjoy our time. Will book a party here again!

Friendly and fun atmosphere, good deals, AWESOME arcade for kids and adults, good food, always busy and buzzing.

The service was great, lanes freshly oiled and fixed the machines promptly when they broke. Wish they would give customers the capability to choose the music. All in all good prices(especially for military) and lots of fun!

It has been awhile since I have visited this place. There are a lot of new to me features. They have an Arcade and a concession stand that appears to be well maintained. I did not give it 5 stars because the Arcade seemed a little overpriced especially when compared to its competitors, and the concession stand service was slow. Not due to lack of employee efforts, they just need to streamline their process. Other than that, it was fun.

Great place. The remodel looks wonderful. Friendly staff, yummy food, nice bar, clean lanes with updated screens. You pay a little bit more because you get a clean place to enjoy for family, kids, or leagues. Weekends are busy so call ahead to reserve lanes. Best Bowling alley around.

We celebrated our son’s 7th birthday party at Holiday Lanes today. Everyone in attendance had a fun and great experience! I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun and air conditioned summer birthday party! The party host took on all of the ‘work’ so we parents could enjoy the party too! Our package included intergalactic bowling, top notch pizza(our group of pizza critics all approved how great the pizza tasted!), and time in the arcade- which was very clean and fun. The games were not stingy with tickets- we all made out with plenty of prizes as well! Looking forward to another party there!

The lanes are dependable and modern. Nice selection of balls. Shoes in good shape. Food is pretty good, especially the fresh made to order pizza. Not a huge beer selection, but you can get a cold pitcher to go to your lane. Brand new large arcade that uses cards vs tokens and tickets. Very good selection of games and so much cleaner and more modern than other family fun centers in Bossier. Same concept play to earn and cash in for prizes.

The lanes glitched from time to time but fun. An hour goes by quickly and expensive for large group. Arcade is always fun. Food good but my pretzel was extra salty. Otherwise, the family always have a nice time.

If you like bowling you will love this place. Clean and well maintained, they can handle large groups.

Anytime I go here (Usually formy sos leagues) Its always so packed and there isnt enough seating. Also why would they take out lanes for an arcade that Ive never seen anybody go into? On another note the food is basic and I think they could do better and any time I do go to the cafe area the people checking me out always have an attitude.

We really enjoyed Holiday Lanes. It is clean and modern. Very family oriented. I really like the VIP section. Very nice.

We had our son’s 4th birthday party here and it was GREAT! We purchased the birthday package and it was way more than I expected! The pizza was delicious, our hostess was so sweet & accommodating, and it was all decorated when we got there. Best money spent on a birthday party ever! The entire facility is clean, the arcade games are fun & up-to-date, and it’s a blast for all ages. We will be back!

Upgraded screens and consoles so the ease of use is simple. However, multiple trips have been experienced with warm temps causing sweating during play, as well as the lanes are not being oiled routinely unless it is a league night. Therefore daily amateur consumers do not get the best experience.

We really enjoyed our family night. If you are looking for a place to bring the family I would definitely put this on your list .

Very busy on Sat night! Was not allowed to reserve lanes beforehand unless we booked a party, even if I paid over the phone with my credit card. Seemed a little bit unorganized, even for Sat night. Some staff did not handle their composure under pressure; however, some staff performed well considering the busy times at hand.Mixologist in bar area was super friendly and NICE. AND, He made a mean crown and coke! Keep up THAT gr8 work dude!

We were invited to celebrate my nephews birthday at Holiday Lanes and I must say that I am impressed I loved the positive energy that Casey the boss gave my family. She treated us like royalty.We had some communication issues (some kids didn’t understand English) but the way she handled things was very impressive. :-)The other bowling alley have some real competition when it comes to these parties. So much fun great family time

It would be nice, if on a Saturday night, the employees wouldnt act like this place is a dance club and actually pay attention to the guests. Also the music could be wider selection. Our family has never felt so uncomfortable. Seemed like we were at a hip hop dance club trying to bowl around tons of people that just wanted to dance all around the lanes. It was an absolute circus.
