It waz a beautiful & peaceful moment while the kids play games. I really njoyed spending time with them there.

Chuck-E-Cheese was awesome. Everything was beautifully arranged when we got there. The food was really tasty. The staff was so helpful and friendly. the two young ladies that waited on our table in particular were all smiles and just seemed to be pleased to help you with anything you needed. Ive spent far more money than I did at Chuck-E-Cheese and not been nearly as happy thank you Chuck-E-Cheese.

It was clean. Food was good. They just started back booking birthday parties. They could wipe the machines more frequently.

Still very quiet due to covid. That was really kind of nice since we took a 4-year-old. Only thing I had negative to say about the experience was that 1/4 of the games were down. You would think with the slow traffic most everything would be running. After all theyve only been open a week or two.

THE CAST MEMBER TOMMY WAS VERY AMAZING HE MADE SURE ME AND MY CHILD HAD A GREAT TIME YALL SHOULD GO VISIT HIM HE VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DO AND HE WORKS VERY HARD! LOVE HIM!

Nothing was fixed and when I try to get refunds on my money I got told that that was in the auction horrible experience

Hands down for making it work during the pandemic. Only about 25% of the games were up and running. Only half the stage was lit up and only half the the TV screen worked the rest had black squares on it... Just socially awkward and could all be handled in such a more productive manner. Totally not worth the money with everything shut down. Very disappointing... Save your money and celebrate birthday parties else where, this is definitely not the place to do it right now...

The employees are not attentive at all, and the pizza was not good, the only positive thing I can say is that it seems like they take Covid-19 serious by being very clean and taking all necessary precautions

Its ok. Its hard to find staff when the games have problems. But, when you do they reimburse you. And mostly the picture maker is always on the fritz. But, its good clean family fun.

Pretty good. My kid enjoys this place a bunch. Typically clean when. We visit. Nothing that has alarmed me during busy hours. Awesome staff who works the prize booth. Always leave with happy kids.

I had my daughters third birthday here. I was a little disappointed that there was no playplace for the little ones to climb in. There was only arcade games. Which is not really suitable for a toddler. Everything was pretty affordable. The kids had fun, but I really expected more than just arcade games.

My son always loves it here...gotta promise him well come back to get him to leave lol

A Father and Son review!As a dad whos always looking for the next best place to wear out his little man so some cleaning can be done later around the house. This place is retro and affordable. With the price of about 30 dollars only, You can get 100+ tokens and the lunch buffet for you and your kid. The plus is for you military members out there. You show your ID and youll get extra tokens. Even me who is a veteran and not active duty can receive the extra tokens every visit! Every one who goes is friendly and its a nice safe place for your little ones to run around with mild supervision. Youll leave with something cool for them with your tickets and spend a little over 2 to 3 hours. Again for only 30 dollars. Wow. Its nice to find places like this.

Always a good place to have a Birthday party! They loved it and I loved it for them! They always love Chuck E. Cheese! We will be back!

The kids had a great time playing and riding. They used the tickets they earned to their advantage. They ate a cheese and pepperoni pizza. I enjoyed the ham and cheese sub sandwich. The bread was toasted and came with lettuce and tomato. You have a choice of fries or fruit as a side. The Tea was not as fresh brewed. It goes through a fountain. I do wish they had lemon slices.

My family and I always have fun here. We just celebrated my sons b.day there.

Jasmine was very helpful during the birthday party. My son enjoyed having his 6th birthday party there..

The games are always fun, if theyre working properly. The pizza is good and the prices are decent. The salad bar is overpriced for just one trip. Make sure to either eat everything at once or go back to your table frequently. They will clean it off even if you have a lot of food left.

They have both rides and games to do tokens you get what you pay for pretty much $5 for 15 most of the stuff there is 1 token I think its fun I had just a good a time as my kids

The food was good, employees were super nice, but half the games there didnt even work/dirty. Its understandable that any facilities involving child fun activities are gonna be messy but some of the games were beyond nasty like walking into a bathroom in a gas station with a weird name off a rarely taken highway kind of nasty, but my kids had fun though

This is the place to take a 4 year old kid to celebrate another birthday. Once inside and the party started, doing the Chuckie Cheese dancing and singing it was one great big party for all! And the children were in a very safe environment!The pizza was all we needed because kids having that much fun surely didnt want a five course meal. By the time we left there was hardly any talking in the Car because they were worn out!

It was probably 6 BIRTHDAY parties going on at one time. We ordered and it took an hour to get our food. Cashiers were preoccupied with guest. Rude

Definitely upgraded from what I knew it to be growing up. Do miss some of the fun items they used to have. Ball pit, crawl tubes throughout the place. It was more fun back then. But the food served is definitely a lot better these days.

My daughter loves it here. Its hit and miss with the place being clean, the games working, and the tickets machines being restocked. It really depends how busy they are, but overall we have a good experience here. My daughter also loves when Mr. Chuck E Cheese comes out to dance and give out tickets. This may be her favorite part.

They need to upgrade this location..they do NOT accept online, digital, or most coupons.. The prizes are very cheap made and few to choose from, unless u have well over 1,000 tickets your wasting your money and time ... mostly nasty old candy ...games are out dated and half are broken ...dont waste your money or time here...

Nieces 1st birthday! It had been years since Ive been to Chuck E cheese, and it was nice ! The pizza was very good so were the wings! A nice place just to have a good time with the kids!

Almost all of the tables where dirty but barely any customers.....we cleaned our own table and not once did any of the staff came out to clean any of the tables around us...stayed approximately 2 hours.

Always a good time at any age. Their pizza is a diet ruining, calorie explosion that is entirely worth the extra workout IMO.

We stopped in at Chuck E. Cheese to find a place to take a break from the heat. This place was nice and big. The seemed to have lots of games. Unfortunately, we found several games that were in poor working order and several that would take your time without working. The staff was kind and replaced the tokens, but they could use some repairs and replacements.

Dirty over crowed many games dont work. Bathrooms are nasty

Many games did not give tickets and member card maker machine took a picture of my grandson and he was unrecognizable because there were so many white lines through the photo. They did try to fix it but still had too many lines. The pizza buffet was good.

Received coupons in the mail here in Shreveport, LA and decided to take my 1st grade daughter to celebrate her making straight As for her second quarter grades. However, when we arrived we were told the coupon was only good for two locations in North Carolina! We hadnt read the fine print, but who sends out coupons all over the country that are only good for a location in North Carolina? Misleading and tricky advertising, was not happy, would have went somewhere else had we known ahead of time. Definitely is going to make me think twice before going back based on the misleading coupons!

It was dirty. 75% of the games were out of order or wouldnt give tickets. When getting assistance it took 15 to 20 mins to get someone to help. 2 of 8 ticket exchange machines not working. I have been here several times this is the worse by far and not sure if Ill come back

My grand loved Chuck E Cheese! This was his 2nd time to go. He is three. He rode all the rides and played a lot of games. There were all ages of children. Everyone was having a great time. Chuck E came out and threw free tickets to all the kids. Pizza was good too!

Chuck-E-Cheese I have a family of 10 adults teenagers and little children and we all go for the pizza and stay for the fun

Lots of kids. I guess thats good. Different style games. Entertainment. Weekends are especially packed.

Fun place but thr prizes are ridiculously too expensive and the games are too tight for the children to win.

There were kids with no supervision running & being so loud.

Friendly staff.. but there were more broken machines than I could count.. There was also a large group of VERY disrespectful and foul mouthed mothers who, instead of watching their children and ensuring they played in a safe and respectful manner, decided it was better to yell at other patrons when they refused to give up tokens, tickets, rides, or game play simply because they were trying to enjoy the experience with their own kids.. I ended up leaving early because of the language and behavior from both the adults and the young children and even after a few complaints to staff from me and a few other parents, you could tell the staff was reluctant to confront the party because of their baseline attitudes..

My family and I had a pretty good time, even the teenagers. We usually only spend money on tokens, although I personally like their pizza.

My kids love it. Its never too crowded, the food is always fresh and quick (the pizza is awesome), the staff is always friendly and ready to work. Its clean, reasonably priced, and the perfect oasis on hot/ rainy days.

They had a few fun games and rides for kids. We set our coins down and turned our back for like 2 seconds and someone stole them! Management was very nice and replaced them. They need better games.

They check to make sure no kids that are not yours/ any one elses can leave without the matching stamp. Unfortunately my little boy is wild and we couldnt keep him off the games.

We had a birthday party there for my roommates grandson. The place was packed. People of all ages were there, and everyone was taking advantage of the games, and dancing from Chuckie himself. The food and service was excellent and the employees were very nice and they kept the room of small children very busy. The prices were reasinable. The room was packed with small children large children even though adults were having a blast. Recommended for birthdays Christmas Easter and any other holiday.

Chuck E Cheese is nothing like it used to be and $3 for water is absurd.

I received coupons in the mail and the Bossier city Airline Dr location would not take them. They said the coupon code was not in there system. I believe that they should have honored them.

Its ok. It is definitely a far cry from what it was when I was a kid. The clientele has certainly went downhill. Some people let their kids run wild there, making it unpleasant for the rest of us civilized people. I wouldnt dream of going back, but, if you want to make your kid happy briefly by eating sub-par pizza and occasionally seeing a six foot tall rat, then this is your place.

Over priced crappie pizza. More adults playing games than kids trying to get tickets which arent worth anything anyway.

The games give you a lot of tickets which was a plus but everything in there was broken! There was only one skee-ball that worked and half of the other stuff just ate up your tokens. The pizza was good though.
