Lovely, well maintained, and quiet. The community really stands together to provide a great sense of what a neighborhood should be.

Seems very safe, not convenient location, but good schools.

Looks like a nice quiet place to live. I have a friend that lives there and she feels very safe there, and you cant say that about many places any more.

I love living here. they have many rules that aggravate me but theyre necessary for a nice community. its always quiet and everyone follows the rules for no junk piled up and yards are all morn and neat. drive thru and youll see what a large and nice community we have. Lee Ann, prob didnt spell that right, shes the park manager in the office at front. she can answer any questions and is always sweet to be around. very helpful.

Nice looking neighborhoods, lots and lots of beautiful trees. Very picturesque. But I have a problem with the park first the lot rent is way to high and only one way in and only one way out which is passing over railroad tracks which at anytime could block you in or block out. But other than that it looks very nice.

All my friends live here they love it

Entirely too strict and rude about lawn maintenance... we mow once a week and still get notices every Monday. Nice trailer park but will not be living here much longer.

The best mobile home park within the two cities, great management.

This is a nice very quiet mobile home park. The people are pretty friendly. The speed bumps need work though. They were so bad that even going as slow as I could knocked my exhaust off, luckily no damage was caused to my vehicle or to the roads in the park.

When you pay your rent and your 8 and 6 year old girls cant play outside without getting a note pind to your door because they were riding bikes and playing with other children, then something is bad wrong with the place

Horrible!!! Went to visit a friend and will never return. Looked like a bunch of drug addicts everywhere. Not an ideal place for kids and will never go back there!! Ever!!
