5 star because the park manager and maintenance are super friendly and always helpful! We do our part as tenants and have had no issues. People living here seem to keep to themselves, seems like a typical neighborhood...

Needs work. Road not repaired in two months. Raw sewage behind trailers in back. Trash nearby ditch. Almost forgot to mention two break-ins. I have security cameras. Next is am alarm system.

I have lived here for almost 9 years and love it.

Cannot receive my deposit back of 500 from October... Left trailer in perfect condition. Liked staying there just cant believe they wont send me my money back. Wish owner would contact me and let me know what is going on.

! Lol cops are always here, drugs gallore and not so good people. Steal and lie in my opinion. Stay away from here .even cab drivers hate this place. People constantly overdose on drugs here. Ambulance always here. Sucks!

Only enough room to park 1 car in driveway. No room for visitors.
