The customer service was good, they had all the precautions needed to keep their customers safe. They also had several employees walking around wiping down machines and bringing you drinks. Good job.

All guest have to clean and make up their on bed, they claim due to Cov19. Of course they fail to give you this information when booking your hotel stay. We also dealt with some Rude Clerks at the front desk. Very Unprofessional. We are here for a week. Hope it gets better. Well today I became Stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. That wasnt fun.

This is for the Thanksgiving Buffet you had. I brought 7 of my family members and it was wonderful. The staff was cheerful and helpful. It was not a player promotion. Families were there and whether anyone gambled or not; there was cheer to be had and memories made. Thank you so very much.

The bed are so comfortable! I loved it there. Nice view option of a smoking room or none. Bring you own extra towels and cleaning supplies for over stays. They not servicing occupied rooms.

We received complimentary rooms. Excited to come and spend but when we arrived the sink in bathroom was stopped up and mud and hair were coming out of it. They kindly moved us to another room. I was very very happy especially because we have to keep our hands clean and sink needs to work

Rooms are always very clean and the little amenities are nice the only complaint I have is they took away the lady that slides down into the margarita glass I know youre trying to make it more of a family atmosphere but this is a grown-up place and we really enjoyed that bar and the seafood

Went to casino to have some fun. While I was there, I noticed a few things. The bathroom was so dirty, overflowing trash cans, dirty faucets, wet floor and no soap in the dispenser. The slot machines were dirty, ash trays were full, old beer bottles laying around. I dont know who is responsible for cleaning this facility but they pay them too much. We managed to have a good time anyway.

I stayed there on vacation from 10-25/-11/01/2020. The bedding was awesome!! Perfect bed, pillows! But the lack of room service was none!! Why didnt the Service guest tell me that there will be no cleaning of our rooms, no nothing! I was there for 7 days they could have told me! I had to ask for everything that I was missing from day 1!! The service guest at front counter were the worst!! To make matters worst, the lights went on and off on day 4 and my sister was stuck on the elevator!!!Glad we finally met a good house keeper that volunteer to assist my sister!! Please get your act together!! I paid too much money for half the service!!

I checked in late on a Thursday night didnt pay any attention to room and then late Friday night when I came back to the room I started noticing a few gross things lots of womens hair, body hair and sludge in the bathroom, I wasnt too upset probably wouldve given a 3 ³/⁴ star review and left no feedback. But then before I checked out on Saturday I noticed small spots of blood on the bed. When I returned home Saturday night my wife asked how the hotel was and I showed her the pics she said sometimes that is bed bugs and made sure I washed all the luggage contents instantly to be safe. For it being the premium priced hotel in the Shreveport/Bossier area and with Covid going on I expected top notch room cleanliness.

I hope I have out lovely cocktail waitresses name correct, Mika was the hostess with the mostess!We were driving a hotshot out to Bossier and we like to get some walking in before the long drive back.3 hours well spent.We will be reserving a room in the future for sure.

Just got back today from our 4 day vacation here and it was FABULOUS! We never had any issues, anything we needed from the hotel they exceeded our expectations and are so friendly and quick. The beach in front of this hotel is much more secluded which we loved! The pool had a wonderful view of the ocean and so did our Gulf Front King room. We will definitely come back here next year!I was trying to review the margaritaville beach hotel in Pensacola, Florida! Sorry!!!

Paid 3x the normal about being labor day weekend. heavy cigarette smells. even in the elevators. room was decent. no microwave. parking is dumb far! pool closes way too early for a hotel... bad experience for the price i paid.

Horrible. Is the first word I think of. This place really needs to do some updated pictures that potential guests see. Everything was so nasty, Not taking care of and was really poorly managed. Room was clean. The bathroom has shampoo, gel, and conditioner dispensers which were unlocked and broken. Due to yhe Covid virus, the State Government has made mandatory for everybody to wear mask. This is where Margaritaville has fallen short of protecting employees and patrons. They are doing a good job on entry, but a terrible job of enforcing the mask requirements. About one third of guests where gambling or walking around with no mask or hanging on their neck. No announcements where made during my 5 hour experience. Although, after speaking with management who agreed patrons were required to wear mask, nothing changed. This could be a very dangerous location to visit. There is a lot of people just loitering around sitting at machines but not playing them. It appears that the possibility of making a few people angry is more important than the safety of all employees and the majority of patrons. Beware of potential issues if you decide to stay.

Well, I should give 1 star for our gambling experience because those VP machines were horribly vicious. But the service here was top notch! You guys have the friendliest greeters/temp-takers. Sydney was so kind and welcoming to us and our well-behaved pup. The bartenders were fantastic too. You guys are doing it right. Keep up the good work. But loosen up those slots a little.

Really nice staff, actively cleaning the casino (if you were wondering) and a cozy hotel room. Whether youre going for a few days or one night, its gonna be a good time. My husband and I will definitely be back in the future.

Enjoyed the casino, but the hotel room was less than par. Dirty bathroom no soap and shampoo.when i called guest services, was rudely told to go to front desk because they were short staffed. This was on Saturday evening. For the amount you pay for the room, I would expect better. Also around 4 in the morning a fight broke out in hallway on the 10th floor. This lasted about 15 to 20 minutes before security arrived. Needless to say will never stay here again.

Gigantic parking lot perfect for campers or large vehicles. Probably one of the safer places to park in Shreveport...

Rooms were priced food. Front desk service was great. Unfortunetly the buffet was closed but the other restaurants were open and food was good. Close by shopping. Nice. But poolside service was bad. Bartenders were more interested in hooking up with the young cute guys rather than serving the ones that were going to be tipping them. And lets be honest I realize this is a casino but can we maybe have some non smoking rooms. My room smelled like old stale smoke. My clothes that never left the room came home and had to be washed. Air fresheners maybe.

This was our 3rd stay here.....Hotel room, yes was larger than your typical hotel room, water pressure was great and hot water was outstanding..........HOWEVER not so clean......housekeeping needs more training. To begin with the room was EXTREAMLY dusty. No mattress pad on the bed, sheets were stained, toilet had urine on the outside of the bowl, the chair in the room was terribly stained.... looked disgusting! I always go into a hotel room knowing I will have to wipe things down with antiseptic wipes, but in these times with Covid-19 I thought extra care would have been established. This hotel has never been one of the cleaner ones....but this time, I was really not happy with their standards.The Casino was a lot of fun, however most of the antiseptic hand stations were empty each time we tried to use them.....so be sure to bring your own!

1st off we paid for a Premium room on hotels.com & they stuck us in a standard room. The condition of this room was horrid, to say the least. Dirty rag on the floor, musty smell, yellow stain on bed sheets, stains & hair on towels, ripped up furniture, dust on appliances & the list goes on. And managements attitude was even more deplorable than the room. They refused to honor hotels.com prices & give us the appropriate room we paid for & told us if we wanted to upgrade, we had to pay them more! Then when we asked to at least be switched to a cleaner room, they gave us a b.s. excuse that they were fully booked. This was a 5-day reservation. We will never, ever visit again!

I was with family for the weekend and my granddaughter and I were wasting time in the casino Great atmosphere and the employees were awesome!! When we were leaving our truck battery was dead and Louis in maintenance showed up out of nowhere and saved the day!! I was so impressed with how the resort is run and the employees are genuine!! The hotel room was clean and smelled great! The direct tv was a plus. Hotel and casino staff are friendly. I had a lucky machine at the casino! Some of the bars/restaurants are closed due to COVID-19. They do require masks and Temperature checks to enter the casino. I love how the hotel/casino is on the boardwalk, very close to stores and restaurants all within walking distance.The only con I have is that smoking is allowed in the casino, which is probably normal but I’m just not a fan. Wearing the required face masks somewhat helps.

Booked a king non smoking a week in afvanced and was emailed and texted conformation. Drove all the way down their from texarkana to be told my room was no longer available. Excuse me then why confirm my reservation? I was told guest had extended their stay on a room which I had purchased a week in advance! They could give me a non smoking with 2 queen beds for the same price. Why in the world would I want 3 queen beds. Just disappointing and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall disappointing experience

I absolutely love Margaritaville Casino and the Rooms are pretty awesome too. The beds are quite comfy, it is keep really clean, the shower is amazing (I want to bring it home), the TV WORKS, and the list goes on.... Everyone is always so helpful... Its an okay casino. The employees could use some customer service skill training. 4 stars to the actual casino but, a very tiny 1 star to the rude workers.

When we first got to our room, I used the bathroom. When I was finished I went to the sink to wash my hands. Not paying any attention to the handle, after my hand touched the handle I saw the pubs and was immediately disgusted and scream. Highly unsanitary!! I ended up cleaning it with Clorox wipes, something I shouldn’t have to do because I expect the room to be cleaned!Our next problem was in the casino. A man was obnoxious and yelling obscenities at us. He made us feel very uncomfortable. This male was over served on alcohol and seemed to know all the staff. No one from the staff addressed the situation and let this male continue his antics. We were so uncomfortable we left the casino and stayed in our room the rest of the night. We emailed the hotel and still have not heard anything back. We will look at other options the next time around.

I was kinda disappointed. For what I paid to stay here, I would have expected there to be better upgraded things. The only plug by the bed was in the lamp but in order for whatever was plugged in to charge, the lamp had to be on. There was no microwave in the room. However it was a nice room with a good view.

It’s one of the nicer looking casinos and being right there on the boardwalk is an extra bonus my opinion but in my experience if you’re going to play at the casino itself be prepared not to win too much I have one as well as my husband at the other casinos much more often

It was my vacation time & we had no plans, just knew we wanted to drive north because of storm Beta. This was a last minute reservation as we were driving north (from small town south Texas). Just a road trip. It was so much fun. The people at Margaritaville were so friendly, from check in to maid service to hostesses at Riverview (Ms. Karen was so sweet!) All the employees were just great & welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the “my choice” service desk was closed, so we couldn’t link L’Auberge My Choice with this hotel. We spent & lost a lot of money where at least one of our nights would have been compensated if player services was open.

Will NEVER go back. Got email for 2 complimentary nights. Booked for Sunday, June 14 & Monday, June 15. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. Told our rooms would be ready in 30 minutes. We ate dinner, then walked around & played the slots some. We were tired and wanted to get our room. We went to check in around 8 p.m. There was a long line and One girl at desk. We stood in line 30 minutes. The line was not moving! The girl was very slow & unfriendly to guests. We eventually was told that there were no rooms available. We called & got a room at Hilton. RIDICULOUS!!!!The valet, Russell was amazing & very nice!!The Asian restaurant was a great place to eat! The only 2 good things at this place!!!We have previously stayed at the Horseshoe and always treated well there. Decided after receiving an email for complimentary nights at Margaritaville, we would give it a try. BIG MISTAKE!!!I only give One Star for Russell & the Asian Restaurant!!

Extremely comfortable beds, and plenty of space to enjoy the stay in. Safe could open even when locked (They said they would jump right on it, and in our second room, the safe worked perfectly), and sometimes had to ensure that the room door was locked, since it didnt self shut all the way. Fridge couldnt hold most types of To-Go boxes, but that doesnt really matter. The TV is a great size and will be a bit laggy at first when it turns on. Chairs and the table are one of my favorite things, as I enjoy playing board games with my family, and it is one of the tables that is long ways with plenty of room.

I really really enjoy the casino the food restaurant was really great and Im so glad that theyre screaming people taking their tips. I dont like the smoking but other than that is great and everyone there is so so friendly.

The room was beautiful and modern. The staff was extremely friendly and it was surprisingly quiet in our rooms seeing as how it’s a casino. There were minor issues with the bedding having holes in the sheets and crumbs on the second layer; this made me concerned about the quality of the cleaning process for the beds, but the rest of the room was well taken care of. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Not what I remembered of Shreveport! This place is by far much better than all of the other casinos.

Worst experience I had to pay for. The bed felt as if the mattress was broken in the middle. No one would answer the phone so i could report it. The room had not been disinfected cause when i wiped all the furniture tops, chair seats, handles etc down it was filthy. Hair in the shower. I never write bad reviews but could not let the public not know the truth.

Love, love, love this hotel and casino! The staff are courteous and extremely helpful. The casino is NOT smoke-filled, making it a joy to be in. The 5 O Clock Somewhere bar was really nicely themed too. The Problem Solver is a MONSTER of a drink, and the presentation blew me away. Loved the riverview restaurant as well. Phenomenal!

It was clean and people friendly. The rooms were beautiful and there were some complementary items to welcome us. There was a rate of $59 for our room but when we went to rebook for our next stay, the price went up 30% for the same day of week. I would go back if that lowered price do room to make it more affordable to is.

We come here every week and for some reason we can never get a drink. We went up to the bar were they make the drinks the guy told us we had to pay regular prices if we ordered from him we declined he missed out on a $10 tip. We had a lady take our drink order and NEVER came back we waited 2 hours. The side the craps tables and stuff ALWAYS have drinks but the other side of the room you wont see anyone with one. Yall want people business and the people including myself would like to drink while gambling SMH PLEASE DO BETTER

Amazing time, amazing view, great hotel to stay in, great casino to have a boat at. Even in winter the suite was a blast, the balcony was amazing. The floor was regulated as it should be but you can have fun here unlike some places in OK. Some of us were way up, some down, but everyone had fun. The staff was helpful throughout.

Place was nice but on the top floor had kids screaming for 3 hours from 11 pm to 2am. That was the first night.......Second night beginners night..... with fist fights in the hallway and screaming till 3am..... Save your money if you want any sleep. Slots were ok.... That why they got that second

We would not have stayed here if it had mentioned online that the pool is closed. That was the main reason for our stay. The guy who checked us in was polite enough to tell us we should have called first. Also, due to a snafu on their part we ended up with reservations for 3 rooms rather than the 2 we originally booked. The clerk was adamant that it was our mistake and mentioned a cancellation fee requirement. Finally a manager came and straightened that out. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Almost impossible to get drinks in the casino. Overall it was a negative experience. We are NOT likely to do a return trip.

In 3 days there half the elevators still out of service. Wasnt disclosed that there would be no service to our room. So we had, on day 1 no ice bucket liner no condiments for the coffee and not a working phone. When we reported such issues we received no resolution. So day 2 we still had no ice bucket liner or condiments or towles or toilet paper at this point. Very disappointed. Wont stay there again.....

This place was better than other resorts. Casino was more lively, and crowded. better to enjoy. and a pub that is placed here, looks fancy. decent.

They are trying their very hardest during the COVID-19 pandemic. I give them 5 stars purely on how hard you see them trying to do the best with what little staff they were able to bring back to work. Unemployment subsidies are is greatly hurting them to recalling their employees. I personally witnessed The Hotel Manager personally busting her tail cleaning rooms.

My check in time was set for 3pm! We arrived at 3:07, and was told there werent any rooms ready. We had to wait 45 mins for a room to be ready. We had to be somewhere by 5, which means we were pushing for time. We were told they were cleaning. I dont agree with that...our rooms was dirty still. The elevators are nasty, there was throw up in one of them, theyre all hot! I wish I wouldve caught the $79 deal bc thats honestly what ot was worth....not what I paid! Im super disappointed!
