My dad just bought a condo in here. We toured a few units and we were very impressed with both. We also saw the amenities which were also top notch!

Im torn because this gorgeous place used to be wild and now the mountainsides are being densely developed and trees cleared for views. But dang it is the most beautiful place to stay and everything is so well designed and constructed. And the clubhouses and outdoor pool overlook all of it and are top notch. It commands high rental prices for good reason. The landscaping and upkeep are perfect. Lovely place to stay, convenient to Boone and Grandfather Mountain etc.

Great place to reset. Peaceful. Rejuvenating views. Great jumping off point for exploring the surrounding area. Hit one of the pools or hot tubs at the end of the day.Careful, stay there once and youll want to buy a place. Lots of resale and new construction available.

Staying at Echota on the Ridge. Nice views. Obviously it depends on who you rent from. Nice unit that could be better equipped. Facilities are nice though. Outdoor pool with hot tub, indoor pool, exercise rooms and more. Indoor pool has not been cleaned though and is slippery and slimy so stick to the outdoor pool! Nice family vacation.

As a property owner we love our condo, but just a few months of living here the large trees that shaded the west facing side of our condo had been cut down without warning. We where told this was due to the obstruction of views from the lower units in our building. Not sure what they could not see, but the views seemed fine. Now instead of the mountain feeling if just a normal condo without the convenience of being in town. You would think as a property owner at a minimum notice would be given... Definitely look elsewhere to spend your money!

Our stay was very relaxing. Our kids loved the hot tub and jacuzzi. It felt like home. We would definitely come back and recommend someone else to stay!

Great place to stay long term.

Great houses with great views but the amenities are awful. Stayed for a week and tried to use the pool and common area almost every day but couldnt because of overcrowding and complete lack of control of peoples children. Who lets their children terrorize the hot tub, pool and fitness center unsupervised for hours at a time? They could at least have staff around telling those kids to behave (parents didnt seem to care). Dont expect to be able to use everything here or relax there over vacation.

Amazing location! Very private and can see Grandfather Mountain from your balcony! Perfect relaxing family vacation or a romantic getaway with your loved one!
