I lived here for 28 years and this place has really gone downhill. The management seems to be crooked. theyll take the money out of your checking account and then say you didnt pay and charge you a late fee. Water used to be free but now they make you pay for water and are upping the price frequently. Im not even sure the meter works correctly. The mobile home park next door is much nicer.

I really like this park. And its very quiet. Not sure how it works as a bc resident my friend stays there and send to really like it.

Put in application a month ago told it would take 3 days still have tried to reach management almost daily with no answer! Waste of money for the application fee

A nice, quiet place to live. The manager is a great guy who does his best to keep everyone happy while juggling a dozen things at once. Lot rent is one of the cheapest in the area. If you want to live in a mobile home, you could find a home here.

Lived here loved the area but not impresses with the management

Its just a typical run down trailer neighborhood. Does not have a playground for the kids. Streets are poorly marked, signs are old - making deliveries difficult.

They let the crackheads move in. Impossible to reach management. Wasnt like that when my parents first moved in.
