Ive lived here 8 years, by far the best well kept mobile home park in Kansas City. Love it here!

Riding through the park you can see the only streets/yards maintained is the main street while the side streets are neglected......trees arent trimmed, damaged curbs, empty lots with grass knee high and very run down mobile homes. When bringing the items to the attention of the manager we are promised these items will be taken care of but they never are. She tells you what you want to hear but then doesnt keep her word. Maintenance man has been known to charge elderly tenants on a fixed income $75 an hour to fix items that are supposed to be managements responsibility.

The property manager is exceptional! She goes above and beyond for her mobile home owners. The neighbors seem to really help and care about each other with extremely familial concern!

My mother lives here, it is safe, controlled and the neighbors are of the old-fashioned variety. You could borrow a cup of sugar here.

Weve lived here for 7 years. This is the best mobile home park in the area. All the homes are owner occupied, there are no rentals. Everyone takes pride in their home and the park is very clean and well managed.

I have a friend who lives here, theyre really strict on what you can and cant do there. (No working on cars AT ALL)

Cant say that we loved it because we still live here!! Rebecca, Mike, and all the other staff members that I dont know by name are exceptional people without exception. When we first looked at mobile home parks we were disheartened because everyone one we looked at we wouldve been afraid to live in. When we pulled into IMHP it was a different story completely. Lots are well kept people obviously took pride in their residences. People were out walking, talking, & laughing. Everyone we asked about how it was to live here said the same thing We love it and after two years here I can tell you We love it as well! Everyone who lives here owns, no one rents. Between that and the background checks I think that is what sets the experience here apart from EVERY other park in the area!! We are here to stay!!

Multiple entrances/exits on all major roads. Literally 1 minute away from 70, 291 & 40. Covered parking for the residents, limited parking for visitors.
