I love everything except for the bathroom near parking lot. It definitely needs to be cleaned and Tere was no toilet paper

So much parking is available here! Very quiet. Very pleasant. Not crowded at all. Perfect place to chill out.

It was a nice clean place we visit multiple times over the summer we heard from a friend how wonderful this place is and it lived up to expectations we had many Wild Adventures the park rangers were friendly and nice would go over again next summer

My favorite place in Indiana

We are here during the week in the 2nd week of May. Not many campers currently. Water is currently very high resulting in a number of closed campsites. Campers and staff are friendly. Camp store prices are high, but expected. Facilities of rest rooms are very clean. We camp during low occupancy periods and kids are still in school. Strongly recommend reservations be made prior to arrival.

Love camping on Lake Monroe

Best camping and boat ramp on Monroe in my opinion. Clean areas everywhere, people are nice, plenty of dock area and deep ramp takeoff. We visit frequently.

We were camping at paynetown. We are not boating enthusiasts, but enjoy the water, the shoreline, and the campgrounds themselves.Plenty of wildlife, and every now and then you can see eagles.

Always a fun location to spend time in. Fresh air, water to play in, whether your fishing, camping, boating, or staying in area its a great place for kids, adult kids or just a getaway.

Extremely wide ramp, lots of parking, easy access to excellent camp store and wonderful camp sites!

This is where we go every year its very easy to get to close to a lot of restaurants theres also campgrounds very near within walking distance

Their general store has a little bit of everything you need to camp. Really convenient to walk to.

This is a great place to launch your boat. Very wide so it can handle many vehicles at one time,so there is never a wait. Docks available for loading unloading passengers. Also has large parking lot with long lanes for easy trailer parking.

Great boat ramp, 4 lanes wide so plenty of room as well as a oversized parking lot to match it. Great channel to catfish in.
