Always a great time and everyone is smiling and happy, when the sun shines through the ceiling, its beautiful also at night when the lights come on. special needs accommodations are great and the manager and ride attendants are all very knowledge of the accommodations and very nice. Everything is decorated so beautifully and for the Nickelodeon fan this should create a lasting memory. Even today the place still has the same sense of excitement that it did many years ago and I always look forward to bringing my little ones here so they can experience it just like I did. The rides are a good variety of things for kids, older kids, and adults. Employees were helpful, professional and friendly. Consider buying the wristband with unlimited rides.
This amusement park makes the MOA such a unique place! The rides are perfect for all ages and a decent price for an all day wrist band. I recently went during COVID-19, which was quite the disappointment due to few attractions being open but other than that, I recommend this place when there isnt restrictions. Ive been going to the MOA for since a child and as I grown old (27 y/o), the place gets better and better. Recommend!
So cool! Such a great place. I was here when it was still camp snoopy so I was kinda worried it being changed to nickelodeon universe was a bad thing but they really turned it out! So great awesome place for the family and sure to covid 19 there are no lines but they have great sanitation stations. 10/10 would recommend.
How do they cram so much fun into such a small spot? This place is great for younger and older kids. My 6 year old was tall enough to ride all but the biggest coaster. I love that they have themed rides AND kept the old classics as is. Out of all the rides, the Ghost Hunter one was probably our favorite. Its not overly scary and doesnt have any jump scares or loud noises making it perfect for my kids. The entire park was clean and the staff friendly (even given the Civid circumstances). Well be back next trip for sure.
Pretty fun little party. Staff could be a little more understanding and kind. Ride attendant was really gruff with my 7 year old when her nose was out of her mask after getting situated in her seat.
Not too crowded, no lines. The kids were able to get off, go right back in line and get on the next ride. Only complaint would be that not all of the rides were open.
They are now charging $5 for adults, even if you arent going to ride anything. I actually like this, because now people cant wander through the park to get from one side of the mall to the other, so it is a lot less crowded.
$45 bucks for my child and I to ride the same three rides over and over for two hours. All the of the snack bars are closed and they wont let you back in if you want to go get something to eat from the Mall. Most of the rides are closed. There is nowhere to sit if youre just watching your kid(s) on rides. The atmosphere is depressing at best.Dont waste your money on this money suck. I promise you can find better things to do with the kids. Wish I would have spent our money elsewhere.
Took my son here for his 3rd Bday. Understandably, many rides are not open with limited capacity and such but most disappointing is that because he was one inch taller than required he couldn’t be accompanied and had to ride alone which he’s afraid to do. Did one ride which mom was able to join him on because he was too small. Waste of money and time.
Its only half open but the kids had fun with what was available. It was fast and easy to get on the rides almost immediately.
Don’t go if your child is taller than average. My child is a really tall 4 year old. She is still very scared to go on most of the rides. They wouldn’t let her dad ride with her because she is 42 inches tall. There are only 7 rides open for kids. We paid $20 for her and $5 for each of us. We just paid $30 for our kids to ride 1 ride. If all rides were open I could understand but there are only a few.
Fun times my 16 and 7 year old boys enjoyed 2 hours for 20$ a piece and 5$ for watchers
Awesome amusement. Plenty of rides and the price was reasonable. Friendly staff and the place is kept very clean. Face masks are enforced, so what else could you ask for.
Half of the rides were closed, I wish they tell you before you enyer, Park is very clean and they sanitize after each ride, staff is friendly and helpful. Hand Sanitizers available by each ride. I wish there are some snack or food places open inside as you cannot leave the park and reenter again.
Tons of fun for $20 even during Covid-19. Recommend!
Theme park in the center of MOA. Nice theme park, reasonably clean and well maintained. Staff are typically younger, but this didnt stop a couple of them from chatting with my babbling toddler. They have a nice mix of rides for both older children and younger. I really appreciate that the chaperone doesnt need to pay to ride with the toddler. Toddler Tuesday is also a great way to have a few hours of fun with a great discount. They clean their Paw Patrol play place multiple times a day which was very nice to see given the number of tourists from around the world letting their kids play. All in all a nice diversion for the kids especially if your toddler loves Paw Patrol!
If youre willing to contract an illness, it is open to the public. Aside from that, great rides, memorable indoor coasters. Kinda lousy gift shop though.
They wouldnt let me on a ride as a chaperone for my just turned 2 year old because she was tall enough to ride on her own. She doesnt understand and would climb out if she got scared. They wanted me to go back to the entrance and purchase another $20 ticket. Disappointing...I was issued a refund.
Super disappointing we came two days in a row waiting while vacationing here and beside the price it has a waiting list atleast 12 hours long that we were told is 1st come first serve even when preordering at $20.00 a ticket for 2 hours of riding long waits and social distancing .....they could’ve put this on their website ....SUPER disappointing if I’d know this I’d made arrangements elsewhere.
This place was amazing!!! The fairly odd coaster was so much fun! We also went on the long ride which was so cute! The mall was air conditioned so even though there was thousands of people it remained cool! The ride waits werent long at all! All the employees were fun to talk too and gave off good vibes! Would definitely come back here with friends and family! Also there are a lot of rides here! Like a ton of them! If you ever get the chance to should definitely give it a try!
Havent been to this mall since I was a kid. Major changes since the 90s. New rides and attractions through out the area. Now known as Nickelodeon instead of Camp Snoopy. Rides were fun and still has the Pepsi coaster.
Had a blast with my baby girl
An amusement park in a mall is a really cool concept. We really came here just so I could say Ive ridden a roller coaster in a mall.We rode the Pepsi Orange Streak. I think we made the wrong choice because it was very slow with almost no hills and no loops. The SpongeBob one next to it looked more intense. While its fun, its not cheap. A single ride costs about $8. You can do an all day pass too, but that is just under $40. At that price, Id rather just go to a real amusement park with more/better rides. If youre at the mall with kids, I can see this being a fun thing to do.
Needs better training for staff. My 3 and 5 year olds love Adventure Bay and brought them there for the 5+ times since it open. However, I observed something very concerning yesterday that needs to be addressed to the teenage workers. Better training for all staff. There were still time to play, but some families were leaving. The worker was kind enough to open the exit gate for people to leave, but then at one point, a kid no more than two years old walked towards the gate and he opened it to allow the kid to leave on his own. The staff wasnt paying attention at all to who he was letting out. The parent was busy with her other child who was still inside. As you know, the place gets super busy for parents to keep an eye on every children and she could have done better too, but how does an employee just let a small child leave on their own without an adult!! Right before I was going to address this, (I had two children who were still in the playground to watch as well), the mother finally realized it and ran to her child who was at least 10 yards away thru the gate in a very busy area. When I addressed this with the teenage employee, he seemed very clueless about his action and did not understand the magnitude for his mistake. I get that other families were leaving, but this child was a completely different race, so even that should have at least alerted him that he should not open the gate for a kid that is by himself.
Had a great time with the family. Got the sea life & Nickelodeon combo package which work out perfect for our family. Wait for rides were not bad at all. Theme park employees were polite and kept rides and lines moving.
My son loved it! Definitely need more than a day here. Coupon book was great too.
This place was so awesome! Ive never been before and I had a ball with my three year old daughter!! The park is in the middle of Mall of America- There are rides for all ages- You can buy tickets per ride or the all day pass- If your child is too small to ride by themselves you can ride for free- Since its inside the Mall of America theres plenty to do while the kids are playing- Shops and food all around- located on the first floorThis is a great place to go and have an adventure!!
Didnt get to experience the rides but I walked around and I know my kids would have loved this place. Roller coasters, zip line, slides, an arcade and a big Lego area are some if the few attractions you will see. If you get hungry, Hard Rock Cafe its their for food and drinks. Its definitely a place for the whole family.
U get 2hrs of unlimited rides but can only ride about 6 maybe. Rip off
Tons of fun even with most rides closed, great prices to!
Its a beautiful place, My children were very happy there
$20 for the unlimited wrist band, but only for two hours. Also only about 12 rides are open currently. One entrance (by the ferris wheel) and limited to 250 people at a time. Even if you dont ride its still $5 to enter.
Im a kid at heart. I loved walking around and seeing all the cool stuff from when my son was little. Great rides and kids were laughing, not crying in the Mall. Perfect and FUN !!!
The Kids Loved this place and enjoyed it for hours! There are so many ride options packed into a mall its pretty incredible! Good for familys or people of any age! Rain or shine this place is open since it is climate controlled and indoors:) definitely a place to visit when youre tired of wandering the endless stores of the surrounding mall!
Less than half of the rides were even open. They spray the seats of the rides down but not the places where people touch like the handlebars. The kids still had more fun than they would have staying at home, but many of the things they wanted to go on were closed.
So much fun to bring kids too and watch them get excited meeting Spongebob, or Dora. Love riding the rides with my kids and alone with just my husband! The gift shop has great things to buy too! Definitely get a wrist band for the day though!
Go on a weekday. Its so dead the ride operators wait for you to walk up so they can run the ride. And definitely get the unlimited ride wristband- if youre going to do any other attractions in the mall get one of the passes that includes those, too, it saves you a ton of money. Surprisingly concessions and souvenirs werent badly priced, either. The rides were a bit painful but really fun, and the theming was cool for two 20 somethings who grew up with these characters but admittedly, most of the kids around had no idea who a lot of them were.
Usually I bring my niece and nephew.we get full day ride passs play great games, hop up to Johnny Rockets and head back down to a Fly over America and then another Log Run, maybe another Pepsi ride and then our favorite Sponge Bob...always a great time and everyone is smiling and happy, when the sun shines through the ceiling, its beautiful also at night when the lights come on. Super Awesome time, always...
Nickelodeon universe is always fun. I think the all day wristband is reasonably priced, its well worth it compared to buying individual tickets which will go fast. Theres rides for all age levels and an arcade. For an extra cost you can do the ropes course, zip line or Fly Over America, all of which are fun but not necessary to have a great time here. The park is always clean and I love the live trees and plants.Theres also snacks throughout the park and the food court is just up a level and easily accessible from the park.
Mall of America is really nice. Lots of stores to shop or dine in. Will definitely return.
My kids really had so much fun here. We were on a time crunch so I like the option they had for buying individual tickets you can use for the rides. They all loved the rollercoaster and watching Double Dare live.
Its a really fun place when its not super crowded, which is why I like going there when I have weird days off school (such as end of semester). If you go during holiday/weekends its really crazy and lines are long since its a good place! Fun rides too!
Loads of fun, would definitely recommend it. I had a great time. The stopping could be little more smoother, but the rides are pretty good, they also give a military discount of $10 off your all day pass, which I didnt know about. The lay was so help. Go and have some fun with the family.
Spent the day with our two kiddos and another family. We opted to use the all-day wristbands. I think it was a lot of fun. Wait times for big kid rides varied throughout the day but would be anywhere between 20 minutes to 1 hour which the kids did not seem to mind. The younger infant-toddler rides lines went by much faster throughout the day. I love how there was everything for everyone. I also liked how there were plenty of smaller food locations within the vicinity of nickelodeon so we did not have to stray far to stock up on drinks and food. Ton of fun all day long. I would definitely recommend using the MY PARK app to reserve your parking spot within 15-minutes of arriving as the parking garage can be a nightmare and these reservations are right next to the entryways of the mall. The MOA app was very useful in navigating bathrooms, locating customer service and other places we wanted to venture as it provides a navigation route based on your location. We definitely will be going back!
Pretty cool especially being in the middle of the mall. Prices are fair per ride but could get very expensive, a wrist band is the way to go for experiencing all rides. Staff are pretty friendly but remember they are busy. If like to give props to the staff at the ropes course - they were very friendly and helpful.
Nickelodeon universe is very awesome. We went into mall of America while we were travelling through Minnesota on a summer vacation and were pleasantly surprised by this theme park. The rides are well done and it is impressive how many rides they have managed to fit into that space. The log chute is the best log ride I have ever been on and I have been on a lot of log rides! Will definitely go there again next time I am near the mall.
The rides here are fun. I like the options of getting enough points for one or two rides vs an all day or two day pass. I love the family friendly vibe too!
Amazing experience. Went on Toddler Tuesday, wasn’t crowded at all! The staff of the mall doesn’t know anything but the staff of Nickelodeon is amazing in every way. special needs accommodations are great and the manager and ride attendants are all very knowledge of the accommodations and very nice. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back again next time to MN
Great experience in the MOA. Price is reasonable considering where you are. Rides kept the kids excited.
Fairly Odd Coaster was awesome! Im still dizzy.
The kids had a blast and so did the wife and I. A lot of rides to ride from 2+ to adults. The lines are super dead on Thursdays were we just kept getting back in line over and over. Dizzzzzy.... At night time when the lights come out are awesome looking and the place just has good vibes. We had a blast and well worth it for the 2 day pass if youre going to be staying a couple of days. We will be coming back to visit soon.
The rides are all close together in the center of the Mall. Thrill rides are a great way to glimpse around at the available attractions but the Farris Wheel is also a great way to see the whole park. We went on a Wednesday and didnt have to wait in any long lines. They have designated places to put your loose items at each ride. There is something for all ages.
Fun 4 the whole family or just yourself. Good people, safe and considerate.
Nice to visit big mall .. good for kids Lego center is very good and other rides are too...
Fun environment...tons of different stuff to do here for entertainment...So Much Fun!!!!
Fun for all ages, being over 42in is helpful, come after 5pm to save on all day passes. Short lines during the week and can get your fill in a few hours. A 30pt card lasted an hour with two younger kids and they had their fill for $30.
This place is lots of fun. There is stuff the whole family can enjoy. It can get kinda expensive though, so if you are planning to ride a few rides then you probably better invest in an all day pass. I especially like the place in the evening when the sun has gone down and everything is all light up and nice. It just feels more magical.
Took family there for spring break and it was a good time. Kids enjoyed the rides and attractions. My biggest complaint, is there were eating locations not open and the one that was, the Grub, was dirty and had very limited seating areas.
Super fun for kids aged 9 and younger. Older kids don’t have too many rides to choose from. Great to go when the weather isn’t the best because of the endless amount of options. Good for groups of kids.
This is just great. An amusement park in the middle of a mall. Does it get any better! There are rides for all ages, a zip line and ropes course, and other attractions that will entertain and scare the bejebers out of you... :)
Kids love. Annual pass made it worth it as ended up there so often. Companion ridding for kids is great. Plus right next to food court to make a day of it
Great theme park. As a kid my mom would take me here twice a week as a young child and I have very fond memories of it. its a great place to take young children on weekdays, Id suggest buying a year round pass to do so. If you want to form some great memories with your child, take them to Nickelodeon Universe.
A weekend getaway for the entire family. There are lot of thrilling rides and kids rides. Get a days pass and enjoy unlimited access to all the rides or get a point based pass and enjoy selective rides of your own. Points (3 or 6 based on the thrill of your ride) will be subtracted each time you take a ride from your pass.
Extremely fun place to go highly recommend
The coolest place for kids. Have brought my daughter here twice now and she just has a blast for hours. The all day wristband is a great deal and staff are very helpful.
Fun place, but choices are limited in terms of age. Staff should have been nicer. Price was average. The good thing that there was no long lines to wait in. If you have more than 3 kids with different ages and heights, most likely you would not enjoy it due to height restrictions. In any event, my kids enjoyed it and had fun.
Great fun on the weekdays. Weekends get crazy, but perfect for people watching and hanging out.
As always, my family and I had a blast visiting Nickelodeon Universe! My 8 year old and 3 year old really enjoyed the rides! Toddler Tuesday is such a great offer and we also took advantage of the Friend BOGO offer for 2 Unlimited Ride Wristbands (see N.U. website). Spent $50 for hours of fun! Also, there were not many patrons and there were NO LINES for rides. Tuesday is a GREAT DAY to visit! Thanks MOA and Nickelodeon Universe! Looking forward to returning again soon!
Aboslute blast today... They brought back Double Dare we did the live challenges.. lines for rides werent to bad lots of fun activities to do... great fun for the kids
This 5 year old loves the rides he can do on his own. Some are quite quick others are just simple. Log ride is always a favorite. The park can get busy pretty quickly and some ride operators are not fast at all.
My son loves this place. There are great rides and it is clean for the most part, which is important for me. I love that there are an adequate amount of rides he can go on himself. Staff is friendly and very kind. This is a great pull for MOA. We always do a bit of shopping and allow our son to break it up with a few hours here between the shopping times. The newish Paw Patrol play area is the BEST!
Good way to spend a couple hours with the kid! Price is high. Variety of rides for all ages.
- The prices for the Games are Hight, I think they can be cheaper, should be time play not points for Each, like $15 for 30 minutes play time ..-Welcome to the Biggest Nickelodeon play place indoor.- Kids will love it - as I said u need at least $50 for one hour play time .
The kids will love it. A good value for the price.
I cant begin to describe how much my kids loved this place. Its moderately priced and the lines are not that long so it was a pretty good experience. Everything is decorated so beautifully and for the Nickelodeon fan this should create a lasting memory. I recommend this place.
So much fun, great variety of rides, lots of games, really nice gift shop, prices are amazing . All around excellent place !
Its a great little park. Short lines. Although the ride times are also quite short. There is something for everyone. We are in our late 30s and still had a blast.
It was pretty fun and you can also go to the other places in the mall so yeah.
Great experience for the kids to go on rides and break up just walking around shopping, I took my 4 year old here and there were many rides he could go on, and the wrist bands were reasonable, they have discount days and times and if your a parent, you can ride on many of the rides without a ticket with the younger ones. Great family fun and reasonably priced.
Expensive! Over half the rides are closed for covid. Wasnt worth $100 for 4 people.
Kids had a great time. Signs on howong waits are on certain rides would be helpful!
O...m...g...this was a blast!! Cant believe how many rides they can fit indoors. Great for all ages. So much fun. Would definitely go again.
This was so fun! The only issue I’d have to comment on is the wait times due to only one coaster or cart going.. other than that, awesome experience, staff were nice and helpful!
Great Amusement Park for kids, very convenient!
1st time at the Mall of America. Amazing place! Enjoy all the rides and the food!
I spent two hours here with my four year old grandson. Some of the rides were temporarily closed but still enough things open to keep him very happy!
Theres a lot of fun in there.
Great mini amusement park. This is not Cedar Point more like a county Fair The Paw Patrol area is just a playground but my toddler and all the toddlers I saw loved that section. The log ride gets you really really wet it youre in the front not as much in the back, that was a huge hit with my family.
Know that a number of rides are closed, including the log ride, only ticket option is 2 hour. Pass and non riders are charged to get in.
Awesome time here. The best part is how affordable the prices are. Ride all day for under $40. How great it that???? You can’t miss it in the mall and you won’t be able to leave if you have kids. Enjoy!!!
I really didnt want to go. I dont like big noisy places. But my kids had been pressuring us to take them. The kids had a great time and I really had a great time watching them have a great time. We went on a Sunday and the place was packed. Lines were so long but somehow the kids stayed focused enough. I would really recommend using points instead of a day pass on busy days because the lines are so long and you cant go on very many. Also, eat before you go because concessions are expensive.
Great place to have fun with your kids. Age range 2-12 i would say. Few rollercoasters, Ferris wheel, log ride and other options. All day pass is the way to go. I would dedicate half a day to a full day, some lines take a while for you to get on the rides.
