Amazing place to bring your family and friends. The atmosphere when they have the lights of and the special effects lights on is amazing the kids love it. Its also the cleanest business I have been to in a long time, you can tell the owners actually care. You should definitely stop by there and check it out.
I threw my grandsons birthday party here. He and his guests had a wonderful time! And I think that is a bit of an understatement. The pizza was from Pizza Hut which is always great! They had everything already set up. I had purchased novelty plates, cups, balloons, table cloths, and napkins and didnt need any of it because they provided all of that, so I will be returning them. The party came with our own hostess, so we didnt have to serve our own food. She set up the table, served our pizza, cut and served the cake and ice cream. Everything went easy. I have absolutely no complaints. I will say this, if you know how many people are coming to your kids party, get their names, ages, and birth dates so when you get there to set up, you can go ahead and get the waivers for the jumpers done before all the guests get there to save time on standing in line waiting to use the computer. When they get there youll already have the ticket for the jumpers and all youll need to do is stand in line to get the checked in, which doesnt take long. And for those with back and leg problems, they have massage chairs
Me my mom and my brother have been waiting for you guys to open up.
This is an excellent place to have fun with the family or just to give your kid / kids a place to burn off energy.
Hosted my sons birthday party there over the weekend. When they called to confirm i was not notified we could only check in 15 minutes prior. So i waited with cake in hand for 15 minutes to be told i need to get out of line because i was 3 minutes to early. To wait in line another 10. My party coordinator was very helpful and sweet. I did not enjoy paying almost $400 to not even get the full 2 hrs of jump time. With some people arriving late some guests only jumped for 7 minutes when i should have had another 30-40 mins. It should be my guests choice if they choose to do cake and pizza or utilize the time slot that i payed for. In addition i purchased my party before the 31st and i were to receive a $50 discount which was not included on the bill and non of the staff seemed to know that was the case. The best part was the group dodge ball game that was set aside for us..but also had no idea about it.
I took two 11-year-olds to Altitude over Spring Break and they had a fabulous time! The employees were very kind and helpful to the kids. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how fresh it smelled. Theres a nice sitting area for non-jumpers above the jump area. I wish this place wouldve been around when I had a toddler, as they have an awesome area designated for young jumpers and great pricing during the day for those families. The owner and manager were very pleasant to speak with and eager to answer questions and help me plan a school field trip here. I highly recommend Altitude!
Great place! We went over Christmas break/New Years and they gave an incredible discount. 3 hours of jump time for a very cheap price! I cant remember what the exact prices were, but I would definitely recommend going over that time.
Altitude was so much fun! My youth group and I came here and we had a blast.
Devin the manager that was scheduled Saturday December 21,2019 has absolutely no customer skills and his lack there of is rubbing off on the rest of the staff. Never have I been told at any Altitude location that I could not bring cake in for my childs Birthday get together nor have I ever been denied a plastic knife to cut the cake. I was informed since we didnt purchase a $200 plus party package they could not supply us with a plastic knife and that we were not allowed to have our cake (outside food as they called it)Asked for corporates number Devin claimed he didnt know the number. We asked for our money back for the last hour so we could go home and do cake for my daughter then we were provided with the plastic utensils we asked for. As the night went on the employees then begin to ristrict my nine year old daughter from certain attractions she had already been enjoying throughout the night. So we ended our night a little early and disappointed at the experience we had at this location after spending 100 plus dollars. From now on we will only visit your Skokie location.
Altitude is a wonderful jumping place! Though truthfully, I wouldn’t take any kid under 10. It can be dangerous at a small level. Plus, they don’t let you feed your toddler child. You would have to go outside. So other than that, this place is clean, friendly, and an overall amazing place to hang out! Also very expensive!
Went here for a cub scout reward for the kids. Kids love it and place is busy a lot of the times we have gone. They have a food booth on site fairly expensive but can get refreshments if wanted. Birthday parties are great here when we had one our kids had a blast. Would highly recommend a visit if you have not had one.
Only a parent observing through my sons eyes. He greatly enjoys going to Altitude. Many of his friends meet there and have a memorable time. I hear accidents have occurred, though the business does as much as possible to ensure safety. Youve got a lot of kids jumping on trampolines. Things happen. I see it as a safe enough place for my boy to get some exercise and hang with friends.
I was surprised when I heard that Bloomington-Normal was getting a trampoline park. Its been open for a year, and I finally went. My daughter and her friends had a blast for two hours. The Wipeout game space was a challenge, but fun. They spent a lot of time at the balance beams, knocking each other into the foam pits. I spent an hour on the trampolines, too. Fatigued, but flipping fun!
First time going. Had fun and definitely worth it. Felt sorry for the very friendly and informative girl working behind the counter. She had to run back and forth from main counter to the food/drinks counter. She needs a raise.
We were going to go to Upper Limits and it didnt open for a while so we came here to kill time. It was definitely time well spent. This place wasnt too busy at the time we showed up (around noon on a Wednesday). But there are a variety of games and activities here for is to do. We met the owner and he mention that he is updating this place and I look forward to taking my kids here sometime soon. I definitely recommend coming here.
Really fun place to let the kids hang out and enjoy growing up. We had a birthday party there with lights on and Friday and Saturday they have a lights out party which was fun just watching my 6 year old son having a blast.
Place was great during Toddler Time for my 2 1/2 yr old. Very affordable for 3 hours of fun and not crowded. The gal working the front was often hard to find for people. The guy monitoring the trampolines walked over and reprimanded my son, who is still in diapers, for stacking foam blocks outside the foam block pit. There were about 8 people in the entire place; it was comical. The guy stood around like a bouncer in a bad night club. I understand kids get crazy in there, but it was just silly.
Took my son this afternoon. Reasonably priced normally, but today they had an exceptional holiday deal! We had a great time. The staff was courteous and upheld the rules. We will be back for more!
Great place overall. Id only ever jumped on the trampolines, not use any of the party rooms or eat on the balcony. Jumping always stays fresh- plenty of stuff to do, unlike the sky zone in Springfield, which only has a main jumping area and a foam pit area last time I visited. I would say the sweat accumulates, but the place does a good job with sanitation. Music is a bit too loud for my taste, but its better than no music! I recommend the last foam pit station with the wall trampoline- see if you can run on the wall trampoline all the way to the wall! Sweeper is cool, but by golly its tiring. Sometimes to retain stamina, you have to jump, duck, jump, duck etc; instead of jumping the whole time. Did witness someone who passed out in the middle of a dodgeball match- ended up being fine. I dont know what happened... Maybe tripped and hit her head on something? Theres really a tiny margin for error at this place- not much to get hurt on. My neighbor did come and jump one time, to hurt his back trying to dunk in the basketball area- not the places fault at all, it will happen at any trampoline place. Make sure to stay hydrated! You will start burning out faster than you might think!
My daughter had LOTS of fun, But I will NOT go back. While my daughter was enjoying her time jumping I was sitting watching her and trying to feed her baby brother his BOTTLE when one of the young men working there came to me and told me I could not feed my son his bottle because is was considered “outside food/Drink”. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever been told and I feel like that is HORRIBLE for a business to not allow you to feed your baby a bottle because it “breaking” the rules !
It was really fun. Except one employee kept singling me out about the rules while I watched others do the same thing I was getting scolded for. The expense is very steep. Couldnt imagine why it couldnt be cheaper
A great place for the kids to get some exercise and some fun!
Always a nice place to let kids run off energy
Kids have fun and there is plenty of snacks.
My kids have been there before, but this was my first time. I opted to jump with the kids for an hour, and I ended up having a lot of fun. We played a lot of dodgeball, and jumped in the open area, along with jumping into the foam pits. When I first got there, there was a pricing discrepancy, I had actually paid more online than the price they were charging as a special Christmas Break price at the door. A couple of issues getting it sorted out at the counter, but the owner came and found me later, and more than made up for it. We did have a great time, and I will take the kids back again sometime.
Amazing fun for the family! We love it here, seriously our home away from home! Great staff and always clean!
Had to deal with a very rude manager tonight as I addressed a safety concern for my child. She was not helpful in anyway and was very offensive. The majority of the employees are teenagers that are not equipped to handle the large number of Junior High children that are running through the park on Friday and Saturday nights. Bullying and safety issues are not being handled correctly. Someone is going to really get hurt. This is too bad because this could be a really fun place for this age group to hang out.
Kevin did an awesome job hosting my sons birthday party!
I love this place. It made me so happy
Not very big or spread out. Even more over priced compared to Elevate which is much bigger and better priced.. Still a fun spot and let kiddos get out energy.
Very well run - adequate supervision with friendly staff. Extremely clean too.
My grandsons had a great time! And there was an observation area where I could relax while they were having fun.
Fun for you and your family clean and safe
I enjoyed myself, though it was college night young kids where there.. kinda took the fun out of it sometimes not wanting to hurt them and them wanting to play in the regular area and not the kids but i loved it
Hard time hanging out foam pits other than that it was a good time.
Great environment. Staff was super friendly. Kids and adults all had a blast!!
Wonderful place...very accomodating to our large Y group....
Kids from 11-18 had a blast and i didnt have to cook or clean up
The best couldnt be better
Awesome place. Its nice that they have separate areas for toddlers.
Wasn’t as fun as it looks to be. This trampoline park didn’t have that much space and didn’t have a big pit type of thing. More space would’ve made this so much better.
Excellent location for kids to burn off their energy.
Kids had so much fun here, good way to let the kids get rid of some of their energy!
Altitude is a safe, clean, friendly environment. My son absolutely loves it!!! Wonderful staff! Will be back again for sure!
Had tons of fun with my friends and we were all 18+. Id say its good fun for most ages and its definitely worth trying.
I love the place there are so many fun things to do, there is a place to eat, and there is a place where prleople can just relax. All the people there are really nice, I go there a all many Saturday night, because there is a teen thing.
Very dangerous place. The staff is too busy talking to each other. Someone tore their acl mcl and had to have knee surgery after coming here.
Employees were great courteous, friendly. Just hsd an all around great time.
It is a great trampoline park and a whole lot of fun
First visit here for a birthday party. This place is great for kids with lots of different trampoline activities and games. Well organized and well supervised.
Even though my 10 year old grandson had a good time, I wish the place would escort new customers around to see which stations were safe for the child. He like another review broke his elbow on the spinning around station. Not even making it for one jump over. He barely made the height requirement. Upon taking him to the orthopedic doctor, found out they have about 5 a week from the trampoline place with something broken. He was the 70th something for this year already. Safety rules and requirements need to be reviewed and changed, in my opinion, with this many injuries. Are there any safety regulations for parks with children participating? Can we ask they post the number of injuries so we really know the risks?
I feel like the kids there dont understand that only one person per trampoline is a rule
This place is awesome! Toddler time (10-1, M-F for kids 6 and under) is a great discounted option. Price seems a little high, *but* the place is clean, well-supervised, and tons of fun for kids, teens, and adults. Lots of gladiator style activities and larger and small trampoline areas depending on the size of your kids. There are free cubbies for your stuff, but there are also locked lockers for $3 (which is the option we used).
Went here yesterday with my 3 yr old son and had a great time. I have been to a few trampoline parks and have always said that they need a spot for just the younger kids. Altitude delivered on that. We we able to jump around and have a great time without older kids jumping into him. The only downfall would be, this is definitely the most expensive park I have been to. $15 for the first hour is pretty expensive! . The highest I had seen prior to this was $11. Also I arrived with my own socks that I had received from another park out of state, just to find out my socks had to be purchased from them. Its great to see Bloomington has a trampoline park now but hopefully they will adjust the prices a bit once the new hype has worn off. Overall great facility!
Ok place. But I will never go back. Me and my fiancé took our daughter there and her little brother still drinks breast milk from a bottle. As we are watching our daughter jump my fiancé is holding our son feeding him and we’re told we could not feed him outside food or drink. I say it’s a baby, he drinks breast’s milk. would you rather her pull her breast out to feed him! then again I was told no outside food or drinks everything has to be bought from them. I said well do you have breast milk for sale back there and was told no, so I guess they need to get a supply of breast milk if a parent has only one child jumping but still has another child that needs breast milk or formula just Ridiculous!!
Went with a large group in their early open for business period. They were struggling with how to process us on arrival even though we pre-registered. They told us to seek a manager upon arrival next time for a quick entry. The activities were great for all that participated.
Great entertainment. The lounge area should have a gate for little ones that r not participating! We enjoy the area for the parents and party area.
I attended a birthday party here. They had faulty portable wooden stairs that they use for people in certain areas that was not safe. My daughters leg was caught in the broken stairs. Luckily it just scraped the skin. I told a staff and he didnt do anything so I went to the manager. She didnt care either and was going to leave the ride open but I MADE her shut that area down like she was supposed to. Horrible staff. Watch your children closely at this place.
Much better than skyzone, yes people can get hurt here but you are able to get hurt anywhere! Highly recommend Friday and Saturday nights from 7-10 (friday night frenzy and teen night) Very fun with the special effects lights out.
Pretty good. Has stuff that sky zone doesn’t have. Wish they could’ve gotten kids out of the foam pits faster.
Always have a good time here!
Always a Fun experience!! Kids love going and running off some energy!!
Everyone who knows me knows I am not a fan of trampolines in general but these guys have taken the activity to a whole new level such that those who use them within their recommended guidelines can have a wonderfully safe and amazing time!
Great place to take little tikes and big tikes both. The place was pretty busy so be sure to pair everyone up. They have an upstairs lounge area overlooking the trampoline part. There is also a decently priced snack shop with some food items, drinks & snack food.
Great place to go with the kids.. prices are very reasonable and the staff are very polite and helpful
Kids had a great time, all of the staff were attentive and polite!
I.was here for a birthday party... the hostess we were assigned was terrific at.meeting our needs and answering questions...the place is divine and i.will.go.again !!
Nice place to visit. the music was a bit loud. you could hardly hear the cashiers or when you were in the observation area to carry on a conversation
Went for my grandsons 8th birthday party. Everyone had a blast. Pizza was good.
Lots off fun for most ages. My 4 year old had a great time
Loved it! Kids really enjoyed it. The customer service was awesome.
It was just okay. The kids had fun but it is kind of pricey. It didnt seem like there was much to do. We would go back as its a nice alternative to Chuck E Cheese but I wouldnt recommend the place.
Kids loved it. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Great variety of trampoline activities.
Great place to take the kids and grandkids clean good fun good exercise to get them off the couch theyll love it
I love this place so much i have been here with my friend two times and the staff is so friendly
My kids loved it!
Great place will ve going back
We had a blast! 3 year old son loved the extreme dodgeball, and trapeze swing. We will be going back for more toddler time!
Awesome place for everyone, great ownership and employees, just a very fun and relaxing place to go
Love this place. Had a Blast. Excellent Service from Great Employees
The kids had a great time and it wore them out, win, win!
Great place for indoor fun and exercise! I recommend going on a weekday as it is packed in the weekends.
Wife and l went during the weekday before lunch it was easy to find parking and not crowded inside. Dont kid yourself jumping in this place is a WORKOUT. The foam pit are crazy to get out of if your over weight and out of shape. Overall this was a blast.
Very fun!! Kids loved it...ages 5-12...but there were people of all ages there.
Awesome place for a birthday party! The kids had a great time!

Very nice. Clean. Polite staff.
Fun place to take family. Great staff very helpful
It was great and we all had a blast
I wish you guys had a buffet there other than that this place is awesome. You guys could come down on the prices a bit.
NIce playe, but the socks feel weird and they need to make more activities to do
