Bought my house 8 months ago, love it here........ very quiet & peaceful .... The ladies in the office are awesome .... Peggy was very helpful and went out of her way to show me houses around my work hours.....very nice and patient while I chose my new home .. happy to be a part of this community... you will love it here

Went in last week and the lady there was so rude. Like she didn’t wanna help me or show homes. I was ready to purchase a new trailer I had already been there a few months ago and spoke to a really nice Hispanic lady but this one was mean and nasty. There was a white family there she was being nice too but dismissed me. Need to bring the other lady back.

Ill be selling in 3 years! I just moved in and my experience has been very unpleasant, putting it mildly. As a first-time homeowner Im very disappointed. After reviewing the negative reviews Im in total agreement with the posts about how this place is managed.

The office manager Cynthia is incredible. Really happy with the new management. They keep eveything looking great.

The process was quick and easy the staff is very helpful and friendly..We love it her so far!Even my furrbabies are happy.

Literally hell on earth. The office ladies are unbelievably rude and very unprofessional. Peggy and I forget the other one... very trashy. Will avoid you at all costs. This place is a mess. Chaos always.

Clean well maintained. Nice park for children. Some people need to be removed for behavior.

Lived in Shadow Valley for over 20years. Always been quiet place..expect with all the new mobile homes being installed. seen many many improvements made to the park. Which is a nice change of pace only negative I would say is the BIG dogs. On the lease your not supposed to have a dog over 40pounds thats the only part I see where they over look. Even called about it a few times due to huge dogs growling at my door. Managment never did anything about it.I hope they continue to keeping the park nice.

Horrible management... constant hikes... leaks everywhere.. you will never pay below the max for water.... just horrible.

Need to make sure older trailers keep skirting around trailers and no junk sitting out around trailer.

People steal your stuff a lot of shady stuff goes on all over the park

Constant rate hikes, management doesnt reply to messages, the water is always being turned off due to repair of leaks.
