Living here is peaceful and quiet. Rent cost is a little costly but the location is very convenient good manager and assistant! God Bless !

As a previous employee of this community I saw all the changes first hand that they are taking to make this a safe and welcoming community, the staff and groundskeepers have made a connection with their residents and are always willing to help whenever possible Maria and Luis are always so helpful

Luis and Maria are the absolute best!!! They sold us a great new home super close to the playground!! My kids love the snack days and parties that they have!!! I am so happy living in riverbend!! Thank you guys for accepting us in to the community!!!

When you drive in first thing you notice is the cleanliness! I feel safe and love the fact the community treats you as family and not just neighbors. Huge plus!! Whenever we have a problem, the staff are quick to resolve the issue and will continue to check in on us and make sure that everything is ok. Mindy is great!

I’ll have to say I was not pleased at all in fact I was ready to move but then Mindy took over as manager and things are really changing for the better! She is a great manager is actually getting thing fixed and done! I hope she stays because things actually are getting done around here.

Great place. Looks very clean and always tidy. The kids like the park area and i feel safe to let them out to play. No stray animals running around, no speeding cars, and no trash laying around. Great office staff.

Just moved in. Mindy has been great. Have a couple of maintenance issues that she is working on with her contractors. Park is well kept and quiet.

Lovely neighborhood

I have lived here for 18 years and then several years back they put in individual water meters, it was fine... My water bill was $18 to $19 per month for those past few years... My daughter has moved out so my water consumption has gone down...and yet since the new managers took over my bill nearly doubled the first month and this month it is at almost $42...there is something wrong in the new management team... We older people on limited budgets can not take this kind of improper charges!!!

Great community low crime great school district close to shopping fitness restaurants etc.

Charges my in-laws a fee for an ambulance coming to their home.

Very pretty, I love all of the flowers.

Nice park. I lived there for 12 years.

It appears to be clean and well kept. The landlord is very nice and caring.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! We lived there almost 3 years, paid our rent on time kept our yard clean and had not been reprimamded for anything. Out of the blue one day we were handed a eviciton notice to vacate property in 30 days. The only reason given was that they wanted their lot back. So we scrambled and found another place to move our house. Moving day was upon us and the movers had the house hooked up ready to move it. The manager would not let us move it until we paid lot rent for may. ( It was May 1st we were leaving as they requested) .Then they wouldnt let us leave until they got written permission from our mortgage company. Our mortgage company would not do that. We ended having to call the police and they told them that they could not keep us from taking our property. Westwind Enterprises which owne the property are NOT to be trusted. Lot renter beware!

Terrible. Awful. Incompetent. I cannot even begin to express how mad I am at this ridiculous excuse for a business. When we turned in our background check info and our money for that **a month ago***, we never heard anything. Nothing. Until I physically went into the office *because No one knows how to call you back* and asked. Then I dropped off a $250 deposit check with our mortgage application 3 weeks ago and was told 2 or 3 days we will hear back. Okay. MY HUSBAND WENT INTO THE OFFICE TODAY *because we had called for a solid 2 weeks after not hearing anything from them, just to be told EVERY SINGLE TIME That the manager would call us back that day or the next, obviously it never happened* AND THEY HADNT EVEN TOUCHED OUR MORTGAGE APPLICATIONS. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. turns out, they could have just ran it through right there and then when we turned our stuff in to begin with and we would have known in 5 minutes. So weve been waiting a total of a month for something that could be done in minutes DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS. absolutely ridiculous. That is not how a business is ran, and if you live here I suggest you get a written receipt everytime you pay rent because they will more than likely try to tell you, you never paid it, they tried that on us for our background check deposit, because they dont know how to keep things in files apparently. Ive requested a supervisors number, but since they drop the ball on everything else Im sure i wont get one. Just dont move here unless you want a serious headache.
