Wish we could have seen how they dont clean up or disinfect anything b4 we payed to play. We were the first ones in the store when it opened, so I know they didnt clean or disinfect. As you can see there are left over cups and papers in the pics.

We drove one hour or more to celebrate my great niece birthday. This place was her favorite. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was good and all was going well until the fire alarm went off inside the building. We were asked to exit the building until the situation was under control. We did not mind that because the Children ready to use there play cards. After 5 minutes outside we heard a siren coming near us. It was the fire department. They came to Chuck-e-Cheese. They did not have on masks nor did they rush in the building. One said to my relative that the alarm happens regularly. While still waiting 30 or more minutes outside in the heat the store manager never updated us about what was going on. The General Manager came later (with no mask on) and he was not helpful. My great niece started crying while looking inside the building. She stated that (this is the worst birthday ever!). I agreed with She turned 7 years old

I loved this place. My grandson celebrated his 2rd birthday there. And with the cornavirus everyone was wearing a mask including the employees. They had limited amount of seating but enough available for the amount of people who were there. The food was good and didnt have to wait ti long. Only disappointment I had was I couldnt get a salad other than that we had a wonderful time. Will be going back very soon.

Went to celebrate one of my daughters birthdays (not a party) on a Wednesday afternoon. Gayla was awesome. She took great care of us and she works her butt off. We got a pizza and the timed all you can play game cards and the whole deal cost us about $100. We had a blast, hardly anyone there.UPDATE: went again 2 weeks later for my other daughters birthday and this time Jeremy took care of us, who also happens to be awesome.

Nice place to bring your kids to burn off some much needed energy. The pizzas pretty good too!

We visited for the first time with our 2 year old girl. We had a blast! She loved riding the rides and playing some of the little kid games. We had a supreme pizza that was much better than I had anticipated. Facilities were clean and well kept. Will definitely be back soon.

I’m greatly disgusted at the false advertising on doordash. Mind you I will never order from a third party delivery service ever again. This play center is selling pizza and wings under a DIFFERENT name. It’s Pasquale (something of that nature) pizza and wings. Please understand it’s Chuck E. Cheese trash pizza.I HAD NO IDEA. I for one am not a fan of liars! And I spent money here all to have a horrible experience with a completely wrong order. So this is my review of their pizza. It’s gross, cheap, thin no flavor. And it’s 5 dollars more than little Caesars. Save yourself the trouble and just drive to sams, or little Caesars. And catch this you guys. They didn’t supply me with a CANNED drink. I was supplied with a fountain drink! (Which is how I found out my food was from a children’s play center). What sick science experiment is this? It’s COVID. And I have an OPEN drink. A straw was NOT provided. I’m very deterred. Chuck E. Cheese’s are extremely low class. I would have never in a million years ordered from here if I knew where it was from. I picked the restaurant Bc of the fast delivery time. I LEARNED FROM MY MISTAKE. Everyone save yourself the trouble. And the HEALTH. I know that they aren’t following COVID-19 orders Bc they are a scam artist. And for this experience (never imagined taking my children to such a disgusting place as this) but this really confirmed everything. NOT THE PLACE FOR ME.

This place was amazing. We had a great time in a clean and friendly environment. My son left his cell phone and I called to see if there was any way that I could pay to have it shipped to me since we live 2 hours away. The manager insisted that he would take care of it and for me not to worry with shipping costs. Customer service at this establishment is clearly a top priority here. Such a nice group of people. Thank you for all of your help again.

Always great for the kids, basic beer, not really good up keep on the salad bar. Later into the evening, kids were jumping everywhere and on everything, like about to break it. There were little kids left to watch their baby siblings! And some kids were left alone and they were scared because they couldnt find their parents. Some employees were real nice, but they need management and safety protocols put in place.

We paid $10 for 3 drinks. The whole drink machine was out. So i had to go outside to my car and get my own drinks after paying $10 for 3 tiny cups of carbonated water. Not very happy about it. We spent a good amount of money there.

I celebrate the first bday of my son first of all if you don’t have the reservations on Saturday you will be screw so DO THE RESERVATIONS.The only thing the cake is horrible. But the show was great. And the pizza.

Best place for a child to celebrate a birthday! Plenty of games for a child to play; arcade of excitement for children of all ages. Car simulation, racing competitively, basketball hoops, all sorts of ways to collect tokens for prizes. The food is reasonably priced and of course, there is the infamous Chuckie Cheese!

The kids (4.5 & 3) REALLY enjoyed it. We got the number 1 combo (large pizza & 4 drinks) upgraded to an XL for $3 more plus two play passes. You can choose by the hour or by points. We were going to do by the hour but decided on the points and Im so glad we did. Instead of the 1 hour play its like 60 points; most games being 1 point unless its a 2 player game. We were there about 3 hours and still had points on the cards. It was relatively clean. The beloved mouse came out a few times, danced, passed out some tickets. Hes now my 4yo daughters best friend....... While there, not a tear was shed, lunch was enjoyable (the pizza no longer tastes like s***)we even had some other kid eating with us that my daughter had befriended. The only complaint from my oldest was her wanting to see the guy in the mouse suit more.They stamp your arm upon arrival. When you leave they check it to make sure the numbers match up. Its a precaution taken to try and thwart child abduction. With that said, a man had left out the fire door that claimed to sound an alarm if opened-it didnt. To me, that speaks volumes. Dont get me wrong, I always watch my kids. I just feel like it creates a false sense of security and I believe it was designed just for that.

It was awful there werent any toiletries. There werent any lids for the cups and I was forced to purchase special cups so the children wouldnt make a fruit punch pool. I felt insulted and disgustedBut the kids had a great time and the pizza is still damn good

Staff was friendly. The food was prepared fine although the taste was average or leas than. A variety of games and the kids never got bored. I never saw chuck e do anything but look around. It would have been great if he danced. Also, if their were staff members in the game area checking on guests it would be great. All and all it was great for a first time expierence I will go again

The animatronic was very hot i would highly recommend going there just to sit and look at how attractive the animatronic is the way he moves really shows off his curves and he has em hes so thicc I would clap then cheeks any day

This was the best experience I have ever had at Chuck E. Cheese... When I say from the play area being clean to the restrooms being VERY clean... I was really impressed!!! The pizza was on point!!!! This location was not over crowded like I thought!!! Kids loved it....staff was late (30mins) opening and when they DID open they had an attitude. They locked the doors behind me even though they were supposed to open at 9am. But in the end it was for the kids and they absolutely loved it. I like the new card system versus the coins, now I cannot wait until they add the tickets (rewards) to the card as well.

The kids had a blast and so did us Adults. I did not want to leave. As always the prizes for tickets are lame if you do not have a million. Pizza was great too! We will for sure be back, hopefully soon.

Salad bar was messy. Ordered a personal pan pizza paid 9.99 and it had almost no toppings. I would not go here and eat again. The kids had a great time playing but we will eat somewhere else in the future. The 2 large pizzas were ok but the cost of the food is high for what you get and it is already expensive for playing time.

Quadarius at the counter was a pure delight. So kind and informative. Clean and fun! Having a great time!

Although Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot since I was a kid, it’s still a fun place for children. The employees at this particular location are very friendly and helpful. We had our daughter’s birthday party here and really enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely visit again.

Food was great and came out fast! Prices are high especially when games are out of order, some took credits and didnt work, some were out of tickets. Employees cant do anything about it. Chuck E. show was only the birthday show and after the birthday he stick around for like 3 minutes(luckily we did get a picture) Overall we had a great time!

I informed the manager that her employee DeDe was awesome. She brought the food, took care of of machine, check the children in, than was Chuck E Cheese. She did all of this with a smile. I even enjoyed the new games for my generation. Especially the 30 min of play and Pizza for 10.00My grandson and nephew ️ this place. I use to stay away because of crowded and unpleasant experience but I can say that this is best location if you have small kids. My daughter said DeDe always there with a smile.

No cheese on the salad bar and it wasnt replenished during my visit. Where is the jungle gym?? Fun wheres off in 10 minutes. You guys revisit the play book.....and where is the band that played on the stage. Not a very good visit.

Is that really doesnt know what theyre doing they dont know what theyre offering and I dont really think the customer service is there first and only concern. Sure all the games were in working order and it was relatively clean but with an experience of poor customer service Im giving this a 2!

My kids love this place! They have a Chuck E. Cheese mascot that comes out and dances with the kids and everything. They have a lot of great games, with a mixture of old school and new releases. Its very clean, the staff is nice, and the tickets flow freely! Definitely a must visit!

I took two of my granddaughters; at their request; to have dinner and play some games. I bought 2 90 minute cards for the girls. That amounted to $50. That seemed excessive to me. But the food was even more expensive at $43 for 2 personal 6 slice single topping pizzas, 1 3 topping medium pizza and 3 small drinks. As a rule, I prefer a supreme pizza with at least 6-7 toppings however that pizza alone would have cost $13- $14 (tooooooo much). The staff were nothing special.

My daughter had a birthday party at chuck e cheese hwy280. It was really fun. The children had a blast. There was a very little complication though. I reserved for the mega party. It supposed to have a free cup that kids could take home. But they gave us the paper cup. If I didnt say something, they wouldnt give us the free cups. After the party, they took the balloons. If I didnt ask for them, they wouldnt give it to us either. But other than that, it was a nice.

My kids have so much fun here. Only negative is the person at the register being pretty rude.

My mother, my child, and I recently visited the Chuck E. Cheese at the Highway 280 location. We had a great experience. When we walked in, we were greeted by the manager who was multitasking by stamping the children and parents as the entered and working the cash register. He was very patient and helpful with us. Since we were having a hard time deciding what to order, he offered suggestions about packages that would save money while meeting our needs. The food didnt take too long and was good. It wasnt overly busy and all the games were in working order, so my child could play any game he wanted and only had to wait a few times for a game. Occasionally, the employees would go around and play games and fix games that had tickets jammed in the dispenser. Afterwards they would leave the tickets hanging from the machine which allowed the children to easily add to their ticket collection. This was great for young children, like mine, who may not earn as many tickets as the older tickets. Overall, we had a great experience at this Chuck E. Cheese.

Its okay for what it is. There are plenty of games but no free play so come prepared to spend! Like the other Chuck E. Cheese in this area, it has this overwhelming odor. Our pizzas took forever and we only had two. Also, the ticket counter machines were broken (there were 7, only 2 worked consistently). You can definitely tell its understaffed. Overall, it was okay for what it was but the CEC brand is not what it use to be.

Its been a while since weve been to this location. Not sure if theres been a management change or something else. But, this store has gone down.We ordered a birthday cake. They lost the order for it! When we finally got it, they brought no plates and we had to search to find any way to cut it along with finding forks to eat it!We also ordered appetizers....they came as we were getting ready to leave!The manager did not seemed concerned or offer a discount for their lack of organization.There was one positive...the cake was pretty good. But, it ought to be since it was $15.They also need to consider switching to Coca Cola products which offers a better selection for kids.

Chuck-E-Cheese is what you would expect of it a good place for pizza and lots of games you can either pay by the hours or minutes for the games or by the tokens. My son wanted to go enjoy playing some fun games. Its nice now that they offer unlimited games for set amount of money and time. The downside to that is that it takes too much time to actually start playing the games due to the amount of time it takes to swipe your card, often multiple times. They also are extremely under staffed!

Had my grandsons birthday party. Guests couldnt get in because of the wait for others to leave. Some were standing outside 45 minutes after the party began. Awful

I was a kid with a kid wasnt mad at all had fun wanted to eat the buffet but the baby wouldnt let me why cant you have an adults only buffet!

I though today ( Sunday March 10 2019) would be a good evening to bring my girls out to enjoy a evening after church. NO, I arrived at 4:00 place my order at 4:16. I allowed my girls to play while they wait for pizza. First it is 5:49 I still have no pizza, I ordered a salad no salad on the bar. The employees ( Kids) are not willing to help the kids. It’s just awful.

I had my little girls birthday party here. Service sucked bad even the balloons where half way inflated. Pizza was cold when it got to us. The cake we ordered was the wrong one and in a theme party you figured that would be important but no. Chuck E. Cheese mascout acted like he wanted to off himself on one of the toys I will not come back to ruin another birthday party here

Kids love it. Staff was friendly only thing that needed improvement was not enough staff to handle customers in a timely manner. This was my first time there so this may have just been an off day.

The carpet was dirty with food crumbs and we arrived just 13 minutes after it had opened. Less than 4 people were there till My party of 4 arrived. The little lunch crowd did not justify the mess. The initial host was not friendly and she seemed disconnected from her position. The pizza tastes good as usuall but very greasy cheese. Games are a blast but costly. This is a very expensive lunch.

Love this Chuck E Cheese! The manager was really helpful! We had an impromptu party & we were still treated like a paid birthday party. Everything is always so clean & the salad is awesome!

It was a lot of fun. Dont go for the all you can eat bar. There is nothing on it. It was a big disappointment. The staff was kind. The manager was very nice when my little ones card got taken from him while playing a game. We will definitely go back.

We go all the time to the location on 280 and my kids love it. Got to admit I do too! They are so clean here. Honestly I was never a huge fan of the pizza and other food at the location on 31 but then I tried it at the 280 location and it was awesome

They closed the kitchen down at 6 p.m. The salad bar is all you can eat and barely anything on it. I had one serving and couldnt get another due to the closing of the kitchen. I was informed that they close at 9. Very displeasing will not recommend this location to anyone.

On a Saturday afternoon, there should be adequate staff so that one person isnt working the kid check, registers, and the ticket counter.

If you want to avoid the crowd, go at 5 PM on a weekday. The staff was pleasant. The pizza was good... Just make sure you consume it while its hot. They serve wine and beer. You can only have one drink an hour and there is a 2-drink limit.
