I actually work at the front desk at a local hotel here in Birmingham and was calling to get info for a guest and a guy picked the phone up on the evening of January 12th 2014 at about 7:50pm and was very rude! Very unprofesional, ended up sending my guest to the Plum bar to hear awesome music
