The park is great for kids. The staff were on the phone every time you needed assistance. Had to wait for the concessions person to finish his text and get a drink of his slushy before taking my order. The guy running the ropes course was not harnessed in and almost fell while helping a child. There are not enough sanitation stations. There are no staff members monitoring the play area there were Christmas and asks using foul language around going children. Overall the facility is nice the staff is lacking in responsibility and needs adult supervision.

My son loved it here and the pricing is very good and theres no time limit like other places. U can play here all day and not worry about your time being up

Nice environment. Clean. Wasnt crowded. Couldnt give a five start due to lack of staff being fully present. Staff was sitting on phone instead of assisting children with the zip line.

Sunday, I went to a party for one of my friend’s 7 year old son and I was so impressed. The concession wait wasn’t too long and the check in process wasn’t hard at all. Our party host, I think her name was Amelia, was so awesome and was so attentive to our needs. She told us that she was only 17 but her maturity level was so high she could have fooled me. I will definitely be having my daughter’s birthday at this location. The only thing I wish is that the staff would wear name tags to make it more personal.

Great for kids, not great if you want covid. Saw most employees not wearing masks, and the temperature taking station was unmanned. The covid prevention here was a joke.

My son had a BLAST here. Worth every penny. The zip line goes around the ceiling and he did that eight times. It was awesome to watch him have that much fun. The workers are young but awesome.

Its a positive environment where people of all ages can be entertained while burning calories, lol. It also was a unique place. I used to record some of my poetry. While my brother and others were active in the background. Taking a different approach. This place opened my mind to new ways of thinking. The creatures envisioned a masterpiece when they came up with this.

Can Adults have Birthday Parties here? I seriously cannot say enough great things about this place. Our host Joshua made sure we had everything we needed. There are tons of activities. I did the zip line myself about 50 times. Prices were great, food was great. No time limit which was a plus. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. My six year old is still talking about it. Thank you for making her birthday the best one yet. Lets just say this...I dont have too many pictures from that day, this is the kind of place that makes you put away your phone and live life.

The Workers here should complain... nothing can be easy when it comes to handling operations . The staff can not remember where a child is in line or in some areas notice anything at all. Larger groups of children can overtake any attraction at the point of entry, Especially The climbing area, the gate opens outward and there is no designated line area so the newbies coming up get shuffled with others that have been waiting. And if you clarify to the staff. We’ll if your me, you get completely ignored this is Because the lack of effort on part of this business and its owners to structure and design each area, so a child can follow the most basic and obvious plans and not just demand or require STAFF to have to sort it all out while in progress, as they have so much to do already, assuring the kids are safe and having fun on the play equipment.. In conclusion maybe structure helps the staff to do a better job, it’s not their fault

We attended a 12 yr olds birthday party here and it was great! There are so many things to do that even when they were super crowded and busy there was always something to do. Theres a mini obstacle course over a ball pit. There are various trampoline areas designated for jumping. dodgeball, basketball etc. a balance beam over a foam pit for kids battling to knock each other off..There are areas that are for small children only as well. there are massage chairs spread out about a place for the parents to sit in if you put money in for a massage. (Dont get carried away .. No matter how much you enjoy it... If you do more than 20minutes, your body is probably going to be sore the next day or two) for a little extra money there is also a rock climbing wall and a zip line that will send you across the building to one side and then whip you around back to where you started from instead of just going straight across so that was really cool. Theres an area where you can be tethered above for safety but being able to walk across small platforms or climb across a web of rope... theyre just a lot of things to do. I saw the children of all ages theyre having a good time. ( my 15 yr old going through one of those phases where nothing entertains him... Actually had his face light up .. so I paid for him to play outside of the party.It can be a bit expensive covering the person and then buying their special socks required.. but the kids really did enjoy it so its worth it.

Highly disappointed with the staffing, there wasn’t enough workers to regulate each zone, too many kids in one area at a time, for the 7 and under zone big kids were all over it as wear my 5 year old was too scared to jump for fear of getting trampled! Bathrooms were not clean toilet paper all over the place no soap no paper towels had to wait too long for a drink at the concession stand!!! We were there last year when first opened and it was super nice! Plenty of workers and smiling faces, yesterday was a completely different experience, it seemed like kids running the place were more worried about what they looked like then doing their job!! Over crowded!! Will not be returning.....also too many people sitting in the massage chairs taking up space while they are beeping the ENTIRE time!! Very very annoying!!!! We were there over two hours and it was the SAME people that never moved from them!!!!!

Its fine on weekdays- it gets a little too full for us on weekends. Both of my kids are able to play there - a preschooler and an early elementary kid.I feel like it becomes a little rough for them on weekends.

Great place for young people to burn of a lot of energy and they have snacks and drinks but their a little steep but its family and kid oriented co have what fun you can.

It was nice for the teenager load place to hook up your phones and laptops. Food and people are nice and its a fun place to go to.Food is high but a good place to let the kids have fun with friends.

I was just here Saturday and my son was doing the rock wall and when the worker saw my son wanted to get on she ignored him at first and kept doing what she was doing. Now I saw earlier that she and another parent had a disagreement but when she finally hooked my son up she jerked him into and his neck jerked back. She should not have taken her frustrations out on my son and I immediately said something and she just looked at me with an “I don’t care face”. I don’t know what type of establishment this is but I will not be coming back if your workers are like this. I went up to the front desk to ask the young lady’s name and I was told that it was Katy bates.

I went two days ago to book look into booking a party for my daughters birthday. I was pleasantly overwhelmed by the attention my daughter and I received. ReYanna helped me reserve our party. My niece had a birthday party here and the food and service was super Great!!!! When I say the customer service was AMAZING!!!! Lord this young lady really helped me with my son today... He keep running to her department but he wasnt tall enough she never once got mad or had an attitude she just loved on him!!!! I didnt get her name but I hope someone in management sees this and let her know how thankful I was for her help!!!! I found us a place to come on the weekends!!! We went there to ride go-karts and had a great time. The go-karts where great and the track layout was great. The staff was great. Great bang your buck.

The Pros:Lots of things for a 6 year old to do for hours.Reasonably priced for what it is.Food is good.Facility was clean and in good shape.The Cons:One of the main attractions “The Ropes” was not working and no discount was made to reflect this for the ultimate package.The entire staff looked like they hate life. They play amongst themselves and give very little attention to the children. Parents had to whistle and wave down staff to unhook their kids at the rock wall area because the staff were too busy huddled up together talking. When they were actually doing their job, they all had sad faces like they had been yelled at for something 5 minutes ago.Please retrain your staff.

Awesome experience at Urban Air at Trussville. We celebrated one of our boys birthday there and was blown away by the service of the staff, the food, and the activities. The kids, as well as the adults had a blast. The young manager and Josh constantly made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Urban Air at Trussville for a great fun family experience.

My daughters 6th birthday celebration was a success. Huge s/o to our Host Miss Kea♡ She was so sweet, professional, and very attentive to myself and the guests.

Took 2 nephews (10 and 8) and 4 adults on a Wednesday. The boys played until the place closed. Great deal for 4 players with all-access and pizza (Yum), drinks and ice cream. We had a wonderful time. My mother said this was the best family place she has seen. Clean, plenty of friendly staff, a cool u-shaped zipline, 3 layer trampoline, multiple types of rock walls, arcade games and AWESOME ninja courses. Great place for parties and something for all ages.

Met this worker who’s name was Jerelle at the Ropes Course! Very hard worker, he’s very funny and he helped my kids get through out the whole course also!! Will definitely come here again in the near future!!

Went here the for the first time ended up staying 3.5 hours had so much fun

They were so packed we could hardly do anything. As soon as a person was ready to jump on 2 or more kids would come out of nowhere running/jumping in front of you. Not the best experience but it could be different other times.

The place is fantastic and my daughter had an excellent time. What made it even better was how helpful the staff was in making sure that my daughter had the most enjoyable time playing there. They were even taking money out of their own wallets to help her play the claw machine game. Recommended fun for any age.

Granddaughters birthday party was great. Kids played, had pizza, etc. Plenty of activities for the kids.

This place is terrible unless you are of the age of 10 otherwise you cant jump or have fun because of the surplus of children there

More fun than I imagined. Staff was incredible. The staff that helped with harnesses was super great with the kids and really cared. Advice one staff member gave us is to have t shirts on the kids (girls had tank tops and complained of the harness around their necks). Food prices were super reasonable. Will be going back!!

The building was very clean with plenty of things to do. My kids had a great time. The only problem was that the workers played more than paying customers. If you are at work you need to work. It looks bad on a business when 4 workers are throwing a football around kids playing while telling each other they suck.I will probably go to another urban air next time. You can not tell me they cant find any young people willing to work.We drove 50 min to get here. Kids left happy and I left disappointed.

My 14 year old son and his friends had a blast, but we werent there just for him. My husband and I participated too. We had a great time and laughed so hard at each other. It would be a great place to have a party as well. We will be back!

The kids absolutely loved it. My 7year old son is terrified of heights, doesnt even let me pick him up on my shoulders but he loved the zip line. We have been 5 times. The best thing I enjoy is the Massage chairs. $5 for 15min, $10 for 30 and $20 for 1hr. Go for the $20 :) If your hungry the food is pretty good as well.The rock wall is loads of fun.

My children and their friends had a great time. There were so many fun activities like climbing walls, rope courses, sky coaster, obstacle course, and a ton of trampoline related activities. The staff was energetic and helpful. More importantly, it was great exercise for the kids. We are planning on going back as soon as possible.

I met my sister and nephews at this location for a day out with our children on July 24th. I was very skeptical because I noticed many “young” employees as opposed to “seasoned” adults. Well I am pleased to say that I was very wrong to make such a leap of judgement. I spoke with a couple of the employees and they were very well trained to handle their roles. They were well spoken and respectful but also empowered to handle the young children who were in the establishment. Lauren & Mallory were very sweet young women and everyone from the front counter worker to the concession associate was remarkable. I met a very young manager who did a great job as well. He walked the place and asked if everything was ok to multiple customers and just made himself visible to the customers in general. Great job at this location. We will return and are considering the monthly fee for unlimited visits. Kudos to the owners of this location!!!

This place is so much fun! It’s not a trampoline park...it’s an adventure park that happens to have a bunch of trampolines. The sky coaster and rock climbing walls are awesome, but they Ninja Course takes the cake!

Yes honestly I walked into ur establishment on Saturday and couldn’t believe how respectful and kind your employees were for such a young ages and your mangers as well but I see people have came on here to waste your time and complain about stuff the isn’t true and Also is unnecessary so here’s a few thing u can work on. Can u make the sky ryder faster and the ball pit why is it so deep? You also seemed to be missing a few letters on the desk at the front of the store. But honestly great job!

Strike 1)over-priced $28.00per child regardless of age. Strike 2)only trampolines and jungle gyms for smaller kids, all the better activities are for at least kids 7&up. Strike 3)food was horrible!!cheese shouldnt taste buttery the 2 stars were for the nice employees.

This is the third brand of trampoline parks that I have tried, and this has been one of my favorite in delivering my expectations.Two hours is plenty of time to try everything and then still have a few minutes of fun after. The price was way better than the other two I have been to!If you are looking for a fun place that you can play with your child, this is actually an affordable place by adding on a parent ticket. If you are too tired or worn out to continue playing, there are wonderful massage chairs for a very good price that you can sit in while watching your children play.The staff is some of the best staff, friendly, caring, fun, concerned about safety, and the staff seem to have good repore with each other and the managers. I was so impressed! Listening to the young men and women train each other was inspiring, and I loved seeing them instill positive work ethics and taking their job seriously! I felt safe as well as feeling that my child would be safe.I loved every aspect of it, I bought the ultimate and just had an absolute blast on the sky coaster, climbing all the different rock walls, playing in the parkour area, the trampoline area, jumping into the giant balloon bag, seriously just had so much fun!I really appreciated they had a good snack bar and massage chairs for after. The snack bar had hot food, frozen dessert, candy bars,  and a large array of drinks. I would recommend this location for birthday parties. The kids and parents would be in awe!

We had the pleasure of having my daughter’s 6th birthday party. The place is extremely nice and modern as far as a jump park goes. BJ the manager and staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Tons of fun for ALL ages!! My sons 8th birthday party was jumping!!

Waited in line 20 minutes got up to counter and was asked did I go to kiosk to fill out info. Well no where are the signs indicating to do so I asked. Had to get out of line to fill out info, then paid at kiosk thinking now I wouldnt have to wait in line again. Wrong, had to get the socks you have to purchase. Took 35 minutes to get in. No supervision at play stations. No one to help at kiosks when it asks you to dip your credit card. Certainly not familiar with this computer term. Also toddlers are playing where big Kids are bc no staff monitoring anywhere. Water fountains dont work, wonder whats wrong with them?
