We love escape games and this was a blast! It was a little different than what we’ve done before, which was great to have variety! The staff was super friendly and helpful to us out of towners!

We had a blast! This was our 1st escape room experience. Took our son for his birthday. Even though we didnt escape, we all had so much fun. We can not wait to go back and try again on a different room. The hour flew by!

The staff was amazing, the game was hard but very entertaining. They knew it was our first time doing this so they helped us a lot. We had an absolute blast!

Staff was incredibly friendly and the overall experience was wonderful. Ive done around 25 escape games in many different states and this one is on par with the best Ive been to. Its veteran owned and operated by folks who are as friendly as anyone youll ever meet. My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience here and we will definitely be back to try out more rooms- tonight we escaped The Warehouse! Highly highly recommended.

My family and I went here last month and we had a great time! With just a few minutes left we solved the clues and got out! Definitely a fun place to visit and bring your family or friends.

If youre interested in solving puzzles, this is the place for you. Youre locked in a room, and have to figure the way out. One puzzle leads to another and to another to see if you can figure out the 5 digit code to unlock the door. You can get a few hints from the folks watching you to keep you going.Fun for all ages, I went with my 10 & 12 year olds.

Very fun place to go if you like mystery and problem solving.Did the Warehouse escape room and did not escape. My team overthought just a little which is exactly what the instructors told us not to do.If you do the warehouse then watch out for the big box in the room. There will be a surprise in it if you open it.Price was very reasonable for the props and game play. Will definitely return to this facility.

It was fun better only take people want to play with or you’ll have to play game with strangers

Wesley was a very good gamemaster. He explains everything thoroughly and has a great attitude. Locked In is well ran and designed. Challenging and fun experience.

My wife and I decided to go check it out, weve been to a couple other breakout rooms and thought this would be fun.Long story short first we could not open the four lockers that lead to the next part of the game and after wasting a lot of our time we asked for help and they realized they had mixed up the locks making this part unwinnable. They came and fixed the issues and we continued with our game.Eventually we get stuck unable to proceed and the game ends.The staff came to show us what we needed to do to proceed he realized that the batteries were dead on the safe we were supposed to open which is why nothing we entered would work...We wasted an hour and 50$ on a game that could not be won simply because noone bothered to make sure the room was ready for us.We were told they could not refund us or let us talk to a manager and gave us an email to send our complaint to. We tried that and emails on their website to no avail.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED!

Absolute blast. The manager on duty was pretty awesome and he made sure the experience was great. All in all I would definitely recommend for a fun night out because there are bars and restaurants in walking distance from Locked In.

Went here with our company! Loved the time spent there. The guy helping us was very nice and helped a lot the game was well thought out and easy to get into the feel of the game. Would recommend going either with a family, business, or church group, or just a group of friends!

Have played before in Louisville. I was in town on business and took some co-workers with me. Didnt disappoint! Played The Laboratory this time, almost better than The Warehouse, tough call. Puzzles were totally different, so it was like a whole new experience. Plan on trying the rest!

Tried calling to ask if they can keep our spot open for 3 mins because we were running late, but no one would pick up the phone. We called A LOT of times! We’ve been here before and it’s Fun but terribly ran. Only accepts cards and no one answers phone calls

Locked in was a great experience! My family and I went, just to see what kind of experience this was,and where very surprised! We did not unlock or complete the task,but we ARE GOING back to play again!

Family of 6, kids ages 7 to 18, we loved it. We were a little shy, but had a blast. Guy running the event was superb, very kind and helpful. Pricey, but would do it again.

One of the best things to do in Birmingham, I have personally gone through all three of the rooms and loved every one of them. The rooms can hold up to 8 people, so that makes them great for families or large friend groups to all get together and have a fun time. The Warehouse has to be my favorite, and its especially good if youre new to escape games. They keep their facilities very tidy and there staff was super friendly and inviting every time I went. If youre going to go through Birmingham I definitely recommend you stop by and try one of the rooms.

I tried calling this place to get some prices and could not get no one on the phone, there was not an option to speak with a staff member. The guy that complained about not being able to get in contact with someone their is true, because I tried to call and their was not an option to speak with a staff member, My wife and I were looking for something to do today and wanted to try out this place as a couple and was disappointed not being able to get a live person on the phone. you all need to make sure that all contact info is on your website so that people can call you directly to get prices.

This is an AWESOME place to go. My husband and I had a great time. Well be coming back soon. Loved it and recommend everyone try it at least once. Thank you very much for a great time.

I went to Locked In for this first time this weekend with friends and we had a great time! We escaped from the warehouse. The room you are in is just like a giant puzzle and they make it super fun. The staff was nice and give personal attention to your group. I cant wait to go back and try another room.

My dad and I went there recently and we had an amazing experience! The manager was super kind to us, showing us which room would be most suitable for us. We enjoyed our time and appreciated how friendly the staff was.

Ive done more than twenty rooms in various cities throughout the south east. This has been my least favorite location. Room was ok. Staff was ok but if all the facilities we have seen this was the least friendly. Even with that being said, they were still nice. Just not I really the top like every other place.

We had a blast. The host of the business was a lot of fun. We were the last group and we felt like he gave us his full and undivided attention. The room was challenging and between figuring things out we were laughing a lot as well... Great experience

Friggin awesome!! After reading about this on Google and visiting to learn more I was all in... The Birmingham location close to UAB had the best man for the job at the counter. Not only did he completely sell me on this but recommended some great local fare while we waited for our room... Did a back to back room and was craving more... You wont regret the time not money spent...

If you like puzzles and cryptography, this is your game! The four of us had a wonderful time and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cant wait until I try it again. Can you get out?

Soooooooo much fun!! I did the hardest room since it was my birthday, and while we didnt make it out, it was awesome. The Classroom ratings arent joking when it shows that only 1/5 groups make it out. We got halfway but we were still proud of that

Locked In is a great place to have fun with family, or to have business team building events. The large parking area next door makes parking easy. Before or after youre Locked In, there are plenty of lunch or dinner options to choose from. The staff truly cares about the customers, and thrive to make your experience fun and memorable.

The company I work for paid to have all the managers in our district participate in Locked In together as a team building exercise. It was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to enjoy the experience just as much as we did. You feel all the emotions of problem solving in a fun and safe environment. 60 minutes on the clock adds the sense of urgency and just the right amount of pressure as you explore one of three life or death scenarios. My team had the Laboratory (their hardest rated puzzle with a biological quarantine scenario) and made it out with a scant 50 seconds left on the clock. It was stressful at times, as is intended, but filled with laughter, a sense of accomplishment as each puzzle was solved and new clue found, and the resounding cheer as we punched in our escape code could be heard all the way around the block. Give them a try!

Played a great game in the Lab at Locked in. What cool fun and the staff was so helpful! Definitely recommend.

We were traveling through BHam visiting friends and decided to give locked in a try. We had a blast would love to go again next time we are in town.

Locked In is a great place for anyone who is looking to have some fun. Staff is super friendly and awesome. I absolutely loved it.

If youre into puzzle solving this is the place to go - I went with one other person, but from personal experience I would very much recommend having 3-4 people in the group.

Our group did the intermediate level and had 17 minutes and change left before the timer ran out!!Had a great time cant wait to come back

I experienced harassment that occurred by a Locked In Employee, Chad, who was in the parking lot that Locked In shares with the rest of the 29-7 residents and businesses. He racially profiled my boyfriend who he admitted to assuming was breaking into a car and looked “scetchy”. The parking lot in question is not public and it is clearly posted that parking is for 29-7 only. When I reached out to staff INSIDE of Locked In, Chad refused to provide me with a phone number or name of someone I can verify is his superior. He only provided me with an email address and my email has gone unanswered. He represents Locked In wherever he is, especially when harassing black residents on his way into work. But no worries your competitors have reached out to console us while you refuse to even speak with me. This will not be the last of this because Chad can not profile black residents, admit that he felt we were “sketchy looking” and go un-reprimanded. For all I know this is Chad now, no one has reached out to address my concerns. This was not a misunderstand this was racial profiling.

The room was small but the game was harder than I thought!!

Pales in comparison to others I have been to!!! Unimaginative story line with no rhyme or reason behind the clues. We had a group of 8 ranging in ages and none of us enjoyed the laboratory escape. No real order of operation and a lot of assumptions are required to unite the illogical game.
