The pool Is great and lifeguards at fantastic but as you make your way to the playground you might wan to turn back. The children that play there are mean, even the small ones. They say terrible thing to other kids and the parents just sit in the bench and ignore it. Recent experience, a female teen shoved my 4 year old grandson out I the way when h was trying to mount. a. swing. She ran up from behind with 3 other teens. I didnt say much except KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOUR SELF but apparently they were looking for a fight an continued on with profanity etc. We walked away for a bit and when they departed we went back to swings. Then taunting began and one of them through a BATTERY and I hit my 3 year old granddaughter in the back. We all had our backs to them. I had to call the police. This is just an ongoing thing ...its better to find another park to take your kids to, unless youre JUST using g the pool.

Very nice little park, Bark Park @ Cheri Lindsey Park is a fantastic place to let your dog run without a leash, there is a skate board/bike course, outdoor pool, basketball court, playgrounds for the kids and more. A park the city should be very proud of. Very clean and neat.

She jus needs a box or manny pad, perfect park in most every way otherwise

Local Binghamton Skatepark. Small, but unique and great spot for watching some great local skaters. The park is dedicated to a young girl who tragically lost her life in the 80s and through this place her memory can live on and inspire young kids to enjoy skating while staying safe. R.I.P. This dog park has seen better days. A bunch of the obstacles look broken or vandalized. The water fountains don’t work.

Now I dont skateboard but I run my rc monster trucks here and its a great place to do so. Youll almost always find kids and older riding bikes,scooters,or boards everyone is supportive of one another rather your trying to grind a rail or launching a RC MT for height. The story behind the park is bittersweet but truelly is a community hangout.

Good amateur skatepark, they have a small dog park, pool (they have it open durring a global pandemic), and baseball diamond. More real shade. Not alot of spots to sit or have a cook out.

I love the swimming pool and the lifeguards are curtious and friendly very helpful.

I was excited to go to this park because it was new to me but upon arrival I wanted to leave within the first 5 minutes this park is absolutely Dreadful the ramps are too steep the ground separating its just not good at all it is a poor design

A great Park for those looking for a nice place to sit for a while or play a little touch football or play catch. Maybe even have a sandwich in peace while reading a book. ( You know, those square things with pages and words printed inside from cover to cover?)

Great place to chill theres plenty of skaters here, i personally ride bmx here but theres alot of skaters that come here everyone is super nice here. 10/10 would recommend if u skate or bike

Today is the first time visiting this park and we love it. My son had a blast riding his bike here and it seems like a nice place to play. Well definitely be coming back here regularly.

This is a good place to walk your dogs. It has fenced around it with a water fountain inside to give thirsty dogs some water to drink. Theres also a tunnel and playground items for dogs training. Everything is good however the dog watcher doesnt have a place to sit on, and bringing chair inside is not allowed. It is either youll stand-up the whole time or just sit down on the ground.

Lovely park. The dog park is among the best I have seen, with three separate sections, including one for small dogs.

Cute little gathering spot in town with places to sit and relax. Pretty flowers and fake grass. Live music during the summer. Fountain was out of service and needs to be fixed.

Needs a lot of work and updating especially seemings it was dedicated to somebody that was killed. Kind of copacetic dedication. It used to be really nice

Love walking the walk path. Glad they are keeping up the mowing . Hopefully they keep up the mowing .

Not as nicely kept as other options like Canine Commons, and do beware of aggressive dogs that are sometimes brought in. There is an agility area which is nice. All told I much prefer to choose another option.

Nice skatepark! Kids had a blast... Teens there were friendly to the younger kids, every time weve gone there.

Never actually spent any time in this park but I do have family and friends that enjoy having parties and cookouts there. Its said to be kept clean very well and kits of space to entertain large groups of people

Nice pool, but if you are elderly or handicapped, go to Vestal. There is no seating available for parents to watch their children from and they do not allow you to bring your own chairs. Theres a large concrete area that would allow plenty of seating. You can park your chair outside of the fence, which is really not practical for watching kids in the pool 50 feet away, especially when the lifeguards arent facing toward the deep end. So if you cant stand or sit on the ground, go elsewhere.

Beautiful scenery

Two good sized fenced in dog parks are located on the back side of this park. The bugs are pretty annoying, however the park is clean and people were very friendly! The river nearby is a nice view, and the park itself looked nice for families and kids.

Great park I rode BMX here a lot the people around arent bad. Theres swings, basketball court, that thing you see at most parks where kids can climb on and it has a little slide, grills, a pool, and a skate parkThe skate park seems well maintained very fun to ride on its a little small and not so spread out but still very fun to ride Ive seen some people do some really cool tricks on the bowl.The trees around the play area makes it relatively shaded for people watching their kids.Big park, pretty open between the skate park and basketball court.And of course bark park is RIGHT next to it so if you have a dog and want to go to a dog park its right there

Took our husky to the dog park. So much open space and little obstacles for him to enjoy. Tired himself out. Definitely making this a permanent spot to bring him.

Okay park with the exception that geese poop is always on basketball courts and no one ever cleans them off....My son would love to play basketball there but always filthy. We pay enough taxes in this area for this to be taken care of!!!

This park is a nice park, it has nice amounts of room an a pool an bike / skate park. The jungle gym could be bigger an better for kids

Dog park is large, outstanding fenced area, would be envied by anyone from CA and rate 5 stars, BUT the amount of dog feces is disgusting. Probably used by the same people who throw garbage on the roads. Such a shame as it is really a well thought out dog park.

Greatplace to swin, small park for little kids, great skate park, good dog park both for little dogd, or big, also has an agility part too. I walk here all the time with my dog. The river walkpath is very scenic, but sometimesinvaded by geese.

Needs to be cleaned more often my kids found drug bags and needles on the play ground

Nice little skatepark

Quite a small park but it has a swimming pool. I did have an individual try to break into my vehicle which resulted in the individual being arrested. Great park but a bad side of town.

Sort of a run down neighborhood park. I played a couple games of baseball there with my little league allstar team and struck out like 4 times do i may just have some sour grapes about going out like a punk that feremented over the years into a rather acidic grape vinegar which my unconscious mind spilled on a blamelesd park. I mean they play host to a number of sports so the place must be kind of cool, right?

Ive been using the skate Park since I was about 11 years old, I love coming here just wish the city would extend the park. It gets pretty packed from time to time so it would be much safer to have more area to ride. A flat ground area with rails, ledges, and manny pads, too bad the city of Binghamton doesnt want to pay for it due to people defacing the property. I dont blame them, who wants to pay for something thats only going to get vandalized. Only if people would actually pull together to help make Binghamton a better place.
