There were three of us for lunch and we each had the special, 2 piece broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans which is their Wednesday lunch special. You had your choice of either white or dark meat. I had the white meat and it was very flavorful moist and tender. My wife had the dark meat it was also very good.

They have karaoke!Ordered steak dinners at 9pmand one of them was cooked incorrectly. When we complainedthey took it and brought us out another one that was cooked to perfection! It was delicious!They handled it like true professionals!I will definitely go back!Thank you Players Club Staff!

Drink were pricey, but over all had a great time. You can sing karaoke without judgment, they let each table keep a mic w a protective covering to allow you to participate. The food was good and the employees were super friendly.

Our first time there. By word of mouth we heard this place had a good breakfast.The play inn did not disappoint. Even tho the place had quite a few people dining, finding a table was easy. It was comfortable because there is ample room to sit. I didnt feel boxed in and tho there was noise from people talking it was blended and not loud.The food was great! I ordered the choose your I own omelette that came with quite a few choices. You are able to order 3 choices and anymore costs 25 cents add on.The price point was some what high tho.For breakfast For two I would like to keep it under $20. Or right at. With a 7 dollar tip we spent $30.Service was great, professional and not intruding.We will be back. Thank you.

Nice environment, good service, great food

I didnt appreciate that other customers seemed like street people. Sitting on the chairs with there legs drape across the other chairs ... . People were very loud in the casino hard to enjoy our meal.

They do not have come only Pepsi. However the service is usually good. Except the karaoke gal sings most of the songs and there is not a very good selection of songs. Almost every song I have ever requested there they do not have. Plus side breakfast is great.

Casino staff is absolutely amazing. Left for a year and when I came back it seemed as Id never left. Waitress remembered what I drank and welcomed me back with open arms! Look forward to my next visit.

Used to be good. The Indian taco was mostly a salad with a little bit of chili and the BLT had day before bacon and miniscule amount of mayo.

Horrible service. I had to get my own beers (3) while I waited over an hour for my meal. Then the potatoes came out cold and the 27$ steak was like an old piece of beef jerkey. Play inn WAS a good place to eat... not anymore

Went there this morning to eat breakfast and us and few other customers was standing outside waiting to be let in unlocked to doors at 7:05 am and we all went in and the waitress Carrie said to everybody Im no where near ready to start serving its going to be a few and I think she was rude to the older guys to saying and repeating her shelf to them saying only 6 at the table guys and saying it in a rude way and thats not the first time she has been rude to us

Ordered burgers to go knowing takeout doesnt measure up to dining in, but all of our burgers were burnt and fries so soggy.Was told our order would be up in an hour, showed up at 45 min and they were waiting. Im guessing it had been ready for 15-20 min.Staff was friendly though.

We always come to the play inn for karaoke when we have a free night. We love it here and love the people.

The broasted chicken is definitely worth gettingEdit: wet back a second time for breakfast here period. The food was pretty good, had steak and eggs, steak was cooked perfectly, eggs were scrambled cooked as asked and I did not have to ask specifically for shell eggs. Service was questionable as I only saw my waitress when I got her attention. Rating stays the same

Great food menu, drinks of all types, kareoke Thursday through Saturday from 9pm-2am, and a warm, fire lit back patio for the, gotta get some fresh air types... 1 pool table if you so choose, or some golden tee and buck Hunter for the rest!

Service was slow the girl forgot my water 3 times drinks sat empty for most of the meal other than that the food was good the waitress was friendly but forgetful lol

Love this place! Great service, wonderful employees!! I always feel welcome. Amazing karaoke lady. Its always worth my drive from the Far West End to the heights. After going to places like the red door for karaoke and having a very rude guy there. I am happy to drive all the way to the Heights to enjoy a night out with great people!

Food is awesome. I eat here often.Was in for lunch, there were some loud obnoxious people there, loud doesnt bother me. Offensive language does and when it is also loud it makes it worse. I think the manager should have done something. I will definitely not be eating there if I see them there again.

Great place to eat!

We eat there regularly however on this day the waitress we had was rude slow and just plain unpleasant. Normally we give it 5 stars and recommend this place to everyone but on this particular day it wasnt worth the stop. I wont post her name but from now on if she is working we will just leave. I think if she paid more attention to her job then the tacky tattoos she has she would be a better waitress.
