Great friendly service and good food. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and a full service bar to choose your favorite drink. I’ve been here several times and I’m sure I’ll be back again soon.

I went to this place for the first time and oh my gosh the food is amazing!!!! Definitely coming back

We went as a company group, dressed as those normal street personnel (shorts and t-shirts)to gauge the response of the establishment. As normal, one of the individuals got into it a little more than the rest.....standard for a full evaluation that is not fully known to the establishment in review (includes standard restaurant service and drinks following). In a normal location they would come out and explain to the group that they have an issue, followed by a standard few minutes to allow the group to self correct, before taking action (following $385.96 USD). In this case, every excuse was use to divert the entire group to a dive bar far away from this named establishment. This establishment will use exusces to ensure that the staff are tipped well in the hope that the paintrents are not aware of the reason they are being asked to leave. This also includes rushing current paintrents out to make room for a group that is seen has high profit, as seen when we entered the establishment. It is also noticed via the provided windows that the brewing operations fall short on standard practices that ensure that every component is held to the highest standard. The recommendation is that those who would wish to frequent this listed establishment refrain from. If you would like to read more please comment as within the few hours (4.39) I was able to observe the staff and operation, resulting intense pages of improvements in regards to all aspects that would ensure user and operator are able to ensure maximised experience and operator profitability. It was felt that under the operation of the manager on Sunday August 4th 2019 that both the operator and the occupants missed the opportunity to engage In qn experience for both. Also if you are still reading to this point, for those that find this beneficial in travel, the washroom configuration also for the user to dash out on the check when normally simply attending the use of these facilities. This is seen by the placement of an exit door right at the washrooms, out of the line of sight to the operation staff. A standard operation would change this to an emergency exit only and place a camera on the door. Feel free to utilize as this establishment will not correct anytime soon.

Good food, great drinks. But very crowded, have yet to see this place somewhat slow or empty.

The ladies that work the casino are ehh ok. The older guy that works the bar and casino rocks. But most of them talk quite a bit. But its usually DEAD there unless theres an event downtown then luckily they get busy.

Great staff. Machines are bawss. Place is lively and fun to be in.

Good food, good beers, and a fun place to catch a game. It can get a little rowdy sometimes but its part of Hooligans charm.

Came here the day before Xmas Eve in a great mood with some friends. Left feeling extremely angry and upset. This establishment should definitely consider hiring new staff. The bartender was completely rude and unfriendly, spending the majority of her time talking to her friends at the end of the bar. When she did finally get us our shots, she literally filled the bottom of a plastic cup with about a centimeter of liquor. So after pissing away $15 on shots, we were then rudely told by another bartender that we were in his way and could no longer sit where we were sitting. Long story short, there are plenty of other bars/casinos nearby that are much cheaper and offer way better customer service. Its pretty obvious why this casino is almost always empty despite being sandwiched between a busy restaurant and a busy bar.

Man this place is where it at. Great food drinks and people.
