The Crystal lounge was cool, and I mean cool like Frank Sinatra cool. Very nice staff, especially the bartender who was a feisty lass and quick with a joke. And very accommodating as you can tell by my dirty martini.... Lets call it filthy, garnished with all of the bloody Mary fixins, because Im needy.

Good downtown Casino, not the friendliest employees but if you go at the right time of day youll be okay. Dont go in if your trying to get warm or charge your phone!! They definitely will ask you to leave if your not spending money at the Casino or drinking in the bar!.

I gave it a three because you have to walk through the loud noisy bar thats doing karaoke when you want to go play your casino games.

I can tell staff are much friendlier towards the regular people that are there more often. They dont seem too welcoming to newcomers thatWalk in. One of the younger girls in her early twenties is really snappyand fast talker, neutral mood dark brunette girl. Some workers need work on their attitudes towards people and i think should show a little appreciation for anyone that comes in. I mean its kinda ok, but i honestly think they show more interest in the people that come regularly.

I ordered a double Jack on the rocks from one bartender and it was correct, the next double Jack the other bartender short poured me and then poured the exact same count for a single shot for some single young ladies next to me.... I wont be back ever again

Its a good place to sit, have a drink, and maybe sing a little karaoke. The staff is friendly and can make just about anything you want its not expensive.

Its OK. Rarely ever go there.They dont even offer you ONE beer for playing slots. Vibe is definitely different here. At least they have fun raffles.

Fun spot that might appear to be a dive but is clean and spotless inside. Full bar, decent beer menu and very reasonable prices. I enjoy the adjacent poker room too - fun lowkey game. Rosie and Morgan in the lounge are great bartenders. Good bloody Mary.

One of the best, as in, most down to earth, no pressure Karaoke bar in Billings. Drinks are reasonably priced and well poured.This is the one place I will actually sing, not well, because the layout and environment feel the least exposed compared to most places Ive been.Staff is always friendly and this place is a must for those with any singing quality, from shower stall divas to undiscovered idols.

Stopped in randomly while passing through town. A small but clean establishment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The drinks were decent enough for the price.

If I could give a -5 star I would I brought my cousin there tonight they would not let him in he was in a wheelchair and handicapped could not wear shoes because of his condition and would not let him in because of his condition said that he was not allowed in that bar I hope the place gets hit by a car that driven by a drunk driver there is not enough bad that I can say about this place. They have horrible staff and the little doorman has a small man complex if they dont know you and you were trying to play poker they keep on putting your name on the bottom of the list so you dont get to actually play poker worst place in Billings Montana I asked to speak to his manager he said no leave goodbye which is against the law he kicked a veteran and a cripple away from the door because he has a small man complex and because my cousin could not wear shoes once again worst place in Billings Montana he did have wraps on his feet. And other people had bare feet with flip flops on walking in

Relaxed place. Staff is friendly and prices fair. The crowd is varied and most can fit in and have fun here. Like all good bars, the bathrooms could use some work.

Best Karaoke ever! The atmosphere is great, all the customers get along regardless of race, religion, etc. Every once in a while a transient tries to hussle for cash, but the security is very prompt at removing the trash, something very much a necessity for a business in downtown Billings.

Called 3x with a question. Manually denied thw call the first time and second time (Hit red instead of green) then they answered and mouth breathed for 40 seconds before I hung up.

Stumbled upon this place by chance after a concert. Loved the old style caberet/lounge setting. The karaoke made the atmosphere even better. The bartenders where very friendly and had great service. The place was not too crowded, but it was a Wednesday night.

Hooligans may be the cool choice but the Crystal is definitely the best choice. Awesome drink prices, extremely friendly staff and karaoke to boot. I always have an awesome time at the Crystal and its one of the few bars in town where its quite easy to meet new people

I went in to gamble, I was there between 15 & 20 minutes, I was Never asked or Offered a beverage or Anything Else!!! I did win a couple bucks but, Never Once was I Ever treated like a Customer! I had to go up to the female 15-20 away and Ask her to cash my ticket!!, I gamble maybe more than I could, but I have not (at least In My Memory!!!) Ever been More Ignored at Any Casino I have ever been in!!!!! F U!!! Never walking in that place Again!!! Lazy Worthless People Do Not get my business!!! Done!!

If you like a crowded bar scene and karaoke, this is the best place for it in Billings. Casino is good too. It can get PACKED on the weekends.

Employees are snotty and clicky... They act like match play comes out of their pocket. Theres always complications with players rewards Payout sucks on machines even betting max. Horrible experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Kookie atmosphere makes this place feel like a throwback from every decade since prohibition. Make sure you enjoy your company, because this place is small. It may be for some people, but definitely not for me.

The gaming sucks here I never win. Youre forced to play quartera if you want to drink, And if you are a person of color they will watch and make assumptions on your character...my personal opinion!
