Very very nice park. Feels safe... Kids and patents having fun all day long.. Love this park. Has real bathrooms on each end of the patk which is wonderful to have especially when you have children. Lots of sports to play. Must see.

We had alot of fun sledding down the hill at Eldon Lyons Park ye s terday !

My sons football team gets to practice in this park every week. It is an awesome place to go if youre into walking trails running up and down Hills or enjoying the playground. Fun place to go.

Fun times for Saturdays. But its scary after dark. Someone needs to clean up all those fallen trees, they make it look abandoned like a killer clown is gonna jump out and get me.

Wonderful! A couple of inches of snow. We could not wait for daylight the next morning. Two other families joined us

Area has two play grounds, concrete walking trails, lots of shade trees, and picnic tables in the shade. We like to grab a drive thru lunch somewhere, and bring it here to eat and play.

Fun park with lots of lush grass that’s open and away from overhanging trees. Perfect place for a picnic. There are a few tables, but I recommend bringing your own blanket / water resistant mat to enjoy a picnic lunch in the grass.

Clean park with nice walking trails. Just make sure youre in tennis shoes because there are stickers. Even around the playgrounds.

This park is well kept & makes social distancing easy! Family friendly and great fireworks on the 4th.

Great place to walk, jog or play with a 1.25 mile circular trail. Benches for rest abound as well.

I love this park! I have visited it for 30 years. It has the best walking/running track ever and its so beautiful there! You can reserve one of the two pavilions for social gatherings and even grill there. Great place for kids to play. My son loves it! And the 4th of July celebration is amazing, thanks to the Bethany Fire Dept. And all the city workers!

This park is really safe and good for the children and pet friendly. I love taking my dog out in the morning for run before I had to work at this park. They have play grounds in a big field to play with your animals or children or less you consider your Children as animals than both . I strongly suggest bringing poop bags to keep this part clean and please dont litter there is a really beautiful park and I will keep coming to this part for my hobbies.

Lovely, simple park with a path for runners and benches for those of us there for only for the nature. There is more park to the north with playground equipment and the like. I was only on the south side.

Best place to walk! Smooth sidewalks, a little elevation at times...and the trees are super cool.

Great park, concrete walking path, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, little kids play ground. Just a great park.!!

A beautiful park, plenty of trees & a nice walking trail with ample benches to rest your feet if you feel the need. I didnt give 5 stars because the grass has a ridiculous amount of little thorns & stickers in it. We walked about 5 feet with our dog & he refused to go further. There were a dozen or more of those evil little spiked things in each of our shoes & about 6 in poor little pups paws. If any of you have ever tried to get a thorny sticker out of a dogs paws, then you will understand how much of a chore it was. So my best advice is avoid the grass with your 4-legged friends & stay on the walking path.

Great park to meet at for group workout.

We really like this park for playdates. Huge running space and a covered pavilion for crafts or snacks. The kids can roam and play on the toys. The bathrooms are closed in the cooler months so plan accordingly.

I personally love this park for the opportunity it provides to walk/jog! It really depends on what youre looking for in a park as to whether or not youll like this one.

Its a great place for walking, jogging, and bringing your smaller children. But we have a teen who likes to swing, and all the swings we saw were for toddlers.

This park is beautiful and open, there is plenty of space for activities, a picnic, or just a nice stroll on the path.

While we were there they replaced the woodchips in the parks and it looks so much better. We love this park, lots of fun and lots of nature.

Large tree-filled park with jogging trails, baseball diamond and play areas. Also has picnic shelters with tables. Large open areas for kites and soccer. Great place to walk dogs which must be leashed.

Great location. Lots of open space and always very well kept city park. Two basketball ball courts, 2 pavilions, 1 large track that surrounds the park is very good for those looking to get/keep fit

The fireworks were great, the park was clean with freshly cut grass.

Probably my favorite park in the city. Very well maintained by Bethany, and very beautiful. Just wish they could do something about the sand burrs.

This is a nice park especially for walking. It has a marked 1.5 mile loop. The course is not flat all the way around and there is some shade so you wont be directly in the sun the whole time. It might not be the best for runners that like to run off the path as I have seen plenty of evidence that many dog owners do not pick up after their pets at this park. Its too bad some wont accept responsibility for their pets.

There isnt a lot to this park. Small playground, walking trail, pavilions. Its an older park but it is huge which is nice. Lots of green space. Pokemon go hunting.

There are 2 playgrounds. And bathrooms. The trail around the park is partly shaded and partly out of the wind. Our family likes to visit here

Nice park, not usually to busy. good mile and a half track.

Its an excellent place to walk, picnic, play basketball and beisball. With restrooms in different locations. They are fixing the sidewalk, that makes the place even better. I really like it.

Nice little family park. Not very bike or dog friendly (no dogs and no bikes on paths or trails). Good sledding hill in the summer

This park has everything you could want. Walking trails, 2 playgrounds, a basketball court, fields for soccer, plenty of trees for shade, picnic tables, restrooms, and lots of parking space. Wonderful park in the middle of Bethany.

Extremely rude owner, called in advance before I booked it on Expedia, to make sure they offered early check out, the person on the phone assured me they did... Then when I get there, around noon-ish, he said he never offer early check in

Giant park with lots of options. Always sports of some kind happening....baseball, softball, soccer, football. Stopped allowing golf practice. Lots of geocaches, great 1 1/2 mile walking loop, hills, trees, open areas, pavilions, 2 play ground areas, lots of parking, clean and quiet. Model rocket and plane fliers frequent the area too.

Its a wonderful park! Very safe at any hour. I have been running at this park for 30 years! I love it!

Better in the 80s. They lock the bathroom doors, so people just pee on the side of the building. Not ideal for an area that children play at.
