Quiet, clean, safe, grassy space tucked away in Berkeley.

Great park for kids under 2. Lots of age appropriate play structures and toys. And just plain grass. With benches

I just walk through all the time, nice neighborhood walk. not a destination place.

Not huge, even on the rather small side, but definitely still a hidden gem. Lots of people here donate/ leave behind toys for kids to play with. The whole park is totally enclosed and surrounded by a low fence with only 2 entrances within view of each other (a total plus for us -- easy containment and little ones can run all around in relative safety). There is a short little path for riding scooters/bikes, a play equipment space wth slide/a couple swings/ etc., a small sandbox, a water fountain and a nice green grassy area. No bathroom, so plan accordingly. Excellent park for the younger crowd (babies, toddlers) but even our 7-year old loves it here. We call it the secret park.

The toys are awesome, overall nice park. Had many nice times here.
