Wallace lake is a great place to kayak. People can also swim there. Theres a lot of paths to walk around the lake and across the street from it. Great place! Right in the heart of the Metroparks.

A really nice public park. Part of the Metro Parks of Berea and surrounding areas.Plenty of picnic tables and grills.We walked along the banks of Wallace Lake to the beach area . Very tranquil in the afternoon.Lots of parking.There is an ice cream shop in the concession building but it is closed due to Covid-19.Not sure if the restrooms were open .

Nice secluded lake. In these social distant times everyone was far enough apart to make you feel comfortable. There are plenty of life guards. Its a really great place.

I will continue to come here even when Im too old to walk. Theres a lot to do here as long as you have an imagination the possibly fishing equipment or just friends are family to make the time enjoyable. Very scenic and very peaceful.

Great, clean park to hangout with family and friends. Also, best time to go is weekdays - less people. Volley ball area is fun, big open fields and a lake to lounge and fish.

Great place for kids. Our kids love going there. Also if you are into pokemon this is a good place.

Its pleasant. Small but spacious at same time. Variety of activity in one place.

Great place for the littles. The beach is combed and clean, water is shallow, plenty of life guards, and a snack place. Bathroom wasnt amazing, but it was clean and bright.

The lake is beautiful, the fishes ate the worms but missed the hook. Lucky for us, we didnt have to get them off the hook to toss them back in the lake. Busy park, saw a deer. Restrooms were Locked, which wasnt good!!

We kayaked at Wallace Lake and it was very peaceful. Enjoyed it immensely. Spotted a Double Crested Cormorant and a mink.

Great park Espically for kids that want to swim for free. The park is very clean and people were respecting the social distance ordnance.

My family went for a bike ride and then let our little guy get wet. We were able to social distance and that made it a much nicer experience.

Wonderful place for family to go swimming and fishing! We got there early and the sand was freshly groomed. The entire park is well taken care of. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Wallace Lake.

Very nice public swim lake with ample parking, a snack shop, volleyball courts, and baseball fields. A running track is available across the street. Lifeguards are on duty during summer months. Located in Berea South from Bagley Road Metropark entrance.

A beautiful park with lots of areas to roam & explore. Im glad I went for a drive that evening & stumbled upon this gem.

I love being able to come and swim here. Very family friendly. I like how you can rent paddle boats. The little beach is nice. I wish it was open on the weekends until the hot weather truly ends. The changing rooms could have been a little cleaner.

Place for fun needs tables put out no one is ever clean the tables before could take responsibility and clean your own mess up their garbage cans there why the picnic tables are wooden you also need to clean that damn Porta-Potty it was gross it was filled up to almost to the top I couldnt even squat to pee and Im a female cuz it was that dirty

Its just like it was 20 yrs ago. I love it here. The people are nice. Lots of families cooking out. Bathrooms are very clean. great fun for everyone. Not to mention paddle boats are 15 bucks and hours for up to 5 people.

Bathrooms are clised for the season. So if handicapped dont go.

Part of the Emerald Necklace...a nice family spot gazebos, picnic areas and barbecues as well as a small ice cream and snack shop. Great place to swim!

OMG for 15 dollars you can rent the boat for a hr. A beach and sand for the kids. Great and beautiful

Nice lake, park, beach with life guards, restrooms, picnic tables and beautiful trails for walking or biking. The paddle boats looked like fun. Need to bring your kayak down and row the day away. Theres a cafe with food and ice cream but I didnt check it out to see about pricing. There are charcoal grills and pavilions available throughout the park.

Nice place for the family. Plenty of spots to either be in sun or shade. Although because it is free, you might have to deal with less than ideal people .

Nice park with nice pavilions and grills. The lake has a beach with swimming area. There are clean restrooms and even food options. The lake is stocked and pretty good for fishing. Can rent kayaks or bring your own.

The park has cleanliness, friendliness, good food service at food Court. Yet bathrooms need more attention because there dirty.

I went here just to fish and had a good time. It may not be as good if there are a lot of people there since it is not a big place. They had restrooms and a concession stand available. Overall a nice clean relaxing place.

Thought I had just posted but that was for a place that I thought was Wallace lake. But caught two trout in 90 mins but wanted to catch carp. Think it was a bit too cold.

This is a fun summer time Park located within the Cleveland Metroparks reservation. They have plenty of outdoor picnic tables for cooking a dinner for a summer picnic as well as a swimming area with sandy beach including paddle boat rentals. The overall location is clean and very safe, easy to get to. We have had many family events at this location and have never had any issue. Highly recommended.

Cool that they have ice cream but the seaweed in the lake was super gross.. recomend wearing sandles for this I give 2 stars.

I enjoy the picnic area nice and clean. Enough room so your not ontop of people. Close enough to the water so you can watch you kids swim. at the same time see your table. I enjoy every time I take the kids to swimming.

I kayak through it. Side of the river very clean and well-kept. Lots of ducks and Wildlife. Bridges are kind of nice and theres stuff to eat right on the other side of the water.
