Great place to take the kids! They have two playgrounds and a zip line. The park is always clean and it’s very spacious. One of the little playgrounds looks like pirate ship and the ground is made of a sponge like turf. Which is great for the smaller kids. The other playground is much bigger with wood chips on the ground. This playground has a lot to offer. From many slides to mini climbing walls it will definitely keep your kids busy. Also the views of the lake are amazing. The walking trails and many picnic spots makes this our favorite park.
We were delighted to find this horse and buggy to take a nice ride around the area. Gentleman was informative and pleasant! What a wonderful way to see fall leaves! Would recommend it highly!
I was only there for a short amount of time, but it was a beautiful little park from what I could see. The facilities (playground, gazebo, buildings, etc...) all looked to be nice and well kept. There were a lot of intersecting trails with small bridges that were nicer than the typical small park. The park was right off of the small downtown area as well.
Nice park. Nice play area. A lot of young people like to come. No police overseeing area though. Better to stay in populated areas.
Great park with very accessible trails for walking. Weve taken family pictures here a few times and theyve always come out great
Wonderful park to relax in, watch your children play and the most important, restrooms that are easily accessible. You can picnic, fish, just have a lovely time.
It is very peaceful. There are different paths to walk. Family and dog friendly. There is a library and little shops around there too.
Lovely park in Berea. It’s well maintained with nice gardens. There are walking paths and places to sit. I like to stop at the Cuyahoga County Library when I visit Coe Lake Park; it’s just across the parking lot.
Beautiful park with plenty of open space, gorgeous changing trees this time of year, wooded areas with kids activities, and of course the lake with ducks and geese. Cant wait to go back!
Great park, i love the steps in front of the reservable covered space. We always have a good time here.
Nice size lake for paddling and beautiful area to walk around!! Nice gazebo and area for picnics. Recently updated in the last 2-3 years. New concrete and a nice display of U.S. Flags, all in a row!
I love Coe. I love the movie nights and the trails to walk. Its clean and well kept.
Nice little park. Could use more trails, but considering the area, the focus is more on Coe Lake.
Beautiful park and pond! You can fish too. There is a trail in the woods that has a read along story for kids.
Such a fun playground and great walking paths with a gorgggeous view. Family, couples, you name it its a great location
They have added more seating for picnicking, they have remodeled the childrens playgrounds. They also added some nice trails around the lake. Can fish there as well if your into that.
Coe Lake is a pretty simple park but it offers most things you would want from a park. Open fields to play some outdoor games or have a cookout, pavilions, paths next to the lake to walk, and trails through nature with a canopy of trees over your head.
This is one of my favorite parks, its small but such a beautiful and fun place to go. Every time I visit it seems like theyve added something new. They have a zip line and playground, a gazebo, a shaded picnic area, and even a concert area.
I enjoy walking around the lake, soo beautiful.
Awesome park and lake with a great playground and shaded area for a picnic. Will definitely be back!
Really cool place. Lots of stuff for the kids to enjoy and nice place to walk around
Tranquil area for sitting and chatting or just taking a walk. Came here to meet my girlfriend for an opportunity for sit down lunch from a local pizza place, was perfect and relaxing.
Its ever expanding its activities, plus it has easy trails, nice views of the lake on bridges, the Berea library is in the same parking lot. Plus lots of PokerStops if you play Pokemongo.
The new zip line is so fun! My kiddoes are loving it!
I live in Berea Ohio Coe Lake is absolutely beautiful. One of the best spots ever that Ive enjoyed inany part of the country I have lived. Well-kept nicely maintained a beautiful place to walk and relax.
Very nice place in our city. Alot of trails and steps to the Metro Park
Great place for a walk by yourself or with children. Very clean water in the lake. Beautiful fontaine makes it look even better. If you like fishing, this is one quiet spot for you to enjoy the proses. Picnic area is available and the pool is right there. In this area you can find many places to eat, I personally got to enjoy crape from la crape, just around the corner from the park.
Beautiful! Lakes, walking paths, gazebo etc.
I had a wonderful time at the park. The classic car show was so nice. The park is beautiful.
I had not been to Coe Lake since 1972. I could not believe how nice the park has become. Great place for a picnic and a walk...
Always a beautiful park. Great for walking and also pretty educational. They also have a HUGE playground for kids
Clean and inviting. Very relaxing to walk around.
This is by far our favorite park. Weather its walking around the lake or my son playing on the play ground. We love taking bread and feeding the ducks.
Very nice better than wallace lake but has a bit of alge in August
Wedding ceremony was at the gazebo. Worked out great, had time to set up everything, take pictures all through the park.
Its a beautiful place for your family to have a wonderful day. Really wonderful when they bring back the concerts in the summer and fireworks.
Great park. Nice, short walking trail and open all night!
Coe Lake is absolutely stunning natural beauty. The City of Berea has done a tremendous job with upkeep, maintenance, and improvements. Coe Lake itself is fairly large, big enough to spend a day exploring in a kayak. Family friendly for all ages, ample parking, pavilion, tables. Library, police department, and outdoor swimming pool (paid admission during season) are all within 1-2 minutes walking distance.
This place is so beautiful. Our watercolor art class (Tri-C) met there and painted. Here is my rendition of this wooded path. See the deer in the photo? As I sat and painted it came close and ate, so awesome!
Great friendly place to take your dog for a walk.
Very beautiful and serene. We were kayaking on the Lake. Nice place for a short walk.
Beautiful park, however it was strange during the middle of covid. Also nobody was wearing their masks except two people besides my family.
Beautiful lake and park very friendly ppl, hard to fish cause if all the junk but did ketch some blue gills and sunfish
Serene setting with clean, well kept walking and sitting areas.
Nice place for relaxing evening walks with friends and family.
Nice area to walk thru.
Coe lake is the gem of Berea. Since the spruce up, its even better. But, you will find people who dont keep their dogs on leashes. Why? I dont know, but its pretty annoying when you are trying to walk a leashed dog and a stray beast bum rushes your groove.
Beautiful, what else can I say.
Great lakeside views
I absolutely LOVE ️ coming to Coe lake. Ill normally throw together a picnic and get the family together and come here. Theres a big enough covered pavilion with several grills within 100 feet of the childrens jungle gym. The people are overall friendly. The jungle gym area is HUGE. They have so many different assortments of swings, slides, and climbing equipment for the children. Including the gliding swing contrapment (whatever the name is). Which a child will sit on a seat and are pushed across a long gliding .. swing.. thing? Its super fun anyways. Also very hard to find at parks. Theres a community pool. As well as an area that your able to canoe/kayak across the lake. Not quite sure if the park itself rents out kayaks/canoes or if it is someone whom privately owns several kayaks. It cost about $15-$20 an hour per person to rent a kayak. Though Ive seen them give out all kinds of deals to those that attempt to swindle the price down and they dont penny-pinch if youre not back within the exact hour.. Ive seen people go over an hour in the half, and werent charged anything extra. Though most people are quite respectful and mindful of the time as there arent but about a dozen kayaks of different sizes available. Absolutely love the scenery! Most definitely recommend if youre looking to spend some quality family time, or just a quiet and beautiful place to relax on a Sunday.
Beautiful place for a weeding at the pergola!
I love bringing my daughter here. They have two playgrounds and a lake to walk around. Very clean, beautiful, peaceful and fun!
First time there and I cant wait to go back. Beautiful scenery, clean, and even though there were quite a few people it never felt crowded.
I like Coe Lake its a beautiful park and People should stay 6 feet from each others except for parents, sibling and too living with them until the virus is gone!!
Coe Lake is so beautiful and offers a variety of scenery options for my photography business.
Its really pretty and people go fishing there, though I dont know if its for residential people or not.
Awesome playground. Our son loves it there.
Great place for a fishing trip, just bring your license!!
Loved it close to metroparks awesome fireworks July 4th great band
20 gorgeous cars, 1 dj, some barbecue, a few kayakers, and a dozen fishers. Oh dont forget the 200 people playing pokemon go! Wow that was a great community day!
Sunday cruising panoramic photo scroll side to side to see entire photo
Just a gorgeous view on a beautiful lake.
I gave it a 4 star rating because Ive been going here for years and it was always clean and maintained. We go here to.fish, explore the woods, take pictures, and all the events. Lately, there has been a lot of garbage around the park, its not really the parks fault, but the Visitors. So we cleaned up what we could find. They have an awesome pool and a huge new playpark for children. The police station is on the same property, Ive never seen in crazy antics while visiting. Across the street you can enter the Metroparks, which leads to Wallace Lake, which Is another fishing spot and an ice creamshop. I will continue to go back often. I just wish people would pick up after theirselves. There is wildlife there, but I havent seen anything other than Geese, ducks, and deers. This park also shows how proud they are to be American, American flag after flag, I adore it.
A beautiful and pleasant place to visit.
Beautiful place to take your kids

Beautiful place to relax OR have a celebration. Nice trail around the lake.
This place is so beautiful! I did my fall pictures here and I plan on taking my Christmas pictures, and my engagement pictures here too! My nephew loved the cute Halloween decorations they had up and the walk through the woods was so great with nice clean, fresh air!
Love Coe Lake. Always a good time. Beautiful park. Perfect for families.
Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Everyone is so nice!!!
It just keeps getting better.
Great place to walk, pretty place to take pictures
Beautiful park and huge play area for my grandson!
This is my favorite place and there are so many reasons why its amazing. Its quiet, theres a beautiful view whenever you go on the lake. The fountain in the middle of the lake lights up rainbow colors which its extraordinary, and its peaceful. The animals know it and people do also. Its right by Baldwin Wallace University and is a great university and has a few great places to eat including Campus Grille if you like Hispanic/Latino food. People have gotten married at three lake or just took pictures and whatever you do, Coe Lake is a home type of place. Just so nice. Plus you can take a canoe on the lake which is cool also! Theres so much there and you just gotta go and experience it for yourself.
Nice trails and fun for the whole family
My daughter loves it here
Nice place with lots of natural beauty.
Awesome place must visit
Park was beautifully redone! ...but no horses allowed on the bridge... lol
