This is one of the best independent art supply stores Ive ever visited. Most cities in this country wish they had a store like this, with such wide variety of products by the best high quality art brands around. Unfortunately most cities have large strip mall retailers with one or two low quality brands. I was really impressed with the depth and quality of the items for sale in watercolor, acrylic, oil, and art pens. If youre looking to do any kind of artistic project, it doesnt get any better than this! BRAVO!

What a great place!

Almost $400 for a frame and they left the pencil marks and blank canvas showing. Refusing to fix it. I wish I had just left it there and saved my money.

This is a fist class art supply that big cities would die for. Southern Vermont is lucky to have such a selection of fine products, lines and brands.

If you are looking for the unusual, unique, and especially post cards youve got to come to Jays!I have grandchildren and special young friends that I send post cards to and found a very nice selection of post cards to mail.They also had special pens, paper etc., including calligraphy pens. Alot of cards and soy candles and facial cream made of all natural ingredients.We didnt go upstairs but if youre allowed to by all means do so.Ive lived here years ago and never stopped. Be sure you do! And well be going back. The owner said theyd been open since 1972 so definitely stop in.

Looked all over for Vermont tshirts for my grandsons. Got some cool tye dyed moose tshirts. Boys loved. If in vermont, will definitely stop by again. Lady that was owner used to live in ohio. So glad we found this place. Lots of cool thing on one side of shop and art/ frame supplies on other side.
