Natalia server in restaurant Should quit her job. Worst service ever. We have breakfast for 2 hours. Its about lunch time. Body young guy from kitchen serve better and faster. Thank you young man. Order Burger medium. Got it full dry half hour later.

I travel to Bend once a month and always stay at the Riverhouse. The staff there is amazing (front desk, cleaning and restaurant!). Friendly, honest and hard-working. The place is immaculate and they really make every effort to make you feel at home. The food at the restaurant is outstanding. The cleaning crew has twice picked up items I left in my room. Cant say enough good things about- the Riverhouse- they really take care of their customers!

We stayed over the weekend and had a great time! Food at Currents is always a treat!! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff was great!!! Looking forward to our next visit.

Room was immaculate, beautiful facility. Updates of rooms and hallways remodel looked great. Gym had everything I needed to do all of my normal workouts I do at my home gym each morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Best place to stay in Bend every time.

I do dishes here as a 2nd to pay bills.Nice place, great food, clean kitchen. The place to stay if you are coming to Bend, with a perfect location central to all amenities and recreational points of interest.

The staff was really friendly. We had a great room which was very clean and well maintained. The lobby looked brand new. It was relocated from the building we were in. They were still doing some construction on it so the lighting wasnt great in the stairwell. That was the only negative mark on our stay.

Drove through the parking lot seemed nice.

Nice resort type place, I come here every year for a conference.

Very good place to stay I would stay there again

Rooms are hit and miss. Ours had a lovely view of the river, but was under elephants and on the main water line so pounding and flushing noises all night. That said, the staff were wonderful! Recommend. 8/10

Convenient location, excellent front desk staff, really nice king suite with river view... would definitely stay there again! We did not try the onsite restaurant/lounge but it was packed.

We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were larger than expected. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. The restaurant has delicious food and Id highly recommend eating there.

My wife and I spent one night here. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very clean. Its on a busy road but we didnt notice any street noise.

We had a lovely stay. The room was beautiful with a stunning view of the river. My only complaint was the Duraflame log not burning correctly.

Room was a above average. Two pools and hot tubs (one indoor) were nice. Nice staff

Room was large, clean and very nice. They were having problems with their cable provider so TV never worked correctly. And the restaurant was a complete disappointment. Slow, expensive and food wasnt great.

The room was freshly updated, but the room was not cleaned... there were socks let from old guest and dust on the counter tops.Extending the stay was a hassle as well.The heated pool was great to burn up kids energy.

Huge room and the staff was really nice. Having two hot tubs was also really nice :)

The remodel is nice. I stayed here years ago and its like a whole new place.

Great but a bit pricey

The room and facilities were pleasant but Bend has apparently expanded around this resort which is located right on a busy intersection and right across the main drag from a big strip mall, so traffic was a constant noise that spoiled the illusion of solitude.
