Our kids LOVE Mountain Air! Friendly staff, clean facility, and loads of fun for every age! Great way for kids to get their energy out in a constructive way! The General Manager is hands on, actively monitoring the jumping area to make sure it’s safe and fun for all. Highly recommend this place!!!

Mountain air is our go to place to let the kids get their wiggles out! My 2 kiddos and I visited this morning. It was a great way to let them burn some energy, and also beat the heat! We have always been pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, and especially in light of the current circumstances, they are exceeding expectations! I have full confidence in Elliot, and the entire staff, that they are taking the time, and necessary precautions to keep the kiddos of Central Oregon safe! I know that we, and many other families, appreciate having a place to go that we feel comfortable, while giving our kids a much needed dose of normal! Keep it up Mountain Air! We appreciate you!!

We love to go and let the kids jump. We always get our friends to have their parties here. And my kids always wants to rent out mountain air for their birthdays. Matter of fact my daughter is turning 4 and we have rented out the entire building for her birthday today!

I would highly recommend Mountain Air for birthday parties, fun day out with the family, or just trying to find something fun for the kids. My son had his birthday party here and per his words it was his best birthday yet! They were extremely organized and made the whole process easy. From making the reservation, checking everyone in, bouce time to party time was easy and everyone had a blast. The party area was decorated nicely and we had our own individual employee who hosted us for the whole party time. Easy, fun, convenient best birthday location yet. Thank you Mountain Air!

We had a wonderful experience at the Bend Mountain Air facility. I would highly recommend their party room and set-ups. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kids had a blast and can’t wait for their next visit. We will definitely return and suggest others to do so as well.

Just celebrated our 11 year olds birthday here, and had such a great time. We have been going to Mountain Air regularly since they opened with our 3 boys, and were so happy once they reopened this spring after all of the closures. We had such a great experience - despite all that’s going on, and were pleased at how much care they took to sanitize the space throughout the party, and provide hand sanitizer at every turn for our party guests. Our party host, Sophie, was super helpful and sweet. Eliot (the manager) and his team truly care about Central Oregon kiddos- and it was so nice to have some fun, and get a little bit of “normal” back.

I will not be supporting Mountain Air as a business anymore. Their “party before the pause” is one of the most irresponsible promotions I have seen given our current state in the pandemic.

We had a birthday party a couple weeks ago for my son and his ENTIRE preschool class..and I cannot say enough kind things about the manager! He took the BEST care of us before, during and after the party. He has a way of just making me feel at ease and letting me know that HE will take care of everything and I should just show up and enjoy my kids! Thank you a million billion times. You SIR are THE BEST!

Theyre back open. Super friendly. They were constantly cleaning. Went out of their way to make sure we had a good time.

Me and my family visited the park for the second time this year. We had a blast! Always clean friendly, and very professional staff!!! They always made sure safety and of course fun was very important to them. We will definitely enjoy more trips to this park! I highly recommend this park to all ages!!

My son (2year old) and I went today for a birthday party! It was so much fun. He was all smiles and laughter and Sophie (our party host)was incredibly sweet and so attentive!! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back more often!

I took my two year old daughter here and she had a blast! We went right after opening and there were many other similarly aged kids and a dedicated toddler area. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Excellent place for anyone to go and have a family friendly experience. Young and old will both appreciate the clean and friendly environment. Perfect for young kids to burn energy. Great for birthday parties. A little expensive the first time you visit but worth it. Beer is also served so adults can relax too.

We had a great time. There for a birthday party and all the kids were pumped. Tons to do: dodge ball, video jumping, air bag. It was super fun.

Super fun! There are giant bubble-like hamster wheels that you have to try! So much fun! The trampolines are Great! This is a great place for Birthday parties, there are two different places you can rent. One has AC and the other is a larger area to the side of the main jumping area. The staff was friendly.

I love this place! Staff is very nice when kids get hurt and my kids love jumping here! My wife takes advantage of the toddler jump time and the range of activities they have is great.

Great place for kids even toddlers!! Everything is padded and soft. Great spot for the little ones to start figuring out there limits..will definitely be back!

Had a private 6th birthday party for my grandson. It was the best party. Elliot took charge of the whole event and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Everything was handled by the staff. From the jumping to the cake cutting. The kids enjoyed cosmic lights, hamster ball, and many games. It was a great nite! Thank you!

First visit there and had a great time and workout! Friendly, attentive staff, great music, and plenty of things to do with our 2 hours, including hard cider and kids snacks! We’ll be back :)

The staff who are teenagers, need some kind of adult supervision. It was not very crowded on Sunday at 3pm. My visit was ridiculous. I moved from watching my young son multiple times because of their shenanigans. Throwing balls at each other. Jumping on the green soft mats & off again. Doing the moon walk into my space. They were so involved with each other & goofing around with the front desk attendant (who was in on all this by the trampoline area) no one noticed unsafe things kids were doing until it obviously needed attention. We had fun like always. But the immaturity of the folks working it, as a mom of a teenager was disappointing.

There is no better way to host a birthday party. No cleanup, no prep, and active fun for the kids! Our host, Isaac, was fantastic. He put forth a great deal of energy jumping and playing with my kids to make sure they were having fun the entire time. We would definitely do it again .

This place is awesome! I take my niece here all the time to tire her out for my sister. I wish I was able to have had something like this when I was her age. Great budget for how large their facility is and the activities they offer. I feel like a stunt devil when I am on the airbag! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have some fun and jump!!

Best place to take children!! Bonus was that Zachary played with the kids and they had the best time ever. They never want to leave.

The facilities are pretty nice. The staff was excellent and they really made my nieces party special.

Wow, did the kids have fun. Reasonable rates, well run, organized establishment. I took home 4 exhausted kids, and heck ya, I jumped too!

It’s a great place for kids to hang out and have fun, the staff was super nice and engaging which just made the overall experience better. It’s also super affordable.

The trampoline park itself is very fine. My issue is with the supervision and safety. Of highest concern was a very middle aged man playing dodgeball amongst a sea of kids under 10 and in some cases as young as 5. This man threw the ball with all his strength, hitting kids in directly in the body and sometimes in the head. Despite two different supervising employees, neither asked this man (who probably weighed #225) to tone it down. Additionally, in the other areas, there were toddlers running every which way through the tramps with little regard to direction. There was no attempt to try and redirect these kids are work with their parents to prevent an accident. Great concept, buy poorly managed.UPDATE: I originally posted our experience as a 1 star due to the safety concerns. The manager was very attentive and has been communicating with me regarding the situations we experienced. He seems genuine in his interest in educating and training his staff. If I could rate, him.... I would give him 5 stars for his follow-up.

Birthday party went great. Everyone had a great time. Toddler area has a foam pit to keep them busy. Dodge ball court was a hit. Main area has elevated blocks to jump up onto and off of which was pretty cool.Super Great helpful staff made the event go off without a hitch. Very clean and well maintained facility as well.

Theyve remodeled and put in some great features for jumpers. The new toddler area is awesome and a lot safer for little ones.

Kids had a great time and what a great workout!! Staff was great and it is a great spot for a kids birthday party! Just wish there was a little more time for jumping for the price. Facility was very clean.

This place is incredible, the place is stylish and clean. The staff is very friendly and informative, very straightforward with how they explain things. The best part by far is the inclusiveness of the staff and the kids that play here, I regularly bring disabled clients I work with here and they always make sure to include them in appropriate ways. I cant give this place enough praise. Highly recommended.

This is a Great place for the whole family. This was our first time to a trampoline park and the entire family loved it. Different things to do for everyone. We were in a group with kids ranging from 2 to 12 and they all loved jumping. All the adults had fun too. The place was neat, bathrooms were clean and ample space to sit and rest when u get tired. We will definitely visit this place when we are in Bend again.

Very nice trampoline play place for kids (and adults). New equipment makes for a nice experience too. The trampolines were in excellent condition. They had it well designed to make use of the space and the design allows for parents to watch comfortably. Lots of spaces for private birthday parties. Bathrooms were very clean too. Want to drain your kids energy then this is a great place to go.

It was fun...but as an adult would have liked more for us big kids.

Fun, but the height limit on the kids area is poorly enforced. Make sure you stay with your little ones and keep them away from the dodge ball area. I saw multiple kids leave crying after talking a ball to the face really hard.Also, they force you to buy their socks the first time you go, but you can keep them for additional visits.

The general manager was just amazing!!! He was just great with all the kids

My son fell going up the stairs and smacked his face on the side, causing blood to gush and complete pandemonium.While we were getting him cleaned up one of the workers came and made sure he was ok and brought him a juice box which SAVED THE DAY. My son calmed down instantly and all was fine.He tripped over his own feet so this is NOT a safety concern of this wonderful place. We look forward to going back soon.

Great place for all ages to come and have some fun. Prices are not too bad... place seems pretty well kept up and clean. Rare for places here in Bend. They have observant staff on duty during jump times too! Would reccomend for family time, birthday partys, and just to burn off some energy lol. I would say 1 hour give plenty of time to have fun. My kids get burned out after 20 min lol. But still have fun for the whole hour!

This place was a little hard to find because it was in the back of the industrial center, but was definitely worth the search because of how fun this place was! Plus they had reasonable prices that were easy to afford and worth paying for.

This was one of 2 trampoline parks we went to while visiting Bend. My kids had fun but I preferred Trampoline Zone and Adventure Park as it had more activities.

Had a really great time! We had a birthday party for our son. Some friends showed up. It was a blast. Though it seemed busy, it was not that bad and the staff was really good with kids and were cognizant of keeping turns fair while still having a good time.

Love this cool place! The whole place is trampolines and jumping areas. Great way for kiddos and grownups to blow off steam indoors. Price is reasonable also. They serve snacks, and now serve hard ciders and beer! They alsohave birthday packages available too!

Mountain air is THE BEST! Its so much fun. Everybody that works in the park is very nice! I learned how to do a front flip there! So far it is the best trampoline park I have ever been to, and Ive been to hundreds. But mountain air is my all time favorite! Thanks mountain air for making the best tramp park!

My 2, 5 and 11 year old boys had such an amazing time here! It is built really safe and clean. The one hour of bouncing is perfect for wearing them out! The seating area for adults is comfortable and great for keeping an eye on your child. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back frequently.

Not quite what we expected but my son said he had fun. At first upon walking in he didnt even wanna play. And hes been begging us to go here since it opened so we figured for his birthday we would. He was extremely reluctant. It was nice tho that you, as a parent, can walk around by the trampolines to watch the kiddos.

Mountain air is always a good time. We brought the whole family and beat each other up in the dodgeball arena! Safe for kids of all ages and plenty of fun even for adults

The first day they opened to the public it was my son birthday, we went with some of his friends and they have the greatest time. Also I took my other 2 kids and they love it! It is a great place for kids of all ages since they have all this different sections. We cant wait to go again!

We love coming here. Have to pay for socks but after you get them once its afforadable. Kids are usually done after an hour

They need some sort of signage to make it easier to find them, even a BIG sign on the back of the building. I had to keep asking people where they were! Very frustrating!

Well maintained and clean this is a great place to takenthe kids. They even have toddler time for kids 5 and under for those worried about the kiddos getting hurt. Wall to wall fun complete with a foam pit dunk hoops and a dodge ball room all at a reasonable price. Check it out

Great family fun. Awesome for birthday partys and get togethers. Adults dont be afraid to jump in with the yougnsters,Dodge ball is for everyone how high can you jump?!!They also have a small snack and drink bar for kids and adults. Very clean facility and helpful staff. If your going for the first time arrive a few minutes early to complete the waiver its quick and simple.

My kids love this place. It is pretty affordable and reasonably priced. The food is not good though...They call out for pizza orders for birthday packages from a local pizzeria.

The process of checking in was terrible. We had to fill out the waver on their i pad with no key board and they wanted an amazing amount of personal info. Of course their i pads were not working right so we filled the form out 3 times! It was about $75 for a family of five to jump for 1 hour. It was fun once we finally got to jump.

Welcome to Natzi Germany. Dont recommend paying for a party, you get nothing. $200 for some paper cups and a 1 hour designated jump time that for absolutely no legitimate reason is not flexible in the slightest. The staff is all teenagers and the managers hide in the back except to come out and tell you why they are unable to accommodate anything. Never going back. I could have bought a freaking trampoline and had a party in my backyard for less.

Great facility super clean. Friendly and competent staff. A bit over priced compared to trampoline parks I have gone to in Portland but to be expected in Bend things are expensive in a resort/vacation town. They could improve which it sounds like they are already are by offering year passes and more incentives such as family passes mentioned in other comments. Sock give aways or discounted jump times after a certain time might help lower the price point. Having and indoor activity like this in Bend is awesome! But it comes with a bit of a price tag at the moment still worth it I think.

Positives, clean and fun for the kids.Negative it cost $12 for one hour and then you have to pay $3 for special socks.Be aware that they start every half hour, so we arrived at 12:10 and instead of giving us a full hour we had the option to wait until 12:30 or loose 10 minutes.Also, if you have a toddler they have to stay in a special section, which is great because they wont get trampled, but its small. If they want to bounce anywhere else, the parent has to bounce and therefore pay, $12 plus socks.Overall not the best for smaller kids or your wallet.

Was alot of fun, but the roof is leaking all over the trampolines. I told the attendant, she said thats just how it is. Seems like an OSHA violation to me.
