The water pressure sucks! Theres times its so low you cant even take a shower

A decent place, pretty quiet, good neighbors,managers a very friendly and helpful woman, needs work but everything needs work in life dont it, lol. I like it cause it reminds me of being back in Kentucky when I was little, everyone Ive meet living here has been nice and respectful, got a family across from me thats gone above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable here and have helped us in anyway weve needed,, these are people I like to have around my family, its a improving setting to raise ur children in for sure.

Thanx to crystal the manager for helping look out after my mom and helping us deal with her having cancer and facing the fact shes dying and thanx for coming out and bringing ur family to celebrate her last bday as she has aggressive breast cancer u dont find many landlords that will care enough to help out and crystal this means alot to us thank u sooo much for all u do for her

Its a cheap trailer park with older trailers. Good place for people with little income like S.S.I. that just need a place to call home.

The trailer I visited has roaches which they said were there when they moved in... Land Lord hasnt cut limbs over the power lines... Poision ivy along the back fence... Random extension cord running from one trailer to another... They also havent fixed the fence that my friends dog keeps getting out of... Or taken the mostly empty paint buckets away...

Ive lived here 18 years

Its pretty low key and quite here. But the air conditioning sucks they never want to fix it. The lady in the front office is very ride and shady and a liar. There is a SERIOUS wild cat problem they wont do anything about. The houses all have serious flea problems and my son has been to the hospital twice and doctor 3 times from the bites. And also to the hospital from blisters and heat rashes on his body from it being 95+ degrees in the house all the time. when your air conditioning goes out of you have animals the front office lady will blame your animals and try to make you pay for it. But the male owner is super nice and very professional.

Place is looking better than it did keep it up guys!

Old trailers for high rent. 1 bd 1 br $480 a month. Not even worth it.

Worse place ever. I dont recommend anyone living there.

Mobile homes are old and inadequately insulated. Expensive. To heat and cool. O.k for tempory shelter.

This place is very crappy... They dont fix the trailers if something is wrong they throw ur stuff in th garbage after giving u 3 days to get ur stuff... And they are very rude and does not listen to the tenants if they have issues!!!

Was contracted by a tenant to build a gaming computer for her son, while there installing it, landlord beat on the door screaming about a car parked near the storage. It was not the tenant nor mine, but the landlord screamed at her, then me. Not a pleasant place to visit let alone live.

Getting management to fix anything correctly or a timely matter is a joke honestly
