The only service Mill Wheel offers is trash pickup. If you have a.cat and want to bring it outside, you must put it on a leash. A ny animals caught outside, not leashed will be picked up by the animal officer. You are not allowed to cut trees on your lot.If you want to build a shed you will need permission from the owners. Tenants are only allowed to build one additional building. If there are 4 parking spaces on your property you have 2 cars parked. Any more than you will be charged $50 a month extra. My husband and I lived there 20 years, only because we didnt cross the management. Additionally, if you want to cover your car with a car cover, it must be a color approved by the park.

Been living here for the last 9 yrs and have always had pleasant experiences with management. The park is maintained by Kevin who does an awesome job! Great place to live!

Girlfriend owns a trailer here. Havent experienced any issues with the place. It can sometimes be a little difficult for others to find an individual trailer.

Its a ok trailer park bute they get really upset with a person if they dont know them and you go even like 5 miles over the speed limit

Nice little community and deers run around often. has a nice community room. Mostly very nice people that live there. Secluded area.

Wonderful place to live. Mostly older folks (55+). Lots of wildlife and close to walking trails, as well as Whatcom Falls park and Lake Whatcom.

Its where my mother lives very nice neighborhood right next to bloudale Donavan Lots and lots of wild life very friendly atmosphere
