Great 55+ park. Quiet, well maintained, manager is awesome and extremely helpful. Easy access to the freeway and stores

Close to everything. Neighbors arent nosy.

My 83 yr old father lives here and while a clean and fairly nice, they raise the rent on their spaces regularly and are now over $700 per month just for the lot the mobile homes sit on!After buying a mobile home there just 2 years ago, he now must sell and find another place to live.

Found a new home here. The place is very quiet and clean. The people Ive met so far are very kind and friendly. I love it.

I would skip the estate sale that they have every Friday because its a shamola.. cute little mobile home park for the 55 and overcrowd close to shopping and if youre in the mobile home estates I cant think of a better place for you.

The lot rent is ridiculous for what residents get. These is a 55+ park where they do not salt the roads during icy weather. They have no problem citing residents for small things, but dont take care of their safety. If youre looking to buy in an adult park, buy somewhere else!

Rent goes up yearly. Nothing is included except garbage pick up weekly. Water meters installed, so now they pay for water, storm water and waste water. Many trailer with unkept yards, not prestine like web page says. Owners in California raise space rent whenever a trailer sells and yearly at a rate of $15-$30 a month. Rents for new people close to $700. a month...would not recommend park to anyone.

My parents moved in here, they are remodeling, the area feels nice and secure for older people who want Independence from a retirement home life.

Way overpriced! Rent goes up all the time. My dad lives there. However it is conveniently close to shopping/laundry. Bus service could be better

Quiet, neat. Everyone is nice. Unfortunately the rent bumps up every year and has become ridiculous.

Cute little community of elders they have their own news paper and my grandma lives there and has a lot of friends
