We enjoyed a lot in this chuck e cheese branch. There was no wait time in the line, and all the games were working perfectly. If you are planning your kids birthday, this place have everything kids needs, thats food with fun games. Nice clean indoor place for a healthy activities. No doubt you have to collect a lot of tickets to get a good prize. Overall it was fun, so five stars from me.

Today we have celebrated my son’s birthday at this place. It was amazing. All kids enjoyed a lot. I liked cheese n veggie pizza’s here. The staff was so friendly and service was awesome.

A fun time for the kids.It is more expensive than we expected. We purchased a combo: large pizza, with wings and four drinks, added fries and one salad bar. We purchased 136 points for which should have been discounted price because we bought a combo. I would have noticed but it took so long to get someone to attend to us, and I assumed that the cashier had applied the correct discounts. We didnt notice the incorrect charges until after we left when I was making this post.Our total was 98.65!Really, Chuck E. Cheeses should have a kiosk to order food because if they are understaffed, then patrons need to wait for the cashier to finish helping patrons who are requesting prizes, which can take a long time .

This place is better now with the unlimited time cards much better than going and seeing what 20 bucks could get you in the way of tickets. Very crowded and several of the machines were broken but what can you expect from a place where we let our monsters run around like looters during the zombie apocalypse. If you are trying to get your ticket game up make sure you scope out the payouts and camp one of the high payout machines. You can beat all the odds this way because you can play 1000 times and hit that jackpot. Kid at the ticket counter was nice and boosted our ticket count up a bit so my kiddo could get the thing he was eyeing. All in all a fun time.

Kids definitely love being here and there is never a dull mument for them. Only reason I gave it three star because there wasnt any alignment or sync with kids activities and served food. The food was served early and it got cold by the time kids got to it . They should provide ample heads up to parents/who so ever is paying for it.

I hope chunky cheese makes it through the pandemic.

Overall Chuck E. Cheeses is a great, safe place to spend a few hours for a small amount of money. Sure you can never get enough tickets to buy something nice, but small children are often happy with pieces of candy and spider rings. There are also some games that appeal to children as young as 2, and the riding things are pretty fun. I do think that the live Chuck E. dancing and interaction brings a lot to the experience, but acknowledge that the animations can be frightening.

Kids loved it, they had new games since the last time we were there. Wonderful staff, poor guys were stretched thin but still were accommodating!

Lots of fun like I remember as a kid! A number of the hes were broken, which was a bummer, bit there was still plenty to play with. My 6 year old and I had a great time at a birthday party!

My young daughter certainly had fun at her friends birthday party, but as someone a little older than five I wasnt nearly as impressed.Im in the service industry, so I get the value of first impressions. Mine was a bad one -- the greater at the gate was rude and impatient, and rough with my daughters arm as she tried to give her a stamp.Inside, it wasnt overly busy for a Saturday. But there was litter on the floor, and no liners for the changing table in the mens bathroom (I had a little one, too.)I might be guilty of looking for negative things to point out, but with an awful first few seconds in the place, can you blame me?

Great place for kids to have some fun along with food. There are a lot of games for kids to enjoy. The games start at $10 for 30 mins. You will win points token upon playing each game and can redeem that for a gift at the end. Its also a good place to host birthday party.

LOVE it here! Ryan (Store Manager) and the High School staff are a blast. They are super friendly and are always there to make sure everyones experience is a fun one. However, the district manager that works there every now and then is kind of a downer so we try not to go when hes there.

This place is like a Dave & Busters for kids! Off the chain! Absolute mayhem but awesome. Place was surprisingly clean for so much chaos.

It is a good place for birthday. I would say that between 3 years old to 10 years old you got the sweet spot of where they can enjoy the most. They have few games for younger but it is limited. Definitely a hit for kids that can play arcade alone. I cannot say about prices since I wasnt the host but l it seems that it can be expensive depending of the package you choose. Nevertheless, kids can run and have a lot of pleasure while parent can follow or stay at tables.

It was a fun experience for us through the beginning of Covid 19. The staff were cleaning and wiping down the machines constantly.

The kids always have fun here. The adults on the other hand, notice things the kids dont lol. Next time u get a pizza from here, look at how the slices are cut. If the cheese seems like too much, it might be because they are trying to hide the differently cut slices. Chuck e cheese has a reputation of recycling their pizza. Which means any uneaten pizza from customers are pieced together and resold

Favorite location in all of the state. They recently upgraded some of the games . The staff always gives you extra tickets if the machines fail to. I usually go when it’s not so busy and even I have a blast there. I don’t recommend getting any food there as I find it to be below average . Chucky comes out sometimes and throws free tickets out for the children . Good place for the rainy days !

Although it gets crowded over weekends, its still a great place to have fun, play games for all are groups.. beer on tap and pizza along with other party food is a great addition to games. Also a great place to host bday parties

I went with a couple of friends for nostalgia sake and had a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and the pizza was delicious!

It was okay. Payed for a kids birthday and it seemed as if they over booked bday parties cause it was way over crowed in the party area. Management here at least the gal that was helping us had a I don’t care attitude. Probably worth the money to go to family fun center instead.

Chuck e chesse is a fun and safe place for my kids

Love to go to Chucky cheese with my 4 year old and wife. We all have a gala time here. The staff is prompt and very helpful. One of the machines was not disposing tickets so I asked the staff to look into it. They immediately rectified the error and I got all my tickets. The food can be more healthy as I see a lot of calories on the display!

Fun place to bring kids to kill an hour. New card system replaces the old tokens which is better but loses its old charm of putting in a token to play.For older kids, get the unlimited play card since they can go through a bunch of tries for a game in a minute.

Show up early to beat the parties, otherwise my kids love it here.

My daughter loves this place. She can run around all day without even having a card to play the games. The staff is great..the only reason not 5 stars is that it is incredibly expensive, even with coupons you can get online.

Pretty small compared to the other locations and most of their games were either out of service or were having technical issues Chucky actually was wearing jeans and only the top half of his costume . . Looked very ahh strange and just over all not worth while if youre thinking of Chuckie e cheese go to the other locations please do yourself and not get disappointed

The worst place ever. I suggest no one go there ever. Very very poor customer service. I would rate them zero. Never experienced such low degraded customer service. They take hours to serve a simple order. They dont apologize for the delay, they cant make it faster, they dont even compensate for a miss at their end. I cant imagine how the staff can be so rude. They should shut down their business if they dont know to serve customers. Its such a shame.

My first time here and I had a blast. The price for the game cards is great. The food was good. A bit pricey for the little portions they give. The staff need to work on their customer service a little bit.

Nice party celebration spot

Its my 39th birthday. I wanted to use my birthday for my son and his friends to have fun. I was worried about being a real old birthday star in Chuck E. Cheeses and probably bored as adults. Turned out that Tobias made it an awesome birthday party not only for my 5 year old son and his friends, but also myself and my friends. Thank you Tobias.

Theyve redone the inside with cards instead of coins. Thats good, less germs. They also replaced the Big Toy crawl tunnels with more video games.Note maybe 1 of 8 games was out of order. I hope this is temporary.

Great service and excellent food safety rating - as long as you know what youre getting into, its a great spot for birthday parties. Staff were attentive and friendly. The manager stopped by several times to make sure everything was going well. Not a single complaint from the kids attending. This place is controlled and well orchestrated chaos. Its Chuck E Cheese, not the Met. Only complaint is the beer selection - more local microbrews please, not fake AB Inbev stuff.

We ventured over on a Saturday evening which could have easily been a nightmare but we still had an enjoyable evening! They were on top of maintenance needs in the restroom when someone became ill and our food was yummy and arrived in a timely manner (for a busy night). It takes patience to be in a place like this but thankfully the staff kept things as controlled as they could and didn’t contribute any additional stressors.

We come here a few times a year just to play the games; we rarely if ever eat here so I cant really comment on the food. This last visit was a bit frustrating because of how many games were either out of order, or malfunctioning on that would take our token credits but not do anything. Like the skeeball game that had no balls in it. The staff doesnt seem to care; I reported the skeeball problem and I didnt even get a sorry or thank you. Some of the games that are out of order are our favourites, like Operation. Overall, its not a bad place and is fairly affordable. $20 will get you 100 credits (look on their web site for promotions) and with two kids that lasts us about an hour. The wait to exchange tickets for prizes is always pretty long though, which is frustrating. They need more staff overall. I do appreciate their efforts at safety with the hand stamps!

The games have improved and are almost all working. Great selection for all ages. My suggestion would be get rid of the dated singing characters and make more room for machines, its very crowded.

Been here a few times when attending birthday parties. Pretty good for playing some games here. But since it is a shared environment even for parties, it may feel a little crowded or chaotic when multiple parties are going on.

Chuck E. Cheeses is the perfect place to take your kids for birthdays or special events, they will stay busy for hours and the pizza isnt too bad. Clean location and helpful staff.

The coins and tokens were tasty, but the pizza wouldnt fit in the machines.Also, they have a really bad rat problem.

I don’t like Chuck E. Cheese, but my kids do. As far as their locations go, this one was cleaner, smelled better, and was less sticky and grimy than most - it even had natural light!

Fun place but many machine out of order. Some machine eats your credits but didnt do anything, like bowling shooting machine, there is no ball inside.Printer of receipt after you feed all the paper tickets (game rewards) in doesnt work as often, you need to call staff to fix it and get your receipt. They will ask how many points will be on the ticket.

Amazing food and great awesome service. Ambience is good. Wonderland for elementary kids. Nothing much for middle schoolers. They get bored. Good for parties for toddlers and kids up to age 8-9 and they can enjoy.

A fun place to spend a few hours. My 4 year old didnt understand most of the games but earned enough tickets for 4 Tootsie rolls. I like the black light stamps that you get as you enter. She was not a fan of the loud meter as Chuck E entered, but really enjoyed scanning the points card to get whatever game she wanted started. Its clean and not too big that the kids can be on their own.

Great fun when its dark/rainy out. Glad they started offering the Purchase Time Play option. Used to have an indoor slide/play area; bummer they removed it.

Kids liked having birthday party there

We celebrated my twins birthday there and at the end of the event they moved the gift. When we got home we found out that we have half of the gifts. We called chuck e cheese and we talk to the manager that promised me that he will check the security cameras and he never did. I called every day for two weeks until I gave up.

The Bellevue Chuck E Cheese is probably the cleanest one around, I dont think I caught one whiff of urine the whole 3 hours we were there. Play cards were not as pricey as I thought and my kids played for about an eternity. There is no returning of cards if your tiny human sits it on the game while they play and then walk away. We went through two stolen cards. (My little peoples fault, but being a kid establishment youd think theyd be smarter about their points system being kid friendly. Next time Ill bring lanyards to attach the cards to so they are harder to lose.)

It was my first time to Chuck E cheese it has lot of games for the kids to play and it is good place to spend sometime with kids.

I think that the option of buying for a specific number games or for a specific time for playing unlimited games is great because you can take your time and hace some food or you can be focuss on playing a lot. Food is not cheap nor expensive I think is fair.
