My bridal party hosted my bridal shower at the Weingarten and it was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious and the strawberry sangria was the best! Definitely recommend this venue for events or just a neat place to visit and drink delicious wine!

I came here for my sister in laws 21st birthday party, and it was a bust. First of all, there was a massive wedding going on at the same time, in the same spot. The wine was served in Budweiser plastic tubs, but the prices deserved WAY more. The wine itself was great and the food was wonderful, plus the location was gorgeous. The problem was expecting our birthday party to share the same small overhang with a huge wedding. Disappointing, but good wine.

The Weingarten is my GO TO! The staff is always friendly and the sangria is always cold! The live music and fun vendor fairs are fun. One of the best things in Belleville!

Not a lot of atmosphere, but the food was very good and their sangria is delish.

Good food, good wine, and if wine isnt your first choice, they also have Stag.Their outdoor seating consists of metal patio furniture with a view of a manicured grounds, a fountain, and some shrubbery.

I love the food here, but they are not taking cash payments..

Great building and layout with a large covered patio. Live music outside while I was there and the strawberry sangria was outstanding.

I attended the Brunch and Bubbly event today and great company with beautiful views could not make up for how horrible brunch was. Wait time at the bar was very long. They would not give us pitchers for the bottomless mimosas. Wait time for food was 1.5-2 hours and when received was cold and poor quality. Then they literally ran out of mimosas. At brunch! What a joke. All staff on-site were clearly doing their best and stayed as cheerful as possible. Management needs to get their act together and be realistic about what they can handle!

Very nice winery but a bit small. There were two tour buses the day we went, a private party, a graduation party, and a bridal party!! It was also chilly and raining so the undoor space was limited to guests. Many had ti share tables with strangers. Overall it was nice. I will go back during better weather to give it a fair shot. Even people were sitting outside, the weather just wasnt on our side that day.

We attended a meet and greet after my cousins rehearsal dinner. The venue is wonderful. There are appetizers, sandwiches and salads. There was live music, one venue had a fire! The staff was friendly and the new owners are excited to start their lives together providing the perfect place for this communities events.

My husband and I got married here a couple of years ago and it was by far the best decision we ever made, Liz was a brilliant mastermind when it came to helping put our wedding together and even in November, just after all the trees lost their leaves it was still the most beautiful venue. People ask us all the time where we got married and are so surprised that it was a wine garden and not a wedding hall!

Had the chicken alfredo pizza and it was good. I also tried the strawberry sangria and it was sweet and delicious. The scenery is so calming, a must repeat.

We are actually here now enjoying the Apple Streusel Sangria. Very good!! Staff was friendly. Good amount of people here listening to music on this beautiful day. Tomorrow may snow. When we come back to visit our daughter we will stop by and also will tell her about The Weingarten.

Its beautiful there. Wine is good but, a little costly. When you return the wine glass, they give you $2 back. Sodas were $1 per can. It was a beautiful place for a wedding.

Went there for a wedding. Awesome place. Event planner is great, kept everything running smoothly. Food from Royal catering was awesome.Bartendars were very attentive. And even though there were 2 private events going on it was still open to the public. Highly recommend.

This place is near and dear to my heart, we had our wedding reception here. Always a good place to go.never had a bad time here. Good food, good service I heard they recently changed ownership, I hope the new owners keep it as nice and classy as it currently is.

Beautiful place, however, the people serving were rude, when we go to wineries I believe its all in the people who give you your tasting, they make or break your experience. Wine was descent, they dont make their own wine.

Reasonable prices for wine, beer, and pitchers of sangria. Surprised that they charge $2 per glass extra, which is refunded when you bring the glass back. Great entertainment on the Friday night we were there. No air conditioning, but a covered structure with the back wall totally missing, so with fans or a breeze, theres relief from the hot sun.

So yesterday the ladies from our Zumba class went to the Weingarten after Zumba. We’re enjoying our wine, Sangria, until a group of 50 kids with like 10 moms came in . Now I love kids . But, we were totally appalled at this group coming to the winery . The kids ran around were jumping on the stage, playing by the lake . Hard to enjoy yourself with all that going on . We were pretty horrified at the Moms who sat / stood under the pavilion sipping their wine, truly not watching the kids . The group had been to Eckert’s & decided this was a good idea . They were from a Catholic school in Kirkwood. Needless to say our afternoon was ruined . How could these Moms have been so thoughtless !!! The above was posted by a friend.Maybe you should have this place listed as an Adults Only place. These were women driving children consuming alcohol. Poor judgement on this part. But this wouldnt have happened had the restaurant taken control of the situation.

I had a great time. The free wine tasting was great and service was fast. Only thing I have to comment on is that there is no seafood served. Try for shrimp or fish tacos.

We had dinner (the French dip and Flatbread pizzas), did a wine tasting, and hung out. It was a gorgeous night and if not for it being a school night we would have stayed longer. Nice staff and an easy location. The grounds are beautiful and if youre fascinated by those who came before us, there is a small family plot in the corner you can visit.

Strawberry sangria was delish! View was wintry but beautiful. Great facility and super friendly staff.

Also, thank you for answering all of our questions anytime! The atmosphere is perfect for an outdoor wedding and the reception went so smoothly. Liz was a HUGE help to our process and made sure everything was always taken care of! Cannot thank her enough for handling things throughout the night and always being on top of things. Anyone looking to do an outdoor wedding in a beautiful atmosphere, a reception, or even both - I would highly recommend.

Wonderful atmosphere and ambiance! The restaurant is set in the center of a spacious lot, well designed for an authentic outdoor German dining expirence. Great outdoor seating along with interior seating for special occasions. The grounds are laid out well so you can enjoy your meal even if theres many people, your space will not be crowded. The staff are courteous, efficient and help make the meal a pleasurable event. Pricing is medium even with a couple glasses of wine. A perfect place to arrange a get-together with a group of friends for an enjoyable few hours!

We arrived 2 hours prior to showtime. Ordered 2 tap beers ($4.50) and pretzels ($7.18). Dueling pianos should be called Dueling Keyboards. We saw Dueling pianos in Nashville and Germantown. Keyboards have no rhythm and cannot understand what they are saying. Not professionals in the least. From the start they ask for audience participation probably to provide cover. We needed to drink more or leave...decided to leave after 30 minutes. Glad there was no cover.
