The work here is incredibly demanding and stressful. During events like the Preekness I was not allowed to leave my desk even to go to the bathroom without being questioned. Sandwiches were brought in for lunch and if you had special diet requirements that was just too bad. The manager was emotionally abusive. When I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Labor I was taken into her office and scrutinized and verbally abused for standing up for my rights as an employee. After I had a nervous breakdown and took a day off work to see the doctor I was fired for no call-no show.

Used to work here. They hire a lot during big race then let you go after the event. It is sad to see people leave in the middle of the week.
