I love this store! They seem to have everything I need and their employees are very helpful and polite!
My favorite craft store. They carry frames, fabric, beading supplies, scrap booking supplies, paints, seasonal decorations and crafts. There staff has a good knowledge of their products. They give great demos of there products and are always willing to help you learn how to use there tools. They also are always willing to help you work through projects and find solutions.
It is pricey and very specific. Most of the time it doesnt have what I want so I call ahead. It not even a mile away from me so it is convenient
If you love to craft this is the place for you. So many great ideas and they have everything. Friendly customer service
This is a dangerous store as it gets my creativity going. They always have great ideas and are pretty reasonably priced. :)
First time in here. I came in for candle making stuff. April was amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed and added some awesome input in. She showed me the perfect jar for the candles. A amazing experience. Absolutely worth the 45 minute drive
Its crafters paradise and then some. Whether scrapping, sewing, painting, etc theyve got what you need. Decorations galore for each season or holiday. Even if youre not crafty/creative this place is still fun. They have displays of finished possibilities. Its a great place to buy gifts for those that are. If you need photo/art frames they have plenty to choose from. Including custom frame jobs. I was very pleased with this particular service. Theyre always having sales and offer classes.... When CoVid is not happening.
I love the variety in this store. So much stuff to choose from.
Love this place and people so nice there, prices reasonable
Staff was professional. I was impressed to hear the cashier ask the customer behind us to wait a moment so the counter could be wiped down
Lots of great ideas for craft projects. Unlimited possibilities are here.
I was so happy when l heard the great news my favorite store was kinda open, kinda works for me! I was greated and treated so sweetly, both ladies l talked to where so helpful with what the store protocol was! I can handle quarantine but not without crafts! Craft warehouse gets a 5 star rating from me! Thank you all so much for your help in keeping this old craft attic afloat! I love you all so much and thank you for being as open as you can at this time! Be safe and thank you again!
There isnt anything Ive needed and not been able to find in this store for crafting.
Very cool place, lots of interesting doo-dads.
They have a great variety of different stuff for all kinds of crafts
Crowded but great compliance with social distance and masks. Nice selection of products and polite staff.
Love that they take extra precautions during covid to keep their customers safe. Very friendly employees. Do wish that their prices were a little more competitive than other sources. I would prefer to support them.
Love it here! Lots of cute ideas if your feeling festive or bored!
Its a little more densely packed than Michaels, but they also have a lot more items on sale along with, in my opinion, better pricing
Awesome place to shop and super friendly people
My favorite craft store by far! Friendly associates, decent prices, and lots of selection.
Very visually pleasing throughout the store. It smelled really nice as well. Great gift and craft ideas. Will definitely go back
Fun store, not a five because pricing is high.
Super friendly staff and all the crafty supplies you need to be creative during a lockdown!
Not very helpful employees at all. Not very social or friendly until I got to the checkstand
I get so overwhelmed in a good way when I shop here. They have everything you can imagine and more. Their framing department is exceptional and always a good price.
Meh. Yes, theres lots of *stuff*. Asked for help, didnt get any, bought much less than I intended, needed or wanted. Was a real hardship for the poor cashier to ring up my 4 tiny items. Seems pretty standard customer service, nowadays.
I like not having to buy a full set of colored pencils. I can find the one exact color I was looking for.
Good customer service and lots of different arts and crafts supplies!
I love this place. KD with the blue hair in the frame shop is amazing!!
Cool stuff, clean store and polite staff, what else do you need?
Cashiers service was awful. I waited 15 minutes in line and when I finally arrived I asked a simple question and she couldnt answer so she sent me to the center island. I asked her could I skip the line since I have been waiting 15 minutes? And she said no. Great. I bought what I needed and left the rest behind. What a waste of time.
Very nice and respectful of social distance order. Lots of fun crafts and things to keep you busy. Clean and well organized, and had exactly what I needed.
Great craft place. Associates helpful. Only a 4 as it is pretty crowded with merchandise... makes it hard to get around
Craft Warehouse has many different crafting items they sell. A little of everything.
Absolutely love the selection here. Prices are a little higher then I like. However, the friendly customer service and abundance of items is a big plus.
Absolutely rudest cashier I’ve ever encountered. Reported her the the manager, hopefully she will do something about that kind of behavior. Not ok.
They have a very friendly staff, who are quick to help with any questions I may have. The store is well stocked . their home decor items are right up my alley.
Always has a good selection of items, but the staff is not very friendly or helpful. One staffer I approached at the fabric counter was looking at her phone instead or working or assisting customers.
Holy cow lots and lots of stuff in this store! Its full of everything you would need. Service was fast, and prices was great!
Great store with lots of crafting supplies for everyone. From simple projects to detailed projects you should be able to find what you need. Great customer service as well. If you are unsure of what you need or needs tips their employees are very knowledgeable.
I didnt personally buy anything there first time visiting and found out everything was pretty pricey, could get similar crafts materials cheaper at Michaels or even joanns but they were VERY clean, and have sanitizer pump stations at the entrance which was great.
I really appreciated the help I got finding what I needed. They have so much different merchandise in that shop! I new they would have what I needed, but my fear about the price being a bit high, was confirmed as well. Perhaps they are one of those stores where you need to watch their ad for sales?
Prices are noticeably higher than other craft chains. Too, too much cutsy and too little interesting and edgy.More home decor than a craft store should have. Air smells bad...Smells like faux cinnamon air freshner.
Old fashioned customer service at its finest! I am now a covert from Michaels and will only shop at Craft Wearhouse!
The people here are actually helpful! Ive never been hounded by several associates, like other stores, left to browse until & if I ask for assistance. Im usually someone who Googles my questions on my phone before talking to an associate, but now I actually look forward to the human interaction here
I love this store! Has what I need, and if I cant find what Im looking for the, store personnel know exactly where everything is. Fun place.
I could spend hours in this place! I love all the completed craft pieces to give you some ideas. They have a wide range of crafting supplies from stenciling to quilting. The staff is very helpful and kind. Well organized and clean. I look forward to taking my daughter when she is older. The photo shows items I have purchased at the Craft Warehouse and created it for our camping trips.
Much nicer than the Jo-Ann that is much nearer to me. They actually had things in stock that there were labels for on the shelves. And to be non-snarky... The checker was friendly and found us a coupon for one non-sale price item. All-in-all, well worth the trip.
I simply love this store! I always get top notch service from employees. They know their store and how to give good advice on projects and products! I never even go to the competitive stores anymore. I know I can get exactly what I need at craft warehouse! And they have such frequent sales and special events where I can save money, I often keep a list of what Im running low on and wait for the next sale to get what I need. Best craft store in town, hands down!
Prices have gone up a little since last time I was there...maybe 6 mo ago....? They got a lot of stuff. Some stuff I was looking for was out of stock.
Great store great buys!
Always a great experience with fantastic quality products and wonderful staff.
I walked in and asked where the tea was. The associate was infriendly/hostile/confused. She mumbled, nobody cares. This is not a place I would ever walk into again.
Lots of fun craft stuff to choose from
What a large place. My wife took me in here which was the first time for me. They have a lot of crafty items. A little of everything from painting and drawing to bottle cutting and bead working. To me it looked like a Michaels on steroids. This place is packed full with stuff going every which way. Not too many shoppers, but we were here Sunday early evening.
Great selection of craft supplies, really good prices!
Great craft store full of a bit of everything, (although I wasnt able to find all the needed items on my list). Ill definitely be back for my next round of crafting needs.
Craft Warehouse a bit on the more spendy side for some of their items, but they usually have a lot of sales going on so you can get things for a more decent price xD The store itself is pretty big, there are so many things to look at. The have stuff for crafts, of course, but they also have items that can improve your home (Like picture frames, hooks for hanging stuff up, storage items, etc.) So if you are a kind of DIY person, Id say Craft Warehouse is definitely a place to go check out :) As far as customer service goes, I havent had a negative experience with the employees. They all seem like nice people, which I think is one of the more important aspects of a business :) The picture shows some of the items I have just bought from their store. Hope I helped!
Always have fun stuff to look at!
Love this place! It can be a little more expensive than other craft stores, however, there promos are awesome; I love their Cheep acrylic paints, they truly are cheap yet great quality. They have so many fun fabric sales and prints by local artist.
Really easy to maneuver around in, and if you’re having trouble, there’s always a good number of sales people milling about, and they’re incredibly helpful with finding what exactly you’re looking for. Even when checking out, the girl at the register wasn’t the most “happy-go-lucky”, but not everyone needs to be, and I don’t think that’s important. She did her job, and she asked me about my day. What more could ya want? All around, one of the more easy craft stores to shop in. I don’t ever feel like I’m getting lost, but they still manage to keep a good amount of products in.Side note, I wouldn’t recommend looking online to see if they might have a product in, because when I was looking for clay, they have a wide selection in store, when online only came up with one product.
Great customer service, and all the craft supplies I could ever want. They locations are only PNW, so they feel more local than those bigger chain craft stores.
Well stocked craft shop with lots of interesting stuff. Appears to have a large framing section. Doesnt carry cooking items, which is what I was really looking for when I decided to check it out.
I love the staff and the variety of crafts.
Easy to navigate and friendly staff.
Too small for all the things they carry...very tight isles. Employees seemed stressed and in general their demeanors were not cheerful (especially for this time of year) and they appeared less than happy to help you. On the other hand, the one in Gresham is just the opposite: larger, roomier, even with all the Christmas extras; friendly, happy to help employees.
Far cheaper than any other craft store Ive seen around here. Try here before Blick if youre shopping for art supplies
Over priced and not a lot of veriety
They have really good sales. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Displays are inspiring but not overwhelming. Enjoyable place.
I have worked with staff to have several custom items framed. They are very friendly and understand a person on a budget. Both items turned out amazing. Highly recommended!
Big place friendly help lots of craft
I wish I could have shopped here one last time before I moved to Texas. That store was better than JoAnns, Michaels, AND Hobby Lobby.
The staff is extremely helpful and they have lots of items. However, if youre looking for something specific they probably wont have it.
The people are great, helpful and have a grest sense of humor! My kind of people. Have known them thru classes ..did i mention helpful...very knowledgeable ..
I have a shadowbox project I am working on to immortalize my husbands old 1965 International that was destroyed In a fire a few years back. My shadowbox has a simple white background that simply wont do so we went to Craft Warehouse to find something more fitting. I was expecting to find 1 or 2 backgrounds but came away with 7 fabulous options. The selection of papers they have are quirky, colorful, and fun. Recommended
Went to a class with my bestie and made some earrings. It was so fun. The store is AWESOME! Very dangerous for my pocket book .
Super amazing location and great prices. They always have little deals and sales going on
It’s my first time going to this new craft store . I absolutely fall in love for their crafty stuff.. I just wish they have online order too. It’s very far to where I live..
They got really have a good felt selection and no fabric other than cotton so a bit limited
Its a huge craft, fabric, and framing store. Similar to Michaels, JoAnns, or that other place (the one that forces it religion on the staff). I like it better than the above.
Good place to find quality product
They had so many options of fabrics, but they only take cards for payment. I only had cash today.
So organized and cool. Scored on cheap cheep acrylic paint and nice paint brushes. Nice staff and tons of sweet deals. Definitely plan on visiting again!
So much fun to shop and just look. They have wonderful ideas and projects.
I went to Michaels and then Joanns looking for origami paper. Neither of them had any! (Michaels doesnt even carry it anymore!)CW not only had some, but quite a few different paper selections! I was very pleased.I have found their selection always better and, most of the time, cheaper.Plus they seem to have more options to choose from, along with helpful staff!(I just wish it wasnt so far to drive for me, or I would ALWAYS go here first!)
Friendly service and tons of fabric
I really like their displays and how they show off different ways to use some of the craft projects. Always friendly staff and great returns policy.
I cant say anything bad about this place. Every time Im there I get the best help and end up spending money I said I wouldnt but cant help it. I always think Im Martha Stewart when I walk out with my new craft idea but I dont always get the result. My own fault not at all the store. This place makes u feel like you can though
Great customer service. Lots of help with framing options. Parking easy with lots of crafty ideas and products.
Great selection!
A bit pricey for some things, but plenty of good deals and kitschy nick-nacks. During clearance sales, Ive found many items competitively priced, even beating Amazon.
Lots to choose from and great service.
