Went to see take fantastic movie infidel, It was really good film. 1st time Ive been to a Theatre Search the virus shut down. Parkings no problem no standing in line no noisy crowds. in fact good probly count on both hands the patrons we seem today. The staff was friendly and courteous place was clean and quiet. Weve been wanting to get out that see a movie for some time that next one that looks good is the upcoming 007 movie in November.
I love this place been going to watch movies here for 7 years, the service is good, and the staff is nice. Makes my movie experience even better and more memorable.
Regal Is my theater of choice… The people are always Friendly it’s always clean… In the popcorn and the food is it’s good. My only complaint is that you have is that you have to pick your seats… No one ever sits where they’re supposed to and it’s a pain especially if you Pay for your seats and your concession all at the concession booth… That gets a little hectic.
That’s a very beautiful theatre-cinemas with a lot of facilities to do while you sainting for your movie... huge parking area which becomes easier to find a parking slot... good food as well inside the building and very kind staff also... also very clean cinemas... they doing a great job in my opinion...
Havent been to the movie theater since around 2008. Not exactly like I remember. Slightly confusing. But the staff was very friendly and there was an employee specifically there to help answer my questions as to what to do. Purchased my tickets at the concession stand which was odd to me but was able to get the drinks and if Id wanted to food at the same time with no hassle. Took maybe 4 to 5 minutes total ordering and getting checked in. Good considering we arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled showing time. Choosing specific seating in the theater was a new experience also. Not sure If thats just a Regal thing or if theaters do that in general now. But the experience was a good one especially since I hadnt stepped foot in a movie theater in 12 years. Odd and confusing with some of the new changes but simple and the staff was friendly and helpful. And the place was clean and looked good. Only thing I had an issue with was the quality of the movie screen. Which is why 4 stars and not 5. Not sure whats been going on with movie theater screens the past decade. But after spending ten years looking at a 1080p TV screen at home to watch any movie thats come out the last decade perhaps Im spoiled. But the movie screen looked very grainy and had a dirty cash register touch screen quality to it. The quality got better after the previews. Which there were almost ten minutes worth, 5 minutes of which were actual commercials. But was still about half as grainy once the movie started. It didnt ruin the movie but it was very distracting. I remember movies at theaters being kind of like that before but you would think after 12 years the technology and the video quality would have had some advancements to be clearer and closer to the 1080p were all used to. Or the even higher resolutions coming out recently. And would in fact be leading in the areas of resolution quality. To my eye it was the same or even slightly worse than I remember and that was over 10 years ago. The cost of an adult male and two children with 2 small drinks and a medium and entry to the movie was almost exactly $50.00 which is a lot but considering its the year 2020 not unexpected with the way prices go up on everything, everywhere. All in all a good experience with the only exception being the quality of the movie screen.
They have regular seating, they have reserved seating, they have Regal RPX and 3D RPX(at an additional cost per seat)So if you want out of this world seating for that special movie they have it. Just want to sit more comfortable with you and whomever get the recliner seating. Just want to see a movie and dont care how you see it get the regular seats. So go see a movie already. And have fun.
Seats were comfortable and the theater seemed to be really clean. Only knock, other than the traditional outrageous concession stand prices, was the sound was just okay. I expected better.
Overall, this is a good theater. Picture and sound quality is great, and they have a lot of theaters. However, most of the seats are old and do not recline. In one of the theaters whenever the AC unit turns on you can hear it above the noise of the movie while it runs.
I hadnt been to this theater for about 15 years, that said nothing has changed... And I dont mean that as a happy nostalgic childhood memory kind of way. The entire theater needs updated or they need to lower ticket prices. I will say the theater is clean, no issues with the staff. New seating, improved climate control and better sound would be a good start. Im also fairly certain the popcorn was from when they opened that day. I definitely wont be going back anytime soon.
Always go here for movies with my friends, generally speaking, it is always a good time. Last movie we saw, the lights were on through the beginning of the movie, and mentioned it to the staff. Shorty after, they were turned off. Overall, a great place to go!
It was great! Went to see the Call of the Wild! It was AWESOME! Also went to see Jurassic World 1 when it came out. The service is EXCELLENT!
Home to watch movies. Quite clean refreshing and energetic silent place. They have the best seating arrangements, full of comfort. I would love watching films over here again n again. They have a super nice parking place. It’s supports MoviePass app. So we r good to go near to the theatre and check in movie and watch it.
I got a question it’s it open or close next Friday ? Text me the answer by a gmail
Overall a decent experience, the front box office was closed and there was no signage to tell you where to buy tickets. Seats are not as comfortable as Cinemark, but not uncomfortable. Theater was clean, well kept, lighting was a bit rough hard to really see the stairs on exiting.
Went and saw a night movie Joker on a Tuesday where they have reduced ticket prices every Tuesday all day. Its a good deal. Popcorn was fresh and it wasnt crowded. I only wish the seats had more leg room and were spaced a little farther apart. Other than that they were still comfortable and I think its a great place to watch a movie.
Good location. All the cliches of over priced food and video games. But Clean. Always helpful staff around. And at the concessions stand they are very polite as you sign over your first born heir for an extra squirt of butter on the popcorn.
This is the theater that I frequent most often. I have the same complaints that I do for every other theater. But, i do like that the staff is always friendly, reliable and, attentive.Plus, I actually enjoy that it is often less packed. It is kind of a hidden gem.
Great experience had the place to myself
RPX is great. Always less crowded because of no recline. Big whoop. Im there for the movie.
I come here all the time using my Regal Unlimited. Theres like 20 theaters, never full, and something new almost every week. Concessions are expensive, but I dont think anyone cares if you just sneak your own snacks in. Just clean up after yourself.
Great theater and great seating. The staff is excellent and helpful. I will change this to a five star as long as someone promises me that they will turn the front lights on. The theater was so dark you would think it was closed for a distance.
Nice, clean movie location. Easy access. Great sound system.Could do with a few less previews and commercials, sat thru 8 previews, 25 min before movie started
They have a nice set up here The way they have a ranged things on the theater was well-thought-out. During our movie I did not feel like I could hear the movies next to us playing on either side of us. There are some features where that is a problem but I did not feel like it was one here. The snack booth had some good tasty snacks. Theyre a little higher price then I like to pay but you expect that of the movie theaters. The staff was helpful and kind I have no complaints there. The bathrooms were well kept All around a very nice theater.
Love thos place for movies. A good old fashioned theater. Not restraint, bar and mall. Just movies and seating done right.
Very similar to other movie theaters but hasnt updated their seating to recliners yet.
After going to RAVE Cinema and going back here. I forgot how cramped the seats were. Still was a nice theature and Sonic turned out to be a decent movie.
First visit. Upon arrival we bought tickets at concession and the attendant was very friendly and readily waiting. Theater was clean.
The sound and large screen were great. However, the seats were not comfortable and do not recline. Price of tickets too high.
Striking from a fortress hidden among the billion stars of the galaxy, rebel spaceships have won their first victory in a battle with the powerful Imperial Starfleet. The EMPIRE fears that another defeat could bring a thousand more solar systems into the rebellion, and Imperial control over the galaxy would be lost forever.
Great selection of movies, however, as a taller person, the seats are a bit crowded and uncomfortable for me. If I lived closer and could use their reward program, the review would be another star (one drop for the seats)
Very clean theater. Option to buy tickets at self pay kiosk or desk. Saw a great movie and had a great family night
Nice theater, monthly pass is a good deal if you plan t see 2 movies each month
The theater has changed so that social distancing is possible.
Decent theater but you can tell its beginning to age. Also needs better cleaning. First showing in the morning should not have sticky floors and dirty seats. Good if its convenient but there are nicer theaters.
Disappointing, we went to the first showing of Harriet, 12:35 and was charged $9.00. We assumed the first showing was as a lower cost. The seats had not been updated to the heated recliners that we have become accustomed to.
I like seeing a movie now and then, and Regal Cinemas at Fairfield Commons is a great place to take in the latest blockbuster. The theater has been remodeled recently and one of the updates I enjoyed was the new reserved stadium seating. Not having to look for seats in a dark theater is worth the time deciding which seats I get before entering the movie. Catch a show before noon and enjoy cheaper prices, savings you can use to buy all the snacks you want!
The theatre was great and I had a great time, sitting and eating before the movie started. Most definitely will join the Gehal Crown club after the first of the year.
Bought tx through Fandango, no hassle, but not aware of their high service fees ($3.58 for 2 matinee tx)The theater was clean, seats comfortable and restrooms plentiful. Did not avail ourselves of any snacks. Dont understand the need to pick a reserved seat for a weekday matinee with about 2 dozen going to the same movie!Im older, a little hard of hearing, but the movie volume was excessive IMO. A good experience and will definitely go again.
Thank you guys so much for showing Christmas vacation my kids loved seeing it in the big screen
Horribly pricey. Myself, 2 children, 2 drinks, popcorn, and 2 candy items totalled 67.00! I think this is ridiculous. This was during matinee hours. This was 35 for tickets and 32 at concessions.
Its pretty standard. I think they could do a better job cleaning the seats. Mine was a little sticky for being the second showing of the day the place seems like its due for a remodel to keep up with the new lounger seat theatres that are taking over. The seats are hard to stay in for a whole movie.
The service information is terrible they sold us the wrong tickets its dirty bathroom is dirty no one is in the lobby to greet the customer for help food on the floor this place is going terrible sad for the community of beavercreek
Comfortable seats. Lots of movie choices. Food is pricey, but seems all theaters are like that. Makes for an expensive family outing. We went to see Artic Dogs. Extremely loud!
Good place to watch a movie, customer service is very good and the popcorn taste great! During the movie they forgot to turn off the lights so my son had to go tell them to turn the lights off after the movie started. Thought that was a little strange, people working the movie need to pay attention in complete their job.
First time there & WILL NOT go back. Did not like having to stand in line at the concession stand, along with all the other people buying food items, just to purchase tickets to go into the movie. I thought RPX was absolutely no better than IMAX, even though that is how they advertise it. For the price, it should have better chairs with nicer arm rests & cup holders. Very disappointed in the theater.
The theater is really nice and has excellent sound and comfortable seating (no recliners). But like every other nice theater concessions are super pricey!
They no longer have ticket sales at the entrance. You now have to go to concession stand to buy tickets for your movie. Wow, that was alot of fun standing almost 20 min to purchase tickets behind everybody buying snacks. And tonight was not even crowded! We had two couples in front of us. Would hate to see it on a busy night! Would end up missing part of the movie. Will probably be going to the Greene for movies.
Just an suggest: upgrade all seats to luxury recliners from stadium seats plus better caption devices (like Captiview/Doremi closed captioning mount on the cup holder) than glassed captions.
I used to like this place a lot, but now they make you pick your seats before you enter the theater and tell you that you have to keep those seats.. No way am I going to be stuck in a theater and not be able to move if I need to. We all know there are some really rude people out there and sometimes changing seats is the only way to keep the peace.
Don’t let the seat selection option when buying tickets lead you to believe this is a premium theater, that you will have comfortable seats, or quality sound (although I couldn’t 100% tell if that was the theater or the actual movie). The seats are very uncomfortable - think a dated theater - definitely not the nice reclining. It’s a convenient location if you are already near Fairfield commons but if you don’t mind a 15 minute drive head over to The Greene for a better movie going experience.Side note: the parking lot here is miserable. There are a ton of planters that “trap” you. This theater services it’s purpose but nothing beyond that. I won’t be returning.
NEED recliner seats please, as someone with recent foot surgery I really need to elevate my leg. Would love to have a Regal nearby with recliner seats. As many folks have said, these theaters greatly need a facelift and there is certainly the population to support it!
Nice, spacious multiple-screen theater. Their Regal Crown Club is worth belonging to since points can get you discounts and free stuff, although recent changes now allow points to expire. Staff and administration are receptive to customer feedback or complaints. My family is cheap, so we go to matinees or visit on Tuesday (value day for Club members). We also like to avoid buying too much at the concession counter.
First time I have been in a theater in many, many years. I prefer the drive-in with my reclining bucket seats and two movies for $8 plus snacks. This theater is massive! There are tons of movie choices and times. The seats are extremely comfortable (cup holders included!) and it seemed very clean inside. I was just shocked at the price for one movie and the concession prices were high. I am anxiously awaiting the drive-in to open.
Always enjoy our movies, there. Restroomwas clean. Theater seats were clean! Cashiers were nice!
I never give a top rating. 9 out of 10, 4 out of 5. Best you get.
I really wish this location had luxury loungers or more comfortable seating. Last time we visited there was trash left from a previous showing.
Always clean has a nice friendly staff and mark
I like this place, but it is not as up to date feature / seating wise as other theaters in the area which is why I think less people go here. I really dont want to see this location go out because it is so convenient
You can now chose your seat when purchasing the ticket. There were a number of people working the concession stand which I appreciated so there were no long lines waiting for drinks or popcorn. The auditorium was clean as were the restrooms.
Incredible seats and cupholder armrests. They were showing a classic from 25 years ago, which I had seen on dvd but was incredible on the big screen. Ticket prices are higher than any other theatre within 50 miles at night, but matinees are quite affordable. The drink and food portions are quite pricey as well.
Its okay if you dont mind the lights being left on through the entire movie to run your scary movie experience. Had to leave my seat to go tell them. Go back to my seat lights didnt go down at all. Towards the end a couple went off (like last 20 mins of a 2hr movie) . Said something after our light filled $25 movie and staff apologized maybe sometime didnt turn off the right set lights. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and a manager being in earshot not saying a word. Dont know that well ever come back here.ETA: THEY NEVER EVEN REACHED OUT
Always a fantastic movie going experience. I see all my movies here.
They seem like a bank being behind bullet proof glass at the ticket counter and talk to you thru a microphone. No recliners like Huber. Seating wasnt bad with the padded seats. Clear screen and good sound, clean restrooms, carpet vacuumed and walking into the theater, the floor has good lighting strip to guide you and row letter were lit up to find your seat.
The movie theater was very clean and love the convenience of reserving seats. What Im unhappy about is the price of their tickets. Their matinee tickets are almost 5 dollars more than a popular theater thats off of I70 in Huber Heights. The seats at Regal Fairfield do not recline like many other locations Ive frequented. Great, clean place to catch a flick but be prepared for minimum standards when it comes to seating. The seats were lacking and uncomfortable where the ticket cost was also more than other places. Being where that theater is located, it should have reclining seating.
Great sound and quality video for the movie. Refreshment stand well staffed and quick service. Had a great experience.
Saw rise of Skywalker with my son here. The movie is a pale shadow of star wars but still enjoyed the time spent.
Saw Endgame on 5-3 and was very disappointed. Picture quality was fine, was not disturbed by huge popcorn mess as we entered Screen 5 (still present 3 hrs later as we left) and seats were comfy. But the SOUND!!! The sound was so miserably WEAK that it was a struggle to hear over people within 6 seats anytime they crinkled a plastic wrapper or made any kind of foreign noise. I was literally so irritated that I seriously considered shouting out Turn it up!. Pathetic sound quality ruined the experience of what should have been an In Your Face experience. I really wonder if they simply forgot to increase the sound once the movie began. Horrible at any rate...
Clean! Tempature was comfortable. Seats were comfortable. High quality sound, in my opinion better than the visuals. Got a great deal on tickets. Would love to go again.
Very outdated and need to switch to recliners. Hard being comfortable for a whole movie in those seats and not very clean. Time for an upgrade.
This is definitely an aging theater. Seats are very small and uncomfortable, with most of the other area theaters offering large reclining leather type seats thia was a huge disappointment. There was also no air circulation which made it very warm, stuffy and smelled of BO. The staff that works here is very friendly, but with the other issues it shouldnt be a big surprise that there were only 8 people here for this movie.
After a recent visit Ive concluded theyve just given up. Sad to see, this used to be very nice.
Not impressed. I prefer Marcus Theaters, it is hard not having any close to our new home.
Last time we came here (albeit its been a few years), tickets were $16 for a basic nightly showing. We did NOT pay that ridiculously high price... Nope, we left!I remember when Regal used to ne THE theatre to go to. Not anymore!! They have fallen behind!
I go there pretty often as a movie-goer. Good prices for tickets and discounts for students. Seats are comfortable. The lights are always on But theyre not that bright. Ive gotten use to them. But itd be nice to have them turn off. Plus dont worry about it being to hot. Its usually cool/room temp. Sometimes I still wear my jacket But great theater overall.
Great movies grandsons love it .
I love this place. The rewards system is good as i seem to to get free movies pretty often. It doesnt have the recliner seating, but Im actually happy about that. I HATE how the recliners make it so there are fewer seats in the movies, and it makes it hard to get our group of friends together in the same row. Here we can arrive early, grab some snacks and go right in.
This is my favorite movie place. Screens are great and the seating is comfortable. All theaters have stadium seats.
Ok, so I have always gone to this theater, but now that I have to wait at Concessions to buy my tickets, well its just really stupid! I dont like to get too many snacks at movies. I just want to watch the movie. So I missed all the previews because I had to wait in a stupid food line!! Stupid idea.
Excellent service and friendly staff.
Lost my debit card here and was told to call the next day to see if the night cleaners would find it. Only problem is after what seemed like 800 million phone calls, NOBODY EVER BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PHONE! What’s the point in having a phone if the employees can’t answer it? At this point it’s clear I’m going to have to drive up there in person without even a guarantee that my card was found.
Change in corporate policy. The before noon price ($5.70) is not honored unless you are a Regal Crown member. I was charged the non-member price ($9.75) for a 10:55 showing. I do not expect to return to this theater. If I must have the theater experience, there are 2nd run theaters less than 15 minutes away that only charge $3 per seat. Otherwise, I can rent a disc and the whole family can watch for
Loved the movie Overcomer....And movie theater was clean and nice atmosphere.
This place is EXTREMELY expensive but the theaters dont match that. $30 for 2 people to go watch a movie is INSANE. The seats are very uncomfortable and dont have a foot rest. What am I paying for?!
It was nice . We saw the impractical Jokers movie !! Hilarious fam
Too loud! Were a captive audience in a small theater. You dont have to blast us out of there! Also, buying theater tickets at concession stinks. I dont want to wait behind 4 or 5 families who want popcorn and drinks just to buy tx. Perhaps its time to look once more into buying tx online. Used to be we still had to wait in line to pick them up. Their price is right with their Crown Club card, but otherwise....
Regal user to be my favorite movie theater in the area. They still have the best deal on concessions. A small drink is actually a good size and price. But its time to get reserved and reclining seating. Every other theater in the area has them.
The interior of the theater, specifically the seating, needs to be updated as soon as possible. I have been in two different theaters at this location and in both of those theaters there were numerous seats that had tears in them with the padding of the chairs being visible and starting to crumble. I have found much better options in a relatively short distance away from this theater.
Nice place comfortable seats.
Its got a cool theme. The tickets are higher for some reason.
I usually come here whenever I want to go to the movies. Standard theater, but last time I went it had an... odor. Yall need some febreze.
Its just ok. We went and saw Star Wars. The seating needs to be updated. There was a hole in the screen which was really distracting. If you looked at it long enough, you almost convinced yourself that it wasnt a hole, but a huge spider that was walking around. For the money they charge to watch a movie, they should fix the hole..or kill the spider
I had a great time with my kids but didnt like how I paid for my grandbaby who is 3 and then my daughter takes them the next week and said the kids were free
I dont have an issue I was just asked to contact you and let you know why I chose a 2 star review instead of a 5 and how it could be a 5.... So I guess Ill start with when I got there I asked for 2 tickets for prodigy and they gave me 2 tickets for another movie instead which caused us to be late to our movie because we were rang up wrong and for $20 for me and my daughter I just expected it to be cleaner and have friendlier staff and after the movie was over we headed over to play some games and were hollored at for our tickets like we were trying to sneak in when in fact we were walking out. So if it wasnt for those things I would have given a 5 star rating I didnt want to comment that in the ratings section so I just gave it two stars.
Hands down my favorite Cinema chain, Regal is great. Plus this location is great.
The staff was very nice but way expensive for a morning movie! I didnt know about the app so I was expecting $6 admission. About $15 total for movie and snack. I probably wont be back.
Other the cost of going to see a movie in the theater, especially the luxury of getting a snack and soda, my only complaint was that the popcorn was pretty bad. They still had Godzilla: King of the Monsters showing, so Im impressed that ANY major theater in the USA is still showing movies that have been out longer than a month or two. I dont get out to the theater as much as Id like, and it always frustrates me when I dont get to see certain movies on the big screen because they dont stay in the theaters long. Everything is rushed to PPV and DVD/Bluray. In general, if theres a movie you want to see on iMax or 3D, you have to fight the crowds on opening weekend before the next new movie is released to take over the larger, better format screens.I guess I have another comment thats not favorable. I thought the seats were uncomfortable. Ive been impressed for years at the improvements in theater seats, but these felt like a step backward in quality. Minimal legroom with a low seat height, as well as a rigid, upright seat back that doesnt move at all (let alone doesnt recline) made it a tough sit for me. Ive had several spine and hip injuries and surgeries, so a good seat is a big deal to me. Todays movie was just over 2 hours, and I was able to stand up to stretch due to the theater only having 3 of us in there watching and no one behind me. I couldnt sit in one of those seats without a special seat cushion and lumbar support for an entire movie - especially the movies that are 3 hours or more.Otherwise, as I always suggest, going to a matinee showing several weeks after a movie hits the theaters is the best time to go - and the least expensive.
