There are at least 5 child molesters in that part.Its dirty, run down, and filled with garbage

This is a run down trailer park. Pretty ghetto, alot of drug dealers in this Trailer park. Over run by mexicans and the rest of the lower class. Over the winter i remember there was a sewer line that broke and half the park was covered in human waste and It just froze there til spring time.

Nice size lots, and looks clean.

They dont let people in there because the people that run it are in a different state

Its an own only park. You can not rent from this park. Its a little run down, and could use ALOT of tlc

Mangers seem like they dont know what there doing 80% of the time

The owners suck I dont want to spend money on the trailer park area ! But they do raise the rent each year !

Aweful. Manager is a bully and picks on certain people and leaves others alone. Not safe for children to grow up here. They say one thing then change their minds the next...

Mostly rundown. A very few nicer places but otherwise pretty sketchy.

Looked extremely ghetto. Was not feeling the safest there. Lots of trash laying around, and 5 cars per trailer home. Not for me.
