This place is almost like the trap but not as bad as North Hills

Moved here from a low income apartment and i couldnt be happier. The neighborhood is friendly, never any problems and we are left alone to live without the gossip and cop calling of the old place.

Roads need fixing. Not bad quiet. No one bothers you!

Need more security for these elderly people to feel secured in their own home and be able to sleep at night

Only 2 stars you ask? Well the management dont look at your total application they see the name and they had a decision on that illegal but if they never heard of you

Lot rent is higher here then any other mobile home park in the area including other towns nearby. Our lot rent goes up $10.00 a year, yet no improvements are made.

On site Park management is horrible. Some of the newer tenants trashing homes in the community as well as causing damage to other tenants property. If you attempt to make improvements to your home you are harassed while others homes are allowed to be surrounded by garbage and allowed to throw blacktop and cement into the road causing damage to other tenants vehicles.

A shame, a trailer sold that really should have been condemned. Was managements family member. Never should have been allowed to be up for sale. Its a death trap and was sold to a single mom and son. Just terrible!

Half of the park was alright but very sketchy things going on at night, people in an out all the time

Not a bad place to live but to strict on who they let in when the ppl they have living there arent very good!!!!
