This is an awesome playground for ages 18-months (or at least a strong walker) and up. It’s never too crowded and the whole place is fenced in so you feel secure knowing there are only a couple of ways in and out. The restrooms are clean and accessible too, even in the winter.

Large playground with a huge variety of places for kids to play. Lots of areas are handicap accessible for children with a variety of mobility needs. It is incredible that this organization makes this playground open to the public.

Such a fantastic park to take the kids to. This is one of the very few places anymore where people tend to be courteous and just nice. Great swings, slides, and dont forget the amazing town set up for the kids to enjoy! I highly recommend to any parent. Theres something for everyone.

Awesome experience. I was blown away at not just the size of the park but the accommodations for the handicap. It’s nice for ALL children to be able to interact. Makes for a place you can spend a day in and exhaust the kids with a good time.

Absolutely love this place! There are so many things for the kids to do that my daughter would play there all day long if she could. Lots of different types of playground equipment, and all easily accessible for any age range. My daughter loves the huge sandbox. Plenty of benches throughout for parents to sit, and ease of ability to wheel a stroller throughout. There are covered picnic tables, and great bathrooms. They have really thought of everything. Such a great playground!

This is a great place to take the kids! It has a lot of room for running, multiple levels and a ramp/boardwalk that connects all the little buildings together. Also there’s a sand pit with dinosaur bones that the kids can dig up. There’s turf throughout the park. Again, this a fun beautiful and place to take the kids.

This is a great place for children of all ages and abilities. Plenty is seating for caretakers, sensory seats if needed. And play sets for any skill level. The play village area is fun, and the houses even have some historical information for those of us just walking the kids through. Only one restroom area that wasnt open yet foe season so not sure how that is. But, the park is beautiful and well worth a (many) trip there.

Excellent park, really a gem in Cleveland area. I would say one of Clevelands best kept secrets. Once we found out about it, we would go probably 50 times every summer? IDK, a lot of times. But I guess my praise hasnt really been justified here. So lets see... Its this huge place, with many many swings, slides, mini buildings to play in, mini climbing walls, stairs, and just like everything is built sturdy. Really done right, it seems to me. Then theres the fact thats its all wheelchair accessible, and bright, fun colors everywhere. Did i mention that there is an ENORMOUS sandbox? Like one of the biggest Ive ever seen, and believe me its a magnet for children. There is a basketball court, two stages for amateur impromptu plays. Its practically every playground equipment that youve ever seen all in one park. An amazing place. And the story of Preston it is incredible. Its my hope is that this park stays open and safe and clean forever and continues to provide joy and family time together for the next thousand years!!

It is a wonderful play area. It’s large so it can be difficult to keep track of more than one child. The reason for less than 5 stars is because of the restrooms. There is only one toilet for boys and one for girls. The line to get in can be very long especially when there are school or camp groups. Apparently they aren’t even open in the winter. Be aware of that issue.

This huge playground is a great for kids of all ages to run around. It looks like a little city with buildings, has swings, a huge sand box and more. There is a bathroom on site but closes in the winter months. And the playground in fenced off, so little ones are unlikely to wander off.

This is one of the best playgrounds around. It has items that are friendly for kids of all ages, my kids are 1 and 4 and both love playing here. The ground is the soft rubberized flooring, so it drains well if it has recently rained. Great location.

Beautiful and spacious. And clean! Both my 2 year old and 11 year old had a good time. The Boat Swing was a favorite.

This place is a gift for children and adults alike. With seamlessly integrated things for children with special needs this is a place for all children of all abilities.

One of the best playgrounds around! So much stuff for the kids to run around and play on. The only thing they need is some sort of water attraction. Splash pad maybe? The ground is nice and squishy in case the kids fall.

What a cute set up! They have a play village with little shops and a post office and even a jail!! Next time I go I will make sure it’s warm out so we can stay longer!

Its so big and has so much stuff that your only problem will be convincing your kids to leave! Ok and maybe finding it - or finding out about it at all! It is mysteriously missing a merry go round type ride... But with so much other stuff to enjoy you hardly notice. The sand box is a nice touch - complete with two digger rig type toys. Some stuff is special needs accessible but I dont know if that part would get five stars in and of itself. Still a nice way to tire your kids out, if its a long drive for you, prepare for them to sleep on the way home. :)

Great playground for small children. Lots of slides and climbing. A handicap accessible area, also. Highly recommended.

Really nice! Has turf and soft for falls or tantrums when they arent ready to leave :) Wish it was a little more shaded but its cool. Only has two tot swings but lots to explore for kids to have fun and burn off energy.

Super unique playground. There isnt another place like it!

Its a extremely clean, large and open park for anyone and everyone. with everything from swings to seesaws to multi level story houses.The ground is all AstroTurf for easy mobility and the ramps and skyways* are extra wide (maybe 5ft wide).They do ask for a donation, and I would urge anyone who utilizes the park to please do so.

Very clean very big. Great park for the smaller kids. Need more people, when i went it was only 1 other kid up there, not really any other kids for my baby to play with. This park is too nice to be underrated

I bit more weathered than I expected. Yes, there are swings and slides but this isnt your typical playground like Lakewood or Berea....this is so much more! Little pretend houses, ramps, outdoor picnic areas! Pack a lunch and enjoy a few hours here on a nice day.

My son loved all that there was to do! It is so spacious that even with the amount of people there he always had something he could play on! Somewhere you feel very safe with your children :)

Its a great playground with many different options for play. Its so big, though that the back of the playground is so far from the entrance and theres no visibility and that, to my mind, poses a potential safety and security issue. A child could be taken and you wouldnt know until it was far too late.

Such a neat spot. We drive all the way from Ashland just for the kids to play for a few hours. There isnt anything like this in our area.

A large playground that is magnificently maintained. It has multiple swings, lots of buildings that mimic a small town, slides and a sandbox. The playground is huge.

This park is an amazing place to take the kids to. They have so much and is well worth checking out.

Its a great playground but is starting to fall into disrepair. New coats of paint and some repairs to the wooden houses should do the trick, as well as cleaning up the paint flakes and other debris.

This is an amazing playground. We drove a half hour and I cant wait to bring my 3 year old niece back. So many different things to do. AstroTurf grass, so its clean and soft. Multi level village themed playground with a sand pit. Wheelchair and handicapped accessible. I cant think of anything this playground is missing!

Great park with plenty of things for young kids to enjoy. I would plan on spending at least an hour or two there. Very clean and well kept park and I would definitely recommend it. Looks like a great place for birthday party with a large number of kids.

Amazing is all that I can say about this place!

A wonderful playground to bring special needs kiddos. Small open club houses and multi levels to explore...all able to be done in wheelchairs or special needs strollers. My only complaint is the able-bodied kids are frequently occupying special needs swings and other items.

Im giving this place 5 stars because my 1.5 yr old grandson liked it here..But other parents ( white )seemed to be very cautious of a black child associating with their child.

A well maintained park. The beauty is there are so many play areas for toddlers and babies.

My autistic son loves it so much he wants us to move by it. I could follow him anywhere in the park. The ground was covered so its easy to manuever on even if someone is wheelchair bound. There were picnic tables and a drink machine by the entrance. Definitely worth the drive from the west side. There was lots and lots for him to do. Theres something for the little toddlers to the schoolaged kids. There is a basketball court too so bring your ball. Im planning an all day trip there this summer.

Such a fun and fantastic park.This park is geared toward kids 5 and under in my opinion. Lots of buildings to use your imagination in and a super cute sandbox made up to look like an architectural dig site.

Went to the playground today because I found it on a list of Ohios best parks, and I see why. The kids can run through a little town with almost life-size buildings, they can learn through interactive playground equipment or they can just run around care free with all the other children. The park is kept extremely clean and there is plenty of strategic shaded areas for the adults that want to relax while their little ones are playing. I highly recommend for ages 2 to 12. Great job Prestons HOPE Park!!! This was well worth our hour drive!

Huge park! Seating places for parents are strategically placed. There can be a line at the bathroom if parties are going on in the pavilion but usually short. They dont take reservations for parties but due to the size you can easily accommodate a classroom. We bring out of town family here. Cant think of many other parks in other places weve lived that quite compares. Very impressed!

Really nice park. Could use a splash pad or something for the overly hot days.

One of the best playgrounds around! Very safe and well kept. I believe they actually put soft artificial grass over top of cushy rubber playground flooring for the ultimate in protection. Areas for all ages.

As an out of towner, this park is amazing. I have seen a great many parks with an active little boy, and this one takes the cake. I had been another time and hadnt even realized it was handicap accessible until I came across and article by chance. I only mention that to say, the design of this park is so amazing and inclusive, you dont even realize. It is true artistry.

This is a great place to take young kids. They have little houses for the kids to explore along with slides, swings, a sand area, and plenty of other things to keep them busy.
