The employees were very informative and walked us thru the process. They have a large selection of items to paint. And priced fairly. We had a great time. And went back to make a couple more projects. They also do mosaics too. Here are a couple projects I did.

The ladies were very friendly and helpful. They were patient with us, even though we ended up staying until after closing. I loved their myriad options for ceramics and paint colors. They also offered mosaic projects Id like to try next time.

I had so much fun there! A few of us went together and painted our pottery choices. Decent prices. Good selection. I was lucky to find something on the $10 table I liked. The staff is very helpful. Great place to take the family or fun on Girls Night out.

Nice people, and right in downtown by the water. With Covid, we took our stuff home to paint it and the man on the phone was very nice and patient with the colors we were hoping for. A great experience even in the difficult times.

It is a fun place to meet friends and have some fun painting in a relaxed environment. However, while there is a large stock of items, they are all the same thing and seem overpriced for the majority of items based on size and sturdiness. Youll definitely want to go on the Bogo or sale days.

Really neat thing to do. Price isn’t too bad. And it is a much better family outing then just eating or going to a movie. I’m not even slightly artistic but my wife and kid love to go and I have a blast. The staff is really nice and the environment is great. Chances are if you go with your family everyone will have fun.

I love the Bay City location! The atmosphere is amazing! It feels like a real art studio! The little kitten painted on the floor is amazing too. The staff were all super nice and helpful! When you are done painting your piece you can walk to any of the other quaint little shops! Plan to spend a whole day here enjoying the area!

I stopped in the other day just to see what they offered and what they were about...Its a very neat clean place they have all different kinds of pottery to choose from for your own personal project and they have a great range of prices which includes your time the piece you choose and all the supplies youll need to complete it..and they also have mosaics you can make which have the same deal. I cant wait to get started on something and they are very willing to help you, if your new to this type of thing. Stop there I think youll love it too!!!!

This is a fun place for parties and individual gift ideas. Went here to buy a gift that the kids could make. They had fun looking at all the items and picking out something. The employees were nice and friendly and the store was clean and provided many options of things to paint. There is a good selection of colors to choose from and they have them posted on the front of the counter for you to see. They gave us small bottles of paint to take home and use to finish thier paintings. Which you can bring back the finished product and have them heat it up and put the finishing clear coat on. All in all it was a fun stop for us and a great project to work on.

We always have tons of fun here!!!! The employees are knowledgeable and very very friendly. There is a vast variety of pottery to choose from and they get new pieces in all the time. If your looking for a fun day out of the heat, rain or just to get out of the house, this is the place to go!!!! They allow you to bring in your own snacks n drinks, which is awesome because we usually spend a few hours here. Plus for a small fee they will ship your pottery/artwork for you when its all done. This works great especially if your making a gift for someone. The best part besides the pottery/artwork and memories that were making?? The prices, not bad at all!! Also, very clean and organized.

Had a wonderful time at a making a mosaic class with another woman. The instructor was fantastic and helpful but easy going to. Huge range of supplies you can add to your mosaics. I felt like an instant expert. Really appreciated having examples of mosaics that I could select ideas from. I will be back.

Great stop for the crafter or for the whole family. Fun to sit down together and talk and paint. For a family of 4 getting typical things its about $100 to buy the pottery, which includes a few paint colors and the finishing. You can also buy paint and take your project to go if you dont want to sit there or didnt finish and want to leave. Really cool idea and place. Will go back with my young kids for sure.

I always appreciate the opportunity to do some arts and crafts and Painterly Pottery was a fun, easy way to paint pieces that well continue to enjoy! They have a wide variety of different things from mugs to plates to figurines. They also have a mosaic workshop!You can choose from a multitude of glazes and make your piece your own. Definitely looking forward to going back!

For the price of the pottery you get all the supplies and help you need. You can also bring food and drinks to the studio and make a day of it. Ive gone here with friends, my fiance, and my mom and always had a great time.

My friend and I were doing Ceramics so we stopped in there to check out what they had as far as variety of greenware and found them to be extremely pricey more than we were able to pay but I understand they have classes with all different types of ceramics but we ended up buying nothing because of the prices
