One of the nicest mobile home communitys Ive seen.However they laid wet tar that tracked on my floors and ruined my shoes!!!

It is a clean and quiet community. The grounds are well maintained and you can tell that there is a sense of community pride here. Dont let the mobile home community deter you, the homes here are basically normal houses... most of them even have attached garages. The vibe here is definitely peaceful. Mainly retirees and young families.I also like how easy it is to get to downtown from here and how close we are to Leila arboretum so i can walk my dog more often than when i lived in an apartment complex.Lot rent varies, but i find paying lot rent to be worth it because its basically like paying property taxes, except with lot rent you actually get amenities like a pool and community center. Id recommend this place for someone who wants to experience what i like to call, Home ownership Lite

This place is amazing. The houses are beautiful, the walks are nice, they allow pets, there is a pool, there is a playground, and everything is easily accessible. The only problem Ive ever had was afew days ago when a man was walking around, threatening people with a knife. Even then, they called in an ambulance and three police cars before most people knew what was going on. No one got hurt even when a possible murderer walked the streets!

My sister recommended this place. They offer both rentals and places you can buy. The community is clean and the management good in the sense that they get stuff done but, the main property manager is rough around the edges. She is a pushy sales person and doesnt care to get to know residents on an individual level... she only care about the sale that being said, she is a good manager though... you can tell that she keeps on top of the community needs.If you want to be close to stuff in Battle Creek and be in a country setting at the same time, this place is for you. the amenities are nice and the community is well kept.

Looks like a nice quiet little community, a little packed in for my liking but thats most mobile home communities. Has a pool for there residents thats cool, sister in law lives here so I drop the kid off from time to time and always looks nice when I drive through. Went here for trick or treating and was a very friendly neighborhood packed with kids in costumes

I like that this place doesnt feel like a typical trailer park. It is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. A great place for young people starting out or retirees looking to downsize.

Desaney and Marty are great community managers. They make sure things are taken care of promptly. I have lived here for 26 years and i would recommend this place to anyone.

Love the look of this place. I would love the opportunity to live in this place. The park I currently live in doesnt allow double wide modules but this place has them everywhere. Very appealing. Clean and well kept.

Seems nice! Dont live there, but a friend does. Always seems quiet and clean when Im there.
