Very incompetent management, multiple mistakes on our rent statements, did not credit us our security deposit when we moved out. Had to send multiple letters to sun homes to fix this mistake. Overall overpriced, Mismanaged, unprofessional.

Very beautiful

Watch out for goose doo. Some homes are so close you could open your window and spit on the neighbor. Making 5000 a month and still couldnt get in, this place irritates me.

So to start, there price for rent is very very expensive. Now i will admit that all the rules keep the park looking good but there are some people that live there that are screwy. My family has recently moved from this place and our home is cheaper than there lot rent. And if you choose to leave they put a bunch of smiles in front of what they are going to charge you with. I would never recommend this village to anyone who is just starting out with a family.

From what I see this place is a pretty standard trailer park. You couldnt pay me to live in a place like this. Im sure its wonderful for some people, every place is, but I didnt see anyone who looked happy in my time there.

Hickory Hills is very quiet clean friendly community. Ive been here for 4 years in summer time you can not believe how quiet is with his many kids as we live have living in the park. I definitely recommend Hickory Hill Village

Nice place to be

We lived here for about 3 years and it was nothing but issue after issue. The management didnt do their job..not even close to what she should have been doing. Every time we needed to speak with her, the assistant would tell us she was busy or not there. When we finally would get dawn on the phone, she would just tell us that she was taking care of it and there was nothing else she could do but wait for corporate to respond which was a complete lie because I spoke with the corporate office and they assured me she did NOT say what she said to us or she didnt contact them at all!! Dirty park also..no one in the office did anything to make sure that it was safe for the children. It is very expensive as well..dont get me wrong, they run AWESOME specials but after those specials are over, you are left with a hefty rent charge every month and it goes up in price EVERY year! There are a lot of things I can say bad about this place but one of the only things I can say that were amazing would be the maintenance workers. Very fast, safe, accountable, reliable, and friendly!

I LOVE THIS PLACE the play ground is a nice place to hang out with your friends and you can go to the new gym thingy and have a good workout and the pond is so beautiful and in the spring and summer you can feed the geese the ducks and the turtles the neighbors are very friendly and when the hot air balloon come you get an amazing view and theres a woods by the park and its fun to go explore the woods and if your into basketball they have a basketball court but i suggest moving here its a great place

Expensive lot rent for the same experience you could get anywhere else. On top of that, rent goes up whenever management feels the need. Neighbors are very nosey, someone is always watching you. Good location, its just not worth the nickel and diming.

A very clean and cozy place to live with very little crime issues. A bit over priced for lot rent and home purchase and rent.
