This place is HUGE!! The condo available to rent are very nice and comfortable. Enough room in one for a family of 4 - 6 people. Master bedroom, a second bed with bunk beds, and then in the living room a Murphy bed for more sleeping space. A nice kitchen area with all the amenities. Each condo has 1 full, spacious bathroom, and another bathroom with just a toilet and sink. Condos one side of the property, have balconies overlooking the parking lots and the other side have balconies overlooking one of the outdoor waterpark areas. There are 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pool/ waterparks. The property is close proximity to many dining establishments. Parking is limited and tight in the back area, the only negative about the place.

One night stay for a birthday party for my niece. Just wished I had at least three more days to enjoy it. Very nice & clean hotel......plus you dont hear kids running the halls all night long! Only compliant is the beds are hard!

Better than disney world for 2 reasons1. Less waits2.multiple areas and people are spread out more and not 200 in one area its maybe 100 in a place

It is a very nice resort. There are 6 water parks included, 3 indoor 3 outdoor. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very nice. Great location. Close to a lot of good dining and attractions. Will definitely come back. If you are coming to the Wisconsin Dells for the water parks this is the place to stay.

Great inside waterpark area. Fun for entire family. Good food, beers were very expensive $8/ea, felt safe with kids here, very clean.

Wilderness always takes great care of us. Havent been here for a few years and had almost forgotten how friendly the staff is. Also seems like the guests are super courteous.

Although staff were wearing masks, at least half of the guests were not while walking through the narrow hallways and corridors. No one wore a mask in the pool and bar areas. The place was BUSY and crowded, dont fool yourself into thinking itll be less people given the pandemic, its not.Aside from all that, neighbors to both the left and the right were very loud until early morning. When I called front desk to ask for more blankets, they said security were the only staff responding to calls and they were very busy addressing noise complaints. I waited almost a half hour, cancelled my request, and went to sleep.On the positive side, the pillow was nice.

Great place for a family vacation. Got a 3 bedroom deluxe unit for some of our extended family to come on vacation. I wish i wouldve taken more pictures before we all settled in because the room was amazing. Love the new remodel, artwork, and over abundance of room. There is so much to do you never have to leave the resort other than for groceries and that is within 2 miles.

Had an amazing time. They have a lot of great amenities. The water park and the arcade were a blast.

We love Glacier Canyon Lodge. We have been coming since I was pregnant of my youngest who now is 10.

Loved it! There are so many things to do at a great rate. Look for coupons for discounts. And, the pizza at Klondike Kitchen is great for a good price.

The stay was comfortable. The staff on the other hand shrugged off ALL of our concerns for safety and noise control.

Overall the lodging is very clean & accommodating!!! BUT!!!! The establishment should ABSOLUTELY!!! Put a cap on how many people can be in any of there indoor pool & gaming areas at one time due to COVID 19!!! & The high spike in cases here in Wisconsin!!! There is very little mask wearing & or social distancing in any of the pool or gaming areas & there are just waaay to many people here PERIOD!!! I DEFINITELY will not be back here until either COVID is over or the Wilderness Establishment implement stricter COVID measures... PLEASE DO BETTER WILDERNESS RESORT/ GLACIER CANYON LODGE!!! PEOPLES LIVES ARE AT RISK!!! (P.S) My family & myself left each water park & gaming area immediately once we noticed the extremely relax COVID MEASURES!!! We enjoyed our 3 bedroom condo though!!

Probably the best part of the resort to stay in. Take the shuttle system to avoid long walks to the other parts of the resort like all the indoor water parks. Try to avoid the a room on the second floor (we were on 3). Lots of foot traffic on floor 2.

Beautiful rooms, great room service with good water parks just a short walk away. Visiting in the colder months was not without plenty to do. They were able to supply all we needed even for our youngest child and the room was very spacious. We plan to visit again.

Very nice lodge with fantastic indoor water parks. The conference center is well equipped with helpful staff to support events. Nice views of trees changing color. My only complaint was a repetitive grinding noise in the room.

I rented the 3 bedroom suite for 6 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room and extra sleeping space. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The staff was great and courteous.

My family had a great time loved that everything was there for us we didnt have to leave the resort if we didnt want to!It was our first time visiting we will be back!

Lots to do. Arcade is alittle pricy but to be expected. The water parks are amazing. Largest indoor wave pool Ive ever seen. Also the outdoor Dino waterpark has an amazing lazy river, the coolest Ive ever rode. And dont forget the go carts. They have a track for the little ones and bigger kids. A really nice place to stay.

We chose Glacier Canyon Lodge (at Wilderness Resort) because we wanted a room with separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. The deluxe 2-bedroom was affordable and our kids loved the bunk bed in the second bedroom.The room was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked our own meals two of the four nights we stayed and I would estimate that in doing so we saved enough money to pay for our gas. There are grocery/discount stores nearby (10-15 minute drive time, one way) and if you do want to eat out there are restaurants on the resort and several chain restaurants minutes from the property.We had a view of the Lost World water park from our room, but it closes before bedtime and opens late enough that we werent woken up loud music. When the park was open and the music was on, the windows and doors facing the park cut down the noise considerably.If you stay in the Glacier Canyon Lodge buildings and want to go to the other water parks, you will have to walk or take a shuttle to the other buildings. We walked and youll find that most guests do.Please note, these accommodations are not like a typical hotel. The staff will not make your bed and they will not clean your dishes. They will bring fresh towels and take out the trash and recycling, (yes--there is a recycling bin in the room.)This was the perfect room for us and we would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a little extra room, and anyone who wants to cook rather than eating out at every meal.

The Wilderness Glacier Canyon Lodge is the perfect family resort. There are at least 3 outdoor waterparks and at least 3 indoor waterparks. All of the indoor waterparks are connected with indoor walkways. So in the winter you can get to them all without going outside. There are restaurants and arcades.

Our family had a wonderful time on our recent July 4th holiday weekend! The resorts and water parks were clean, well maintained and all the staff were very pleasant accommodating. My wife had a fractured foot from a car accident and had a difficult time moving but had the best time one could have on crutches in a water park. Highly recommended! We will be back soon.

Best place in the Dells.

We stayed here for a conference! The room was great, the food served during our event was delicious. ESPECIALLY the appetizers!Overall it was a great stay. The location has alot to offer and theres so much to do!

Had a great time, for kids of all ages!! Had a 3 yr old 15 & 16 yr olds we all had a blast!

A great place to have fun with family and friends.Some suggestions for this place could be:1. Replacing towels with full body quick blow driers.2. Giving people tickets with numbers that are shown on a big screen to know when its their turn to use tube slides instead of making them stand in very long lines. This way, when youre waiting for your turn, you can use other fun equipment.

Fun times and great price for the 3 bedroom condo we rented for an early Christmas surprise for our kids (ages 12-21). Make sure you understand the shuttle system before you venture out. Also note that even with the shuttle system there was a fair amount of walking (and not great signage) to get to the wave pool. Luckily the first time we went we followed a crowd that knew where they were going. Overall worth it, especially for the price!

I always stay in the Wyndham timeshare part of the lodge and love being able to use the wilderness facilities.My only disappointment is how many times I have to insist that Im not going to the timeshare presentation. No matter what you do, dont go to the timeshare presentation. Im a VIP Gold owner with them and I love my timeshares but the sales team members will lie to your face and waste most of your day if you let them. They do give you your bribe up front so you can walk out on them whenever you like. But just the audacity and magnitude of their lies and attempts to manipulate you are so annoying that it is not worth talking to them at all.

This is our familys home resort in our timeshare and we love it! A two hour drive from Milwaukee and we are set for relaxing in oyr large suite or hanging by the pools! We go both during winter and summer...super staff!

Its A little bit pricey if you dont book with anticipation, any way we enjoyed our time in here,its safe and easy access, the place was bigger than I tought, plenty of parking space, clean parking lots, we got a nice and clean room with balcony, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds,1 1/2 bath, kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining table, 3 HD TVs, plenty of space to relax and sleep after playing and having fun on the indoor waterparks and many other activities like go carts and zipline, arcades, mini golf .etc front desk service very knowledgeable and respectful, we will comeback for sure.

This place is truly beautiful the rooms are pristine in the balcony is very nice touch unfortunately it is very confusing three different water parks with different hours and a shuttle drive away if you just want to hit the hot tub its going to be a long trip also the workout room is not open until 8 a.m. which is senseless considering most people will work out before they start their day

This is a beautiful facility built in a post and beam cabin style. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The resort offers a wide varity of family friendly activities, but we were there just to enjoy a great cup of coffee and a snack.

Family friendly, but lots of things closed early or were closed due to it not being season.

We went for a mini family vacation. The whole family loved the water parks. Loved the scenic veiw from our room. Definitely will come again!

We love coming here for New Years. Have done so 3 years in a row now. 5 boys ages 8-20 all get the Fun Passes from Grandma for Christmas. Great resort!

This was a great place to have a family vacation. There is a lot of walking but definitely worth what you pay. Will be going again!

Huge place plenty to do very fun to visit

My wife and I came here with her family for a late Christmas getaway. This lodge is beautiful. Our room was a large two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. Plus, it was connected to the next room so it handled the 7 of us comfortably. My only complaint is that the fitness studio didnt open until 8am, which is very late. Many people are up well before 8 to get some exercise in, especially if they have to leave for events, parks, or anything else. They need to code the door to open at 6am or earlier.

Room was nice and we had a great time but they have a serious need for more parking spots. I had to park by the lobby and walk about a 10-15 minute walk back to my room.

Fun being there with family... recommend to go when its warm because then there is more opportunities for you and your family... very big and I feel that there was almost too much to do but that is all just my personal preference... great hospitality, like 5 total waterparks both indoor and outdoor I believe, I think 3 arcades, a little kid jungle gym, and go carts + more!

We visited during the off season. These folks run a very tight ship. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Every piece of furniture is comfortable. My children lived all the water parks and activities. The building is huge (like Last Vegas scale large). I dont know how I would handle the crowds during the summer, but I can highly recommend the place for a winter getaway.

Great place. Room was clean and fresh towels and toiletries daily. Park was nice and clean. Fields restaurant is exceptional! Did not like the lighting system in the room. Could not operate ceiling fan separate from the lighting.

Been going here for years. The rooms are decent however is starting to wear and show its age. We always get the 2 bedroom condo. Rooms are always spacious and comes with all the waterparks.

We have stayed at the Wilderness five other times. We have had both regular rooms and the condominiums. We prefer the condominiums when we have more than one family vacationing with us. We love the convenience of having a full kitchen for breakfast and lunch as well as evening snacks. We find this to be the most economical way to stay. We love the water parks. You do not need to worry about the weather because of the many large indoor parks they have. It is a great family get away for all ages. We started coming when the kids were in grade school and now they are in their late teens they still love it.

Very nice room! Spacious, microwave, refrigerator, sink, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and huge balcony! Daily room service. We had a nice view to park. I would have to say the only complaint was the bed. It was not as comfortable as most hotels Ive stayed at. But, their service was impeccable! Was there for my cousins wedding, and everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend, but not on the 4th of July weekend. It was pretty pricey for a 2 queen size room.

Anytime I go to the Dells the Wilderness/Glacier Canyon is usually the place we go. Service is always good. The rooms are always clean and the family has a good time. There is plenty to do and you will not find yourself bored. This is definitely a good place to go during winter as everything is indoors. There are some outdoor areas if I am not mistaken, but all we normally do is indoors.

Had a great 3 bedroom condo. Fit 7 of us with more than enough space to be at home comfortable. Real nice place to stay compared to some. They have a check off list for things kept in room, our room was lacking compared to the list.

Came for a conference so got a reduced rate. Room was very clean and spacious and seemed to be updated. It was very quite.

We once again had a wonderful time here! See you next time!

We usually stay here once a year and its always pretty decent. Im glad they are finally doing some updates to the rooms since I feel the old rooms were very out dated and kind of gross. Overall when we stay its generally a good time.A bit pricey at times but having everything right at the resort is nice. Well be staying here again for sure.

Need to experience this place again. We had only two days there. Lots of activities for families going on inside and outside. You need a week to experience it all. Rooms are set up nice for families. Plenty of space. Excellent customer service!

Great family vacation spot

Really loved it here. It was beautiful, the room was clean, the decor and rustic feel was great. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and so nice. Wonderful views on the back side overlooking the walking trail and golf course. Looked outside at one piont and saw people riding horses through the woods. Very happy with this place, would absolutely recommend for families. We will stay there again.However, if you plan on going to the water parks at the Wilderness, it is a little bit of a walk (indoors with a skywalk or outdoors). We didnt know that but we were sure glad we brought a stroller for our 2 year old.

Awesome resort, huge place with multiple small parks.

Enjoyed our family weekend very much! Lots of pools and activities to do on the property. In fact, we never left the hotel until checkout. Game rooms were filled with lots of fun stuff for kids of all ages and our grandkids enjoyed the indoor climbing area, indoor race track and the candy claw game. Its a sprawling property so be prepared to walk if you want to check out all the waterpark areas, game rooms, mini golf, bumper boats and a host of other fun stuff during your stay. If you dont find walking your thing, they have golf cart drivers around who will take you where you want to go on the property but we found walking alot quicker with our group of 9. The zip line looked fun (extra charge for this activity) so may attempt that should we return next summer. The only drawbacks: 1) we stayed in a condo by the main pool area and the kitchen was tight for more than 1 person to be in the kitchen (we cooked most meals during our stay). 2) the noise from other rooms above us at night kept most of us up at one point or another. We also took advantage of the brunch the morning we left and it was good and our little ones ate for free!

Great place, highly recommend if you want to stay at the wilderness to spring for the upgrade to this part. Upgraded room is well worth it plus way less noise and traffic in this section.

There are not enough nice fantastic words I can say about Wilderness Glacier Canyon. Vacation Oasis! Shuttle service from one resort to the next. Plenty to keep you entertained or just relax by Lake Delton and sip Margarita. Staff new but nice! I went before the rush of summer vacationers so it wasnt crowded just enough people. Out door grills, horseback riding near by. We didnt have to leave the property for anything! Perfect Vacation!

Great place to spend time with family when its cold outside! Lots of indoor activities other than swimming! They have video games, go kart track, and more! The downside, food is ridiculously expensive!

If you like water parks and a nice big clean room with full kitchen then glacier canyon is the spot.

Everthing you need is at the resort. Employees over my 20 plus years of going have be great. Daughters wedding there,the best food just 3 years ago. Golf course is tops.play it ever time we go.
