Great Wolf Lodge has always been a great family destination. I loved how everything is in the hotel. The wrist bands are used as a card to charge stuff with, unlock outside doors, and you use it to get in your room. Makes it so easy. They have really nice kid friendly water parks. The rooms are nice, food is a little pricey, but the convenience of not having to leave makes it nice. There are life guards everywhere so no worries about the kids if you have multiple ones and cant be everywhere at once. You can use the app to order food and also check out. Dont have have to go to the desk to check out. Would recommend to any family with kids.
My husband and I take our 4 children to Great Wolf in the Dells every year. We visited during the pandemic and they really did a great job being respectful of everyones health choices. Our room was very clean upon arrival. Super easy checkin process upon arrival. They had sanitation stations all over the property. We had a great time without the staff over policing the governments suggestions. The only downfall was not receiving the wolf ears when arriving.Thank you Great Wolf! We look forward to returning soon!
My family and I had a great stay here! They were very accommodating even though we were being pesky and had to have a couple of wristbands replaced! Overall great stay and will be going again.
So much to do for all stages of life! Very clean, intentional about fun during a pandemic. We had a great stay here. My kids loved it! The Paw pass is really a great deal if you plan to experience all the kid fun stuff!
We’ve been coming here for the last 3 years as a family get away. It’s always fun. Rooms are clean. Staff is extremely nice, visitors are friendly and welcoming. They have a little special trick or treat trail that tired out our 2 & 4 year old (which was such an awesome bonus ). I highly recommend this place If you have small children. Also, great update with the app- any questions you have they reply back on there almost instantly!
I was work at The Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. It was so nice experience for my career and life. The hotel employers was so hardworking and had a passion for their work. If you have kids you might be not bored while you are in hotel. There are so many pools and activities in there. Housekeepers and floor attendants are clean 7/24 all over the hotel. You should go and visit Wisconsin Dells also there are so many place to see especially natural places.
Took the family here. We had a great time. Friendly staff. Clean. Would recommend.
Best place in the Dells! Super organized and fun for everyone, I’ve been going annually for 15 years and I’m still not even close to being tired of it! You know a place has done it right when you’re sad everytime you leave but happy that the memories remain forever
Amazing! We had the best time. This is our first time staying here. We often go to the Wilderness or Kalahari but this trip made us decide that this will be our new go to vacation destination. So clean and organized. Very nice rooms. The staff here is like no other . Super nice, friendly and professional. The best customer service. We already booked my sons bday and Halloween. This is the only resort that followed all social distancing rules and stayed true to their promise. Im saying this because weve been to the Wilderness and Kalahari in June and July.
Great place and great rooms. Needs a tube carrier or escalator in the water park but a great time nonetheless.
We arrived early afternoon on a Wednesday, which was perfect. There were few people there, so short lines/ no lines for any of the water slides. Most other guests were respectful of social distancing without it even being a thought. There are a good variety of water slides. They are big enough to be fun without being so big as to cause concern. Wait times in the fancy restaurant were reasonable although the prices were a bit high. Everyone in my group of 5 enjoyed their food.
We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge over the weekend, and were very impressed with their efforts in keeping everyone safe and healthy! We had an amazing time celebrating my Daughters 11th Birthday! Thank you Great Wolf Team!!
Very clean and lots to do. The downside is that much of the water park is outdoors and in the winter its obviously closed. Coupled with COVID closings it is rather limited in stuff to do right now. Seems like they have dropped rates to reflect that. As a hotel, it is very clean and well run. A great place to stay no matter what.
The cleanliness of the whole resort especially the rooms were off the scale. You actually see the staff multiple times a day sanitize all common areas. I was blown away by the accessibility to the whole resort with out having to leave the building to play or eat. The interaction of the the was amazing no matter what they were doing, they wanted to make sure you were having a great time. We will definitely be back.
The family and I had a great time, it was so much fun collecting everything. The dragon battle was the best! Definitely coming back.
This place is great for little kids! They did a really good job of asking those to socially distance and staff wore masks at all times. We went during the summer when the outside was open. If it was cooler it would feel a little small without the outside area. Overall though since everything is situated through one entrance it was easy to get around and go from spot to spot. If youve been to other resorts in the area though this one may seem a little small, so theres pros and cons to that. Location is great off the highway. Nice perk that your wrist band was also your room key and you could use it to charge to your room. Made it easy!
Just returned from spending two nights in a family suite room. I was so impressed with our entire experience! We had a virtual concierge who was at our beck and call, there were workers sanitizing every thing left and right, and our room was spotless and conveniently located. I even stopped a life guard to thank her- I have never seen more diligent lifeguards at a water park. I felt very safe letting my daughter (who just turned 12) go with her cousin from one area to another on their own. I never once saw a distracted life guard! It helped that the weather was gorgeous but even if it wouldn’t have been, there were plenty of things to do inside too!I also never felt like it was too busy and unsafe for our health, and that was huge for us.Will definitely return!
The staff members are incredible, really nice. Exquisite activities for the young ones. Superb water parks. I would rate this hotel much higher if I could. No other hotel Ive been to can compete.
Such a great lodge! They have a great policy in place to keep you safe during COVID and everyone follows the rules. The staff is very nice and helpful. The meeting rooms are great! Highly recommend!
The waterpark was fun for our boys ages 5 and 7. Staff was very friendly. They did pretty well with COVID precautions. Lifeguards were very observant. The hotel room was dusty and not cleaned well. There was mildew in the shower. There was trash on the grounds all around our balcony. We had fun, but will try another place when we come back to the Dells.
We had a great time at the condo and water park. I just wish they were a little more available with extra towels etc. Plus it would be nice to have a little more instructions for check- out. The staff was very nice with exception of one girl at the water park.
Absolutely wonderful the lifeguards were so kind and welcoming to my 3 year old. She walked around and high fived them and they made jokes with her. Everyone was wearing masks and social distanced. I love that you have three parts of the Waterpark so its spaced out nice and never feels overcrowded. I did early check in and literally walked in the door and they were ready for me. Key cards attached to your wristband is genius as well as the towel situation sign in and out never a shortage of towels. We will be returning every time we go to the dells.
We love the great wolf lodge and have stayed here many times before but this time we were severely disappointed. It started at check in when they claimed the room wasn’t paid for when it had been. They were showed the account where the money had been taken out but still required another payment. Then we paid for magiquest and was never told the obstacle course was closed so that was a waste of money then my son did the dance party and story time. There was a staff member that was absolutely rude. He kept making rude comments. Y’all definitely need to find someone better with children. Hot tub closed but the pool open?? We’ve never had any problems here before and we bring our son every year for his birthday. Our next stay was going to be January but we will be taking our business to the wilderness lodge or Khalari. To top it off we were also charged 2 breakfasts mornings when we paid for one. When we let them know they said the charge wasn’t there but we were never refunded. I will however say we had an amazing waitress. She was the one who pointed out that we were charged twice. She was awesome!
We had a good time even with all of the Covid 19 restrictions. Many of the events they had for last Halloween were extremely paired down and kind of killed the fun of it. As for the water park it was not bad but the hot tub areas were closed off which was disappointing. The wave pool was nice along with the smaller play areas for the little one we brought with. The rest of the areas were fine with the rest of us. The Majestic suite we had was large and laid out well. We had the master bedroom and the kids shared both queens. Having two bathrooms was also a plus with all of us. The wet bar area with a mini fridge and microwave worked out well aslo. Not having a daily cleaning was not great but welcome to todays events. The one thing that we all knocked it for was the overall size of the water park area. We went to Kalahari last year and the water park area is larger with more items available to do. The suite layout we had there was horrible though. So I really recommend Great Wolf more due to the overall quality and feel of it. When we do go back l believe it will be an even better experience without all of these crushing restrictions we have now.
A great place for families! I had a really fun time there. The service and cleaning is great! Would totally recommend for Vacation.
Rooms are clean and nice. Water park is big with lots of stuff to do but a lot of the small stuff in the water park are broken. Also everytime I go back more stuff is broken. It does look like they are making repairs but their falling behind. If everything worked it would be 5 stars.
If you can find a promotion code then its worth it. It is kind of pricey. Perfect for kids
This was an awesome trip for my family! It was all very relaxing until the last night I was staying there, there was a tornado warning so we were pressed with that all night from the employees. Wasnt very relaxing so talked with the manager the next day and they made it right by letting us stay another night. By the fourth day after being there we were ready to leave feeling like we got the R & R like we deserved. With paying for two nights you hope to at least achieve some kind of relaxation and happiness. When this is all you have before kids go back to school online covid style. The water park was great for the kids to burn off all of the excess energy with four different water style rooms from huge water buckets dumping on your head to lazy rivers, wave pools, kiddie areas and tubes slides. Great Wolf Lodge was and will be a family favorite vacation and definitely recommend getting the suite with a patio just makes it that much better.
A great place if you have kids. I probably wouldnt pick it for business or friends though, but for a family I think its the best place in the Dells. The indoor waterpark is sectioned off well and if one place gets boring or crowded its easy to move on to a different place. My four year old wasnt bored at all with all the options in the different sections he could go.Theyre at 50% capacity which made it great, but I could see weekends during peak time it being a bit crowded, but for now that wasnt an issue.Good bar in the middle as well as a little food place to eat.The rides are average, but fun (and aimed for children); they even have a great dedicated section of smaller slides for the really young ones.I wouldnt eat there again though, but theres plenty of other food options in the area. The arcade was fun and reasonable for what it is.We didnt do the Magiquest, but that looks like it would be a blast when my son gets older.Rooms were great and my son loved his theme room.
Amid covid the hotel has stepped up its cleaning. I felt much better here then at my previous hotel. Even water slide attendants were reminded people to follow distancing guidelines. Workers were wiping off common areas frequently. They have workers with gloves and masks opening the door for guests, and after each guest they are disinfecting the counter. This hotel has one thrill ride in my opinion. Its very family friendly. Great place for families with younger kids. The wave pool is a good one compared to other places. Room was small but the beds were comfortable.
Clean hotel and room. I personally liked it as an adult because everything is a short walking distance away compared to the other waterpark down the street. A great place to go if you have children under 5.
Let me start by saying this has to be the worst experience ever! We had this trip booked for over 11 weeks and both of my kids where extremely looking forward to it, my wife even called to verify there were things to do with the weather not so good outside. We drove 7hrs to find out they had canceled our reservation. Between Expedia and great wolf I was not refunded and never sent an email or a common courtesy call that they had even done this. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is traveling long distance. And i would give both of them 0 stars if i could. So my money was refunded in my account overnight and great wolf lodge ended up giving us a free night because of the situation. but they closed at 1pm the next day and basically planned a week trip for a night in a hotel. For this I will give them 2 stars for at least admitting they screwed up.
Very disappointing as much as you spend at this place we was only able to swim 3 hrs cause they close their pool down earlier. Their reply you can swim in the morning, not if try get the road earlier. Save your money go somewhere else.
We love this place. The only drawbacks this time was they closed at 1 pm on Sunday. Given the times you cant blame them, however it would have been nice to know before we came up. It was not crowded. The night time activities are different. The pajama party was only 15 minutes so we miss the normal one, but again, the times.
The employees were wonderful. Very helpful. Made our a true delight. The only thing I didnt like was how rusty the everything was in the water park or broken. A main post in the toddler pool was broken off, the net was leaning into the pool..
Would definitely go back..it was out first time. Good food in the restaurant, tons of pools and activities, staff are so friendly. Nice room, perfect area with other things close by, and overall great place!
We absolutely fell in love with this place! The staff is so friendly! They stop what they are doing to say hello. Which I love that they actually interact with you. Our room was AMAZING! Full apartment. Indoor and outdoor pools. Full bar! They have things to do from 7am to 11pm. Wine down service for adults. We will be coming back next year!
Very nice place to stay. Extremely family friendly and affordable.
This is a very nice place to stay, comfortable room arrangements you can choose from and full size kitchen for some of the rooms. The only I wish they had was a hot tub or jacuzzi area, but otherwise a fun place to go
All around nice place..Clean rooms great atmosphere..Friendly staff
We absolutely loved our stay! We were very impressed how clean the rooms and facility is. We were impressed with all the safety measures taken to make it a comfortable and Covid friendly place to stay
It was so much fun and I loved the water park. The decorations were amazing.
We arrived at Bloomington Great Wolf Lodge at 8PM. Upon arrival we pulled up to the front door to unload our belongings and we were greeted by loud inappropriate music blaring from a second story balcony with profanities being shouted. At least 10 individuals were crammed onto the balcony and the scent of marijuana filled the air. Vehicles came screaming through the street by the front entry, speed warnings or slow down should be installed. Our first impression left us feeling this wasnt a very family friendly establishment. As we walked in the front door there was chicken wings scattered across the entry way - we had to dodge around them to avoid. We entered the lobby and immediately asked to talk to a manager to address our concerns. The manager told us theres nothing we can do about that- in reference to the loud music, weed smoking, and yelling outside. Although displeased with the lack of action from management we headed up to our room as our child was exhausted from travel. The first (of three) rooms the room was at a toasty 78 degrees, the mini fridge didnt work and the sheets were stained. We were moved to another room immediately and the same issues were encountered. The last room we finally were moved to was the same temperature and absolutely stunk like very strong smelling Indian food. It was 11PM at night and we had had it, so we left and drove home. The front desk were mocking us, laughing, and happily waved us goodbye. The next morning we contacted the General Manager, Angela, and she was very compassionate, upset of the staffs dismissal of our concerns, and promised us a paid vacation to a Great Wolf Lodge of our choice. As we were looking to get away prior to school starting we booked our vacation for the following week to the Wisconsin Dells location. We sent the booking to Angela and she approved without hesitation. The following day we received a phone call from the VP of Operations, Brad Wiseman, who was so unbelievably rude and said they would not be honoring the promise that Angela had made and that we are not allowed on the property. We were absolutely appalled at his tone, the way he represented the Company and his decision to not allow us back. We had done absolutely nothing wrong in this situation and have never had something like this happen to us before. We were told charges would be reversed and nothing would be incurred. A week later there are no credits to our bank account and when we call there isnt anyone who is able to assist as they special locked our account and no associate is able to reverse the charges. We will never recommend or visit another Great Wolf Lodge so long as they are around. All staff, excluding Angela, were a nightmare to deal with. Customers and families are not put first when expressing concerns.
The best part of the lodge service is Darlene at the grill in the mornings. So friendly just very welcoming. She is definitely an asset to the Great Wolf!
Loved the place. My daughter booked a room for us to take our granddaughter there. There were some problems at check in. She was given incorrect information. Other than that, it was an amazing few days.
Nice room fairly clean but unfortunately Bear Condo is located on first floor and balcony has no screen or railings whatsoever. I came with 2 year old child and its unsafe to go outside since parking is right next to balcony. Of course unable to change . Well will be seating inside .
Had a nice time, amenities are pretty flexible. Full price is pretty expensive, if you can get a deal its a good value. Virus procedures in place and they seem to stick to them well. Great location near plenty of restaurants and things to do.
We had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge. Only thing could be improved upon was the food at the main restaurant. Everything else was perfect.
It was a good stay, the rooms were not cleaned that good though. Found change and used tissue on nightstand. Food was left in the fridge from the previous guests. Housekeeping did not do a good job.
There is a lot to do for the whole family here. With 4 different waterpark areas, there really is something for every age. We stayed in a condo that was very cozy and nice, with multiple rooms, a fireplace, full-size equipped kitchen, and even 2 bathrooms. Price was comparable to other family resorts but actually on the reasonable side for Wisconsin Dells considering there were multiple water attractions for a variety of ages. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we went during the Covid-19 pandemic, and protocols were amped up for all of our safety. There was other things to do within the resort as well, including an arcade that our kids really enjoyed. It was a very fun weekend and I would definitely consider going back in the future.
My kids loved every area of the waterpark an awesome way to have some family time.
Tons of stuff for the kiddos, 24hr arcade, paw passes for $65 per child but well worth it. Staff is awesome and very attentive. We rented the double queen fireplace family suite, room was very clean and spacious. The food from all the restaurants on site was awesome. Would definitely return.
I have all of my life i have wanted to go and it was so much fun
Love it here! Great location for toddlers and so much to do. From story time, crafts, dance party, arcade and pools there is always something to do. The carnivore pizza was AMAZING and will totally get that again. It has sausage, pepperoni (tasted fresh) and meatballs (huge ones with great flavor & tasted a little parmesan). We love that this location has a hot tub that our kids can go into. Its basically like warm bath water but our kids love to warm up in it between pools. We brought there bath robes so they could put those on when done at the pool since you cant take the pool towels out. Make sure they put in the correct number of towels. We had an issue where they said we took out 10 towels when we only took out 4. Thankfully a manager came over and fixed the issue. The cheese curds were good but make sure to get them from the pool area since they are $3 cheaper than the restaurant that sells them as an appetizer. Overall we cant wait to come back and were sad to leave. Make sure you grab your free wolf ears at check in! They also give you bands to wear and you can add your credit card to your band so you dont have to keep your wallet on you. So easy and convenient and they open your room also.New years was fun here. We were surprised that there were so many people there to celebrate. The balloon drop at Magiquest was super packed and very small. The lobby balloon drop was packed but a bigger location make sure to get there early. They brought hats, tiaras, horns and beads with an new years eve itinerary to each room which was not expected and was super nice.
It was a great place to go get away from the house and let my daughter go down water slides n play in the wave pool i plan on going there agin in the future.
They have people out cleaning tables and chairs in-between uses, bathrooms were clean. Cold ac in the room, and the bed wasnt too bad. Overall a good experience with the family.
We had a great time at the waterpark and the hotel! Very nice and clean compared to another place we visited earlier in the summer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and definitely clean. Employees and staff are very friendly and helpful there, willing to answer any questions you have if you need help. They are constantly cleaning and keeping up with the virus control issues and staff were wearing masks which are required in common areas and hallways. They provided hand sanitizer and wipes along the hallways and in the waterpark to wipe down tables and other things if you feel you need to. Another great plus is that your wristband is your room key so you do not have to carry an extra card with you and it also lets you in the entrance doors as well. Our room was very clean and spacious and comfortable close to the water park entrance as well as the rest of the hotel spots like the gift shop and restaurants. Very nice atmosphere and we will definitely be booking another trip when it is warmer to enjoy the large outdoor area as well. For those that enjoy shopping and dining out theres plenty of that close by too. The outlet mall has anything you could want and the many restaurants close by are excellent as well. Definitely a great centrally located waterpark with everything you could want. Great giftshop and very friendly staff and everyone was great. We will definitely take another trip there and hopefully be able to stay a little longer!
Super gross! They were a hour late to give us our room and when we finally got it. the house keeper said it was nice and clean we walked in, and it smelt like bacon. We walked around more and found a half of a oreo on the coffee table. GROSS! Crumbs of food in the beds, and dirty windows. Horrible service They will be right up But it takes them hours. And there was a cockroach in the pool area crawling around. I DONT RECOMMEND COMING TO THE BAD WOLF LODGE.
The kids loved the water park, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room was amazingly clean.
Great for a weekend getaway. Our room was actually granted to us a little after 2pm so we had to wait around for a text when it was finally ready. Other than that the water park it self is great for all ages if you have small kiddos like myself I have a three year old he was able to have a bit of variety as far as water slides which he enjoys. The day after we left though we got sooooo sick so keep that in mind the water is not your friend as we all know. Nice restaurant for the price and environment I guess I’d say it’s about $$ so nothing too special nice pizza and ice cream parlor in the lobby and a bar and American style food restaurant. I tried about 4 drinks on the the menu the Mai tai was my favorite. Our room was spacious and clean, nice cozy fire place and clean bathroom with plenty of towels.
We have been visiting great Wolf lodge in Wisconsin Dells for 15 years. We were very disappointed this year the bucket didnt work. And there were a lot of changes I pre booked so all we had to do when we got here was get our Room keys there was no one at the front desk and then by the time there was there was A-line and only 2 people working it.The place is starting to show disrepair. Towel are now scanned in and out. Wow, its not like this is a inexpensive hotel. We paid over 1200 for a 2 room condo for 2 nights. They also started selling day passes?Unfortunately this is our last trip. Next year we will try Kalahari.
The room was okay. They do a lot for COVID precautions. Water park and activities are geared toward younger kids. (I brought teenagers) Good value overall.
If I could put this as a 3.5 I would as I dont believe this deserves as little as a 3 anyway onto the review. To start off. My family requested and received a room with a king size mattress this is a plus! Problems begin when we discovered that the king-size mattress had been fitted with a mattress topper for either a twin or full size making the first night uncomfortable for both my wife and I requiring us to remove it entirely. Next the fitted sheet going over the mattress was little more than a bottom sheet for a queen, and this to kept coming off during the night. That all being said your not really here to sleep youre supposed to be here as a family to enjoy the Waterpark which we did! The hot tubs are closed during pandemic for social distancing so keep that in mind however everything else is open to my knowledge as I did not see or was informed otherwise. The park as usual is kept free and clean of clutter and trash. The onsite food is over priced so I suggest eating a big breakfast and skipping lunch if possible.Otherwise everything is going well here like I said at the beginning if I could do a 3.5 I would as that is closer to my actual opinion.
Our room wasnt ready when they said it would be. But we werent the only people waiting, the lobby was full of people sitting and waiting for their room to be done. When they gave us our room number, we went only to find out they didnt program the key, and they were gonna send someone right up. 20 minutes later, nobodys here. We end up getting a house keeper to unlock the door, and when you walked in you get punched in the face with a disgusting bacon smell. She said our room was freshly cleaned, but explain the crumbs in the bed and the half eaten cookie on the table. They did end up giving us a new clean room, no bacon smell this time. Ill never forget those two hours of my life.
Watch out for bogus charges on your credit card. And watch out for the manager, tall, skinny blonde man with accent. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional manager in my life. He was extremely rude, I had to question charges twice and he didnt like that. I was hung up on before I had my answers. I contacted my credit card company and I am gonna let them handle it. And I am going to contact the cooperate office Monday to listen to the hopefully recorded phone calls because the treatment was unnecessary . The lodge has drastically gone down hill from our first visit many years ago and its a shame. I supposedly am getting a cleanliness refund of $120 . If that right there doesnt tell u to go to a different hotel.......
Havent found anything to complain about. We are having a great time
COVID-19 Excuses! Workout room not open (even though the reservation center said it was), nowhere to sit with my morning coffee and denied to even sit in the cafe with my coffee?!!???...so we left and went to a hotel that shares their parking lot, where everything was safely open, workout room, hot tub, hot breakfast, and plenty if places to sit down...catch a clue Great Wolf!
I really enjoyed my stay here! This trip was a mini vacation for my family (Christmas present), and I couldnt be happier. It was so nice to not have to leave the lodge to do anything... All of our food and shopping was done right here! The pools were great for all of the ages of my children, and the service was top-notch. I also really loved that the wristbands double as the room key, and we could charge everything to our room so we didnt have to take out wallets anywhere. I will definitely be coming back!
This was my first time staying at this Great Wolf. It was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was excellent especially Nick. Great service. The beds were very comfortable. I love to stay here again.
Amazing trip. So fun! I had an amazing time. We have gone back 5 other times now! I 100% recommend.
The Great Wolf Lodge definitely deserves the great in its name. My family and I had a great time, they had a lot of activities for the kids and adults.
We go every year and we love it !
We had a great time. The hotel will be closing Sunday do to the c virise . We werent sure if we should come or not, everything was clean, we werent worried at all. Great wolf Time.glad we came
I was hoping for their Waterpark to be bigger..overall its good and the family sure do have fun
This place is amazing great people and amazing things for kids to do here for sure.
For the winter, there was more than enough pool attractions to have fun with for 6 hours of fun. We never felt like we were crowded because of how open the spaces were and there were plenty of amenities available for purchase such as small, medium and large locker spaces. One down side was the lack of slip pads for the slides and no green 2 person tubes for the massive slide that throws you into a large funnel.
Live this place its so fun for kids of all ages
I’m going to be honest. I do not recommend this place at all. I was suppose to visit in March. Then the virus came around and they sent me an email saying I could reschedule, which I did for June 16 because they would reopen on the 16. A week prior I tried calling them several times in the matter of two days to add an extra night and got no response. I even emailed them and got a response, but when I replied back I got nothing again. So my reservation dates come and I drove 3 hrs & 30 mins to find out they’re closed on the door. They never sent me an email or anything letting me know they postponed opening again. I’m literally so upset. Very, VERY unprofessional.
Family works there and outside of Family(perfect)
We had so much fun. We have. 3, 8 and 12 year old . They all had a blast and the magicquest was the highlight of the trip. They have paid attention to the details. From waking up in the morning with yoga story time and crafts. At night they do the clock tower show and a dance party. It was the most fun we have had in a long time. We willDefinitely be back we are thinking of going for at least two days for Christmas.Everything from the water park to the rooms we great. You can tell they care about parents sanity as well. We did the wolf passes and it saved us money. All the employees seemed like they wanted to be there and loved being around kids. Great stays and amazing customer service is hard to find and they nailed it. I oils recommend to any parents out there. Not only will your kids have fun you will too.
Kids took us there as part of our Christmas present to play with the grand kids. Staff was always friendly and would say hi when passing them in the hallways.Water park is nice although it is starting to show its age. Some of the attractions of indoor part are definitely in need of repairs or replacement. Rooms are spacious and in good condition. The food was reasonably priced, but adult drinks seemed a little over priced.
The staff is great and the everything is well maintained. Fun for all ages!
The customer service and experience is dynamite. The water park was very fun. Great for all ages. Something for everyone. Highly Recommend It!!!
Loved it. Loved the fact that i dont have to worry about my key card the wristband has a chip inside to open rooms. I was their 4 nights. Love the fact they have lots of places for little kids.I have a 10 year old a 5 year old and a 4 year old. My 5 year old was able to go to some slides with his dad. Staff are very friendly and wearing mask. Everywhere you turned they had sanitizer and sanitizer wipes. We got the wolf pass and even lost it and the staff where very friendly to help me with that and any questions. Highly recommend getting the wolf pass for the kids. The wolf pass came with a build a bear. Our room service always kept exceeded our expectations. The waterpark water was great not too cold. I like the fact that the waterpark floor was smooth. The only bad thing is food and drinks are a bit over priced.
It was wife and I there map of the place was not good all you can eat breakfast was cold if you have kids good place not a place to stay if you want alone time
Great water park, and the condos were a decent price for fall time
Liked room and Waterpark. Would of liked to see a hot tub in each Waterpark section so parents can enjoy while still being close to the kids. Would like 3 total in this case.
I did not stay here but they had a spa on location that had cheaper prices such as the Basic Aromatherapy Massage up to 1 hour for $95. Plus a hot stone treatment for $10. They even had a spa for teenagers. Afterwards I walked through the resort and found a large arcade, a large waterpark, and gift shop. I was impressed. The staff was helpful and courteous when I got turned around. The nature themed decor was more childlike but interesting to look at. I would stay here.
I love this place! I bring my friends here several times per year. It is safe and family friendly. There are also a variety of rides. Some scary and some calm. They also have magi quest there!
Lovely resort. Clean, organized, great customer service. Convenient app to improve experience.
The manager Jerome insists security has addressed a screaming, stomping party above our room but hours later there is no change. Last night we ignored the 1 am party, but tonight screaming children and jumping on the floors so loud it sounds like the floor might crack is out of hand. When we called from our room phone the front desk line was oddly not answering, but then from cell phone lines they answered every time. Worst customer service we have had in a long time! We have been here several times and pretty surprised at the lack of concern considering how much the company has done to keep guest returning post covid shut down.
Positive: Clean and fun Negative: Dont expect a room till after 4pm
Wonderful family place getaway. Wonderful adult adult getaway as well. The condo was beautiful. And the water park was a perfect midwinter weekend break. Will definitely be gong back! Lots to do for any age.
Great place with three separate rooms of indoor water park. Go during the week - weekends get crazy busy and definitely feel overcrowded. We left Friday as we saw a line of about 100 kids coming in and the park was already much more crowded than Thursday or even Friday morning. I cant imagine waiting in those lines for short water rides. When we go, its great and we all love it. There are many deals to be had if you look. My favorite is that theyll sometimes offer you an extra night for $139. They did that to is, but the rate on the website for the same night was over $300. If youre flexible and want to stay an extra night in a standard room, that is the way to do it.The only thing Ill comment at length on is that Id steer away from the arcade - we spent $20 for a diversion from the water park, but each game was $1.50-$2.00 and only lasted a minute or two. We stretched to about 45 minutes of games, but a lot of the games are just ticket games. Id like to remind everyone that if you spend money on ticket games to get prizes and hit the big ticket jackpots - you still lost money compared to the prizes. So, if you go, play fun games, win a small prize for your kids, create a fun memory, but dont expect to play an arcade game for 20-30 minutes like you used to - these games are all designed for very quick turns and have adaptive difficulties to make sure you pay a certain amount for the time. If you want to play a shooter for half an hour, be prepared to spend $30.
Water park was great! Magi quest was very nice too! Kids loved it. They provided us with bracelets that worked as keys to open our room which was great and easy to use. Toom was not super clean but was ok. They had hand sanitizer all around! Staff are wearing masks.
Great place to bring kids. Huge water park, great rooms, and friendly staff.
